Abstract

This article aims to analyze the challenges of pesantren after the issuance of the pesantren law. Pesantren as an independent educational institution also plays three main functions, namely as an educational institution, a preaching institution and a community empowerment institution. Pesantren in a unique way and able to dialectic with the times and able to build a unique symbiosis with the state, but always with a careful character to the state. The presence of the Pesantren Law, on the one hand, is a class increase for pesantren, because it is recognized by the state as part of the national education system. However, a new challenge arises, namely in terms of how to maintain its distinctive character and freedom from state interference which tends to be hegemonic.

Abstract

This article aims to determine how corporate social responsibility (CSR) companies are in an Islamic perspective. The methodology used is qualitative using a descriptive-interpretative library research approach. The results show that CSR is a concept that organizations, especially companies, have a responsibility to consumers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of company operations. Based on Islamic teachings, there is a greater concept related to CSR, which is one of the pillars of Islam regarding the expenditure of zakat. Through the collection of zakat, a prosperous society can be built. Even in Islamic economic instruments as a form of personal and social responsibility are ZIS instruments, namely Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah.

Abstract

This paper tries to illustrate how to use the WhatsApp group as a communication medium for the Riswo Village Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang. It is a descriptive qualitative research using the approach of organizational communication theory. The results of this research are organizational communication carried out by Riswo Village management of Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang in accordance with organizational communication functions including, informative, regulative, persuasive and integrative functions. The target audience of the Drwo Village Riswo administrators in this study were all the Drwo Village Riswo administrators who had been recruited and became part of the Riswomprogram Riswomilik Pesuju management group of Druju Village. There are three uses of the WhatsApp group as an organizational communication medium. First, it is more efficient in terms of time, space and resources. Second, it facilitates participation, understanding and reception of messages, and third, satisfaction in the use of WhatsApp groups.

Abstract

This article explores the thoughts of Abdullah Ahmad An-Na'im regarding Islamic law and human rights enforcement. How does Islam answer contemporary problems, especially in the field of human rights. The main topic in the study conducted by Abdullah Ahmad An-Na'im was more based on the need to balance rights the rights of Muslims and non-Muslims as well as upholding the principle of equality, without gender discrimination, and in accordance with the concept of universalism contained in Islamic teachings which basically shows great concern for the main elements of humanity (al-insaniyyah). This research uses the library research method by examining various reference sources related to the human rights research model. Based on the results of research from various kinds of literature, it is explained that Abdullah Ahmad An-Na'im is one of the many Islamic figures and intellectuals who have sprung up bringing various new ideas and thoughts related to the re-actualization of Islamic law in the packaging of the modern syari'ah concept. This modern syari'ah concept says that when the historical shari'ah is confronted with modern public law, it will be found that in fact modern public law is more humanist and universal and is closely related to efforts to uphold human rights (human rights).

Abstract

This article discusses the thoughts of Muhammad Baqir Al-Shadr on how to apply epistemology to the study of Islamic economics. Muhammad Baqir al-Shadr emphasized the importance of logic and the need for causality, the role of philosophical thought and theology in strong Islamic economic thought to combat these forces. The forces of neolebarism and capitalism. In this case Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr carried out a reconceptualization of the Islamic economic doctrine by involving a philosophical paradigm in the framework of his analysis. In this study using descriptive analytical methods and at the end of the study it can be understood that Islam is different from capitalism and Marxism. The starting point or first level in the Islamic economic system is distribution, not production as is the traditional political economy system. In the Islamic economic system, distribution of the resources of production precedes the production process, and any organization associated with the automated production process is at the second level.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan sufi healing pada era new normal pandemi Covid-19 untuk menjaga kondisi homeostasis tubuh masyarakat di Desa Sendang, Banyakan, Kediri Jawa Timur. Sufi healing bisa diartikan sebagai model terapi alternatif atau penyembuhan fisik atau psikis yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai dan mengambil praktik tasawuf sebagai sarana penyembuhan atau pencegahan. Sedangkan usaha tubuh dalam menjaga keadaan lingkungan dalam yang stabil disebut dengan Homeostasis yang diambil dari bahasa yunani yaitu homeo berarti sama dan stasis yang berarti mempertahankan keadaan artinya tetap dalam kondisi sehat. Dengan suatu aktivitas-aktiivitas ibadah yang diadaptasi dari praktik-praktik tasawuf, dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Sendang pada masa new normal pandemi Covid-19, seperti membaca Alquran, Dzikir, Sholat, membaca sholawat yang menimbulkan ketenangan, bertambahnya iman dan ketakwaan seseorang sehingga memunculkan respons relaksasi yang berdampak pada meningkatnya imunitas tubuh. Dengan meningkatnya imunitas tubuh seseorang membuat orang terhindar dari penyakit, virus, bakteri, atau patogen lainnya, sehingga seseorang dapat menjaga kondisi tubuhnya sehat (homeostasis). Walaupun untuk penyembuhan butuh ke-istiqomahan dalam melakukan praktik-praktik ibadah yang dilakukan oleh seseorang.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine how the consumer behavior of the Ponorogo community during and after Ramadan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research analysis approach. The data collection is obtained from several techniques, including secondary data, interviews with informants, and observation techniques through documentation of some data or image archives related to the object of research. From this study it is known that 95% of respondents stated that they experienced an increase in consumption costs during the month of Ramadan. The increase in consumption costs can be seen through the increase in food and drink consumption expenditures and the purchase of clothing for the preparation of Eid. Consumer behavior in the month of Ramadan with other months experiences a significant difference. This can be proven by the increasing number of people shopping at the D-2 market ahead of Ramadan to prepare for consumption in that month and H-10 before Eid to buy clothes, sandals or shoes and prepare for Eid preparation.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that Family Empowerment Against Religious Children in the Village Black Water Sea Sadu District Tanjung Jabung East Regency has not been optimal because the Family Empowerment Against Religious Children in the Village Black Sea Water Sadu District East Tanjung Jabung Regency is not biased in saying good, because the parents although it has not been biased to exemplify to the adolescent child teenagers. The character of teenager in Air Hitam Laut Village, Sadu Sub-District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, tends to be negative due to the weak communication and attention given by the head of RT and also the parents of the community in developing the teen characters towards the better, as well as the poor attention of parents to the religious behavior of parents to their children. The religious behavior of parents in improving the character of adolescents in the Village of Black Sea Black Sadu District Tanjung Jabung East Regency is by way of exemplifying good religious behavior in adolescents, parents also always advise adolescents to never leave prayers five times, some parents also put his son to an Islamic religious institution such as Mts Ataupun MA, and parents also send their teenage children to follow religious activities in the mosque or in the village of Air Hitam Laut, Sadu District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Based on the research findings, the implications of this research are: 1) Chairman of Rt to give more attention to the community and always support the existing religious activities in the neighborhood RT 07) to parents in order to develop better teenage character toward the better. As a parent must also bias exemplifies good behavior of goodness to the teenager, so teenagers bias ebih character and not trapped in a negative association.

Abstract. Islamic economics is a science that studies human economic behavior whose behavior is regulated based on Islamic religious rules. As Muslims, it is necessary to follow economic behavior which is regulated by Islam. As has been explained in the Al-Quran or hadith about how Muslims should behave as producers, consumers, and as owners of capital. Consumer behavior is part of marketing management that deals with humans as target markets. The behavior of consumers with one another is not the same and changes every time, so consumer behavior in buying must be studied continuously, given the increasingly competitive market competition conditions. Therefore, the researcher wants to study the consumer behavior of staple and non-staple goods, namely for the staple goods of rice and sugar and for non-staple ground coffee and canned milk

Abstract

Abstract. A lost heart often causes people to fall into behavior that deviates from the ethics, norms, religion, and laws that exist in human life. Murder is one of the actions that deviate from ethics in everyday life, killing is also strictly prohibited by religion. In Indonesia, the perpetrator of murder is punished according to the type of murder committed. In Indonesia premeditated murder carries a very serious penalty than unplanned murder. Every person who believes must be completely able to avoid various forms of murder and crime.
