Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted to understand the application of Islamic business ethics to increase the profitability of micro, small and medium enterprises. And also to describe and describe Islamic business ethics that must be carried out by micro, small and medium enterprises so that they are able to continue to survive and become more responsive to changes in the business climate and most importantly can increase the level of profitability. This research method uses a literature study. This study is a library research with data collection using a literature study methodology, namely by the way the author searches and collects a variety of information and information needed from various media that are literature. These various media can be in the form of books, journals, proceedings, and articles or online news to support this writing. When Islamic business ethics is applied by micro, small and medium enterprises, according to the researcher, the impact is very good, and will increase the profit of the business. What needs to be done by micro, small and medium enterprises, in an effort to increase profits more than before, is to apply Islamic business ethics by applying the five Islamic ethical philosophies, namely monotheism, justice, freedom, responsibility and benefit. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami penerapan etika bisnis islam untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas usaha mikro menengah. Dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjabarkan etika bisnis islam yang harus dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah sehingga mereka mampu terus bertahan dan menjadi lebih responsif terhadap perubahan iklim bisnis serta yang utama dapat meningkatkan tingkat profitabilitas. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Kepustakaan Studi Kepustakaan ini dengan pengumpulan data yang menggunakan metodologi studi pustaka yakni dengan cara penulis melakukan pencarian dan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dan keterangan yang dibutuhkan dari berbagai media yang bersifat kepustakaan. Berbagai media tersebut dapat berupa buku, jurnal, proseding, dan artikel atau berita online sebagai pendukung tersusunnya penulisan ini. Ketika etika bisnis islam diterapkan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah menurut peneliti berdampak sangat baik, saat ini dan akan meningkatkan profit usaha tersebut. Yang perlu dilakukan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah upaya dapat meningkatkan profit yang lebih banyak dari pada sebelumnya adalah dengan menerapkan etika bisnis islam dengan cara menerapkan filsafat etika Islam yang ada lima, yaitu Tauhid, adil, kebebasan, Responsibility dan kemanfaatan.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to recognize the concept of politeness from the perspective of Islamic education and civics education. Focus of this research is What is the sense of the concept of politeness in the perspective of Islamic education and civic education. Consequently, this research is restricted to concepts of politeness language in Islamic education and civic education. The parameter of politeness is elaborated with the theory of politeness of Leech (1980) linked to the way to assess politeness with language as a means. The methodology for this research has been qualitative and descriptive. The method is employed by the researcher because the heart of the research was appropriate to the features of the research where the inquiry has a naturalistic context. Besides that, descriptive is used by the researcher because he would like to untangle the contain of speech act that it has politeness content or not. The result and discussion in this study have shown that the language of politeness exists in Islamic teaching. The proof for this statement is Q.S Albaqarah in ayah 83. The significance of this ayah is inviting Muslims for one and only worship Alloh as the God, positive attitude, and interaction politely to others. Going to this Q.S Albaqarah ayah 83, so polite language is made by making meaning choice and it will be reflected through our daily attitude. This issue moderately relates to others and it is also linked to Indonesian’ spirit through realized Pancasila value in everyday action. Founded on these affairs, the researcher concludes that implemented politeness languages are a necessity that must be true because the content of value is apt with spirit of Islamic education teaching and Civics education teaching. Abstrak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep kesantunan dalam bingkai pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah kebermaknaan konsep kesantunan dalam bingkai pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Sehingga penelitian ini dibataskan pada kesantunan berbahasa dalam pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Parameter kesantunan berbahasa ini akan dielaborasikan dengan teori kesantunan dari Leech (1980) terkait bagaimana menakar kesantunan melalui medium bahasa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah qualitatif dengan karakteristik deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan karena peneliti menilai bahwa prinsip yang peneliti lakukan dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat natural. Selain itu, deskriptif karena bersifat mendeskripsikan tuturan yang memiliki prinsip kesantunan atau tidak memiliki kesantunan. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesantunan berbahasa sudah diisyaratkan sejak lama dalam ajaran Islam. Bukti dari Islam menjunjung tinggi kesantunan salahsatunya tertuang dalam ayat Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 83. Dalam ayat ini, terdapat ajakan untuk sikap untuk tauhid, kebajikan dan interaksi secara santun terhadap sesama manusia. Berangkat dari isu dari Q.S Albaqarah ayat 83 tersebut maka prinsip kesantunan berbahasa tersebut merupakan tindak tutur yang akan tercermin melalui tingkah laku sehari-hari. Hal ini berelasi erat antara satu dengan yang lain dan berelasi erat terhadap konsep dari semangat bangsa Indonesia melalui Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti menyimpulkan pengimplementasian kesantunan berbahasa merupakan sebuah keharusan yang harus ditegakkan karena sesuai dengan konsep Pendidikan Islam dan inheren dengan semangat dari Pendidikan kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to discuss the hadith about intention in student learning. This research applies qualitative research through literature and field studies with multi-methods and ethnographic approaches as well as content analysis. The results of this study indicate that almost all students know and understand the hadith about intention well, they also understand the importance of intention in learning, and they can feel a different inner atmosphere when learning is accompanied by intention with learning without intention. This study concludes that student learning success depends on intention through a continuous process of intention rehabilitation according to the hadith demands in achieving learning goals. This study recommends the need for some kind of rehabilitation institute intent on Islamic higher education.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the development of globalization on the love of the homeland of students in Banyumas, which aims to determine how much they understand and how much love their homeland has for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The author uses descriptive quantitative research methods, where the authors collect data by sharing a google form link to be filled in by students in Banyumas. As a result, there are several teenagers in Banyumas who admit to being addicted to technology and obsessed with social media. They also claim to know the meaning of love for the country, but in reality they are still confused about implementing the love for their motherland for the nation and the State of Indonesia.

Abstract

Citizenship education is an educational process to build exemplary, willingness, and the ability of individuals or students to develop creativity that reflects the national identity which requires socio-cultural values. In the context of national and character development, civic education has a very important position, function and role in the life of the nation and state. The method used is a literature review of various writings, both books and journals related to the implementation of character in Citizenship Education based on strengthening character education. There are three main approaches to character education, namely the first one is the cognitive development, approach the caring approach, and the traditional character education. Citizenship education provides provisions for citizens in terms of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

Citizenship education is an integral part of the education system. Therefore, the civic education process needs to be carried out by courses and learning at all streams and levels of education. Functions and roles to achieve the goals of national education, civic education, develop, implement and apply in the context of the realization of the goals of national education. These three things become the basis and framework for thinking about and implementing Citizenship Education. There are several reasons why civic education is needed, namely symptoms and trends in non-political literacy or "political literacy" and not knowing how democracy and its system work; second, increasing political apathy is indicated by the participation of the most intellectual, emotional citizens. This is where the existence of Citizenship education is a very important tool for a democratic country, including Indonesia, to give birth to a country that is passed down from generation to generation and understands the values of the nation which is based on Pancasila and has skills.
