Abstract

This study aims to determine the nature of nationalism in students through civic education. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods from reliable sources. Citizenship education aims to create citizens who have iansight into nationality, instill a sense of love for the country, and feel proud to be Indonesian citizens in the nation's future youth, including students. With the development of technology in the era of globalization, it has demanded high morality and understanding of nationalism. To add to the spirit of nationalism among the younger generation, especially students, namely mentality development, redefinition of the understanding and implementation of the values ​​of nationalism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the role of civic education in guiding every citizen in carrying out his life. This shows that the existence of Citizenship Education has an important role in shaping the personal character of the younger generation. Our learning so far has been verbalistic and oriented solely to mastering the content of civic education subjects. Observations of daily learning practices show that learning is focused so that students master the information contained in the subject matter and then evaluate how far that mastery is achieved by students. It is as if learning aims to master the content of these subjects. How the teaching material is related to everyday life and how this material can be used to solve life's problems has received less attention.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and well-planned effort to form an intelligent and well-characterized Indonesian society. Civic education is a place to prepare the younger generation with sufficient provisions in the social life needed in society. The ability to think critically, be responsible, have a democratic attitude and act is one of the supporters in the formation of the nation's character. The writing method in this article uses Literature Review. The condition of Indonesia's young generation is currently in a position that is quite disturbing. The declining enthusiasm for learning that is felt at this time has reached a very worrying point. The younger generation is increasingly showing moral deviations which indicate the younger generation no longer has a good character. Therefore, civic education has an important role in the formation of national character. Character values ​​through civic education in schools are one of the mandatory subjects at every level and path of education, from elementary school to college. The formation of national character through civic education is a must because it can form a young generation that is intelligent, and has noble character so that its existence in social life becomes meaningful and characterized.

Abstract

Abstract. Divorce is the last alternative way (emergency door) that can be passed by husband and wife if the relationship (household) cannot be maintained in its integrity and continuity. Divorce is here the initial problem that arises is triggered by economic factors that cause new problems. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that produces descriptive data analysis. The data from this study is primarily in the form of annual reports from the Ponorogo Religious Court, while the secondary sources are library materials in the form of books and interviews with judges. The data collection techniques are documentation and interviews. The results of this study are 1) Economic factors as the cause of the high rate of divorce in the Ponorogo Religious Court of 76.57%. The judge filed a lawsuit with the consideration that the consideration of light mafsadah that must be taken from the heavy madharat among that mafsadah, 2) The factors that hinder continuously reached 12.48%, In this case, the judge decided based on the Compilation of Islamic Law article 116 item f. 3) The factor of leaving one of the parties is 9.79%. In this case, the judge is based on KHI Article 116 letter b.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about polygamy and its prohibitions. This research method is qualitative with the approach of hadith takhrij and sharah hadith text and content analysis. The results and discussion of this research include general views of polygamy, takhrij of the hadiths about polygamy, hadith sharah and the meaning of hadith about the prohibition of polygamy. The conclusion of the research shows that polygamy has been regulated by Islam and state regulations where takhrij, sharah and the meaning of the hadith text about polygamy can be used as a legal basis as well as the prohibition of polygamy is strictly intended to maintain the status of women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas akselerasi publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa melalui workshop. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif melalui studi lapangan dengan metode partisipatoris dan analisis keberhasilan. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hingga hari ke-7 telah menghasilkan artikel ilmiah sebanyak 7 artikel. Selebihnya, 3 Orang sampai pada tahap 10, 5 Orang tahap 9, 7 Orang tahap 8, 11 Orang tahap 7, dan selebihnya sedang proses tahap 6, tahap 5, tahap 4, tahap 2, dan tahap 1. Bahkan satu orang peserta pada hari ke-4 telah berhasil melakukan akselerasi publikasi di jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bawah workshop penulisan artikel jurnal mengalami efektifitas bagi peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam penulisan artikel jurnal dan akselerasi publikasi ilmiah, meskipun dijumpai berbagai kendala, seperti mahasiswa tengah sibuk menghadapi ujian akhir semester, ganguan jaringan internet, tidak tersedia fasilitas laptop, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada panitia untuk menentukan pilihan di antara strategi konferensi dan strategi pengiriman naskah artikel ke jurnal ilmiah reguler dalam memastikan akselerasi publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

The study aims to discuss the hadith about prohibitions against blowing out hot food and drink. The study is a kind of qualitative through library studies that apply the methods of takhrij and syarah hadith with an approach to health sciences. This study covers a general view of the ban on blowing out food and hot drinks, of hadith about blowing out foods and hot drinks, and hadith analysts about blowing out food and drink in relation to health ethics. The study concluded that a ban on blowing food and hot drinks was associated with health sciences, hadith's status shahih could thus be in Islamic ethics, scholars law the cooking of food and hot drinks as a gusher, and according to health sciences it would enable bacteria from the mouth to enter the food that could lead to disease. The study recommends that hadits experts advance through research along with health professionals on the dangers of blowing hot food and drink and mesosizing their results to the general public.

Abstract

This paper will discuss “the scientific method” which proposed by al Attas and Thomas F Wall. The main question will be discussed here is “where is the position of religious knowledge in the scientific method?”; where religious knowledge as a source of truth. In other words, “is the religious knowledge can be accommodated into the scientific method?” Based on this main quetion, the study aimed to compare the thoughts of al Attas and Wall in the this theme. The two figures were chosen; they are both contemporary thinkers are the philosophers of science, where al Attas represents Islamic science philosopher and Wall represents Western science philosopher. This article is a literature study; while content and comparative analysis will be implemented as the methods of this study. Besides, the philosophical aproach will be take a role in this discussion. The result of this study is Wall didn’t accommodate religious knowledge into the scientific method. Wall concluded that the truth is based on the researcher subjective; which is formulated into a hyphothesis. On the other hand, al-Attas accepted religious knowledge (read: Islam) as objective truth into scientific method.

Abstract

Many students consider history learning in the form of rote learning, so students are reluctant to learn, especially for students who do not like to read. Teachers have an important role in presenting learning so that the lessons presented are not boring. Therefore, skills are needed in developing interesting approaches and methods or learning models that make students enthusiastic to follow the teaching and learning process to completion. The use of learning media can be used to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in achieving learning objectives. Documentary films and History Smart Cards are one of the media that can be used to improve understanding of the material and student learning outcomes on the material of human life. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method so that the resulting data is in the form of descriptive data, where the data will provide an overview of the use of media-based historical learning models (Media Based Learning. The use of filters and KPS has an influence on increasing understanding and learning outcomes on the material). Pre-literate human life that can be seen from the completeness of learning outcomes used for cognitive assessment and filling in the KPS can be used as a psychomotor dimension.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking skills and to analyze indicators of critical thinking skills according to this literature review. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review or (SLR). This study traced 15 nationally accredited articles on Sinta 2 to Sinta 5 obtained from Google Scholar. The results showed that 1) The Discovery Learning model had a positive and significant impact on students' critical thinking skills in each educational unit, Elementary School , Junior High School, and Senior High School. 2) The application of the Discovery Learning model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills. 3) The indicators recommended to be used as a reference for students' critical thinking skills are (1) Identification, (2) Define, (3) Enumerate, (4) Analysis, (5) List, and (6) Self-correct.
