Abstract

Abstract. Learning in Class III SDN Bendogerit 2, Sananwetan District, Blitar City, during the corona pandemic is not expected to be a barrier in educating students. In learning Weather Changes, usually in learning at school, teachers can make observations with students. So that students can learn directly to understand the concept of learning. Conditions that currently occur in almost all of the world do not become a barrier for teachers to deliver material. The teacher uses an environment-based learning model, so that students at home can do learning by direct observation with the environment around students. Based on this, qualitative research is needed on students in learning climate change. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Abstract. Mathematics education in elementary school is the beginning of a child's beginning to explore his ability to understand concepts in mathematics and the knowledge gained will greatly influence him at the next level of education. In learning to paint special angles in Class 7C of SMP Negeri 9 Blitar City, for the 2020/2021 academic year, it can be seen that there are still many students who do not understand the concept. This is due to the frequent online learning during the corona pandemic, so teachers have not yet completed learning. Such conditions require teachers to conduct research. The research used is a qualitative research on learning Mathematics with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The method used to solve problems in learning to measure angles is the Realistic Mathematics method, which is a learning method that links children's real life experiences with mathematical ideas into classroom learning, it is important to do so that learning is meaningful.

Abstract

Abstract. Understanding the concept of science must be carried out with a process of doing it yourself, especially on learning materials related to science chemistry or science physics. In the study of Heat Transfer in Class V SDN Rembang 2, Sananwetan District, Blitar City, in the 2020/2021 academic year, it can be seen that there are still many students who do not understand the concept, so the results obtained in completeness are less than 35% of the total number of students. This is because students in this learning year do online learning, and teachers do monotonous learning so that it does not attract students. Based on the results that are still lacking, a research is conducted on learning science content in class V. The research used is a qualitative research on science learning with the type of Class Action Research (CAR). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The method used to solve problems in learning Heat transfer is the experimental method, which is a way of teaching and learning that involves students by experiencing and proving themselves the process and results of the experiment which are closely related to everyday life.

Abstract

There needs to be a process of planting concepts that is carried out gradually in learning mathematics. In the classroom building lesson in Class VI SDN Bendogerit 2, Sananwetan District, Blitar City, for the 2020/2021 academic year, it can be seen that there are still many students who do not understand the concept. This is because students in this learning year do online learning, so the teacher does not teach children directly. On the other hand, in online learning, the results obtained by students have not yet reached completeness, so research on mathematics learning is needed. The research used is a qualitative research on learning Mathematics with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The method used to solve problems in learning the Spatial Building Component is the Simulation method, which is a training method that demonstrates something in the form of an imitation (eating) that is similar to the real situation.

Abstract

Abstract. Science learning at SDN Bendo 2 Blitar City shows results that do not meet the specified KKM. This is due to the lack of teacher creativity in carrying out learning. From the initial data on student scores after the evaluation was carried out, out of 38 students only 19 students or 50% had not achieved mastery of the material according to the KKM 70%. This study aims to describe learning achievement about the special characteristics of animals through a cooperative learning model of make a match type using chess pieces in class VI SDN Bendo 2 Blitar City. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the CAR design is designed in two cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research uses the Make a Match learning model using chess pieces, which is a teaching and learning method to find partners where students look for partners while learning about a concept or topic in a pleasant atmosphere. The number of students in one group should not be too large, consisting of 2 or more people.

Abstract

Abstract. The formation of students' abilities in schools is influenced by the learning process they take. The learning process will be formed based on the views and understanding of the teacher about the characteristics of students and also the nature of learning. To support this, it is necessary for teachers to understand the characteristics of students and their learning process, especially in lower grade elementary schools. Especially in today's learning where learning is used online. At SD Negeri Sawentar 02, Blitar Regency, learning in grade 1 still produces scores that are less than the KKM. It can be seen that of the 20 students who achieved completeness only 8 students or 40%, while the KKM in grade 1 was 70 or 70%. In accordance with this, the teacher conducts classroom action research using interactive animation media.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze women's employment law in Indonesia. In this case, the analysis of the case in the forms of violation of labor rights against women and how they are protected according to the Manpower Act. Women workers have the right to work and earn an income for a decent living. Women have the same rights as men in choosing jobs that match their abilities and interests and are not respected without discrimination, which is also regulated in the law. The laws and regulations in Indonesia itself have undergone changes and changes that have taken place many times. Starting from the formation of laws in Indonesia, especially before the amendment to the 1945 Constitution, the enactment of Law Number 10 of 2004, and previously Law Number 12 of 2011. Abstract

The purpose of this research is the validity of interactive powerpoint media for fourth grade elementary school. This research method uses development research with the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted in three stages, namely 1) the analysis stage consisted of educator analysis, student analysis and learning materials; 2) the design stage, namely the design of interactive powerpoint learning media using the powerpoint application; 3) the development stage, namely the process of making the design a reality. The results of this study indicate that interactive powerpoint media meet the very valid criteria. In learning 1 obtained an average result of 70.91% with a valid category which was declared suitable for use with revisions, then the researchers made several improvements so that in the second validation obtained a value of 90% with a very valid category, the interactive powerpoint learning media was feasible to use for learning process. In learning 4, the first validation value was obtained at 70.69% with a valid category and was declared suitable for use with revisions. Then the researchers made improvements according to the validator's suggestions so that in the second validation the average value was 92.11% with a very valid category level. Then the interactive powerpoint learning media in learning 4 is feasible to use for the learning process. So it can be concluded that the two learning media are feasible to use without revision with the category of validity reaching a very valid level by conducting a validation test twice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of strengthening Human Resources at MAN 2 Ponorogo. The research method used is a qualitative case study model. Research data in the form of instruments and activities that support strengthening Human Resources at MAN 2 Ponorogo. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by data reduction; data presentation; and concluding. The results showed that the implementation of strengthening Human Resources at MAN 2 Ponorogo on a macro basis was through (1) Signing of work contracts, (2) Formative Assessment of teacher performance and teacher self-evaluation, (3) Summative assessment of teacher performance, (4) Assessment of professional development. sustainable and (5) Teacher credit score assessment. Meanwhile, on a micro basis, through the program: (1) Every morning they take part in the Koran, memorize the Qur'an and read Asmaul Husna at the same time students read it, (2) Follow the teacher's special literacy, (3) Assign various activities and self-development, (4) Motivating and monitoring madrasah principals to participate in self-development activities, (5) peer tutorials, and (6) Special priority Human Resources development with additional budget and opportunities. And all of this is done with integrity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems regarding discipline and student learning outcomes at SDN 161 Pekanbaru which are still relatively low and have not been carried out properly. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on student learning outcomes at SDN 161 Pekanbaru. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design. The population of this study is class V, totaling 72 students. While the sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique, the research sample amounted to 72 students from class V. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sample, and documentation. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability. Data collection techniques are descriptive analysis and prerequisite tests, namely normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing in the form of simple linear regression using the conditions Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the research data processing, there is a significant influence between discipline on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 161 Pekanbaru with the proof that the t-test results are greater than t-table (t-count > t-table) or (4,432>1.997). This means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
