Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of dimensions of service quality schools namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy against student satisfaction (study on class X SMK Negeri Pontianak) 1. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 the Pontianak and take grade X as respondents. The population of this research that is 449 students with a total sample of 67 students. Data collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple regression method. The results showed that only tangibles and assurance that influence significantly to student satisfaction. Thus, SMK Negeri 1 can improve the tangibles (physical evidence) aspect of the schools such as equipment, school supplies, and the added convenience of classes and can improve the assurance (assurance) student perceived as increase the ability of teachers and student employees in the trial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty to tourist satisfaction. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression. The population of this study were all visitors who stayed at the Swiss-belhotel Ambon in July 2017. The sample of this study was taken using purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 50 tourists. The results showed that in the partial test of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty had a positive effect on tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine factors that affect the interests of career selection between public accountants and non-public accountants in Dian Nuswantoro University and AKI University. The population used in this study was 70 accounting students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. And the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and labor market considerations have a positive and significant effect to the career selection.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect the level of discipline of work employees at the Secretariat of the regional city of Pontianak. The number of samples as many as 70 people. The data collected through questionnaire and analyzed by multiple Linear regression analysis technique. The result showed that variable goals and capabilities, exemplary leadership, retribution, justice, waskat, legal sanctions and humanitarian has an positive influence against the level of discipline of employees at the Secretariat of the city areas Pontianak.

Abstract

Research on the selection of variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as the dependent variables because the CAR is the most important indicator accordingto Bank Indonesia in keeping the health level of the bank. CAR is affect by many factors such as Return On Investment ( ROI ), Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER ), Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ) and Non Performing Loan ( NPL). The population in this research is the retired Nationals Savings Bank, Tbk (financial report 2010 – 2015 ). Research samples taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research method used was explanatory by using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there is a positive influence of Return On Investment ( ROI) , Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ), and Non Performing Loan ( NPL) against Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR ), while there was a negative influence of Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER ) to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR ).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competency, motivation and opportunity on the performance of civil service police unit at Pontianak city. The samplewas 34 employees of civil service police unit. The type of data used is primary data. The data collected through questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result showed that competency and opportunities affect performance, while motivation does not affect performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation to Employee Statisfaction andPerformance (case study on PT. Pandowo Utomo Food Semarang). The population in this study is all employees of PT. Pandowo Utomo Food distribution section totaling 157 people. The number of samples proposed in this study is the entire population that amounted to 157 people. In this study did not use sampling technique, because the number of samples used in this study were all population (census). The analytical tool used in this study is SEM based component or variance-PLS. The result of the study stated that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Job Statisfaction, while Organizational Commitment has no significant positive effect on Job Statisfaction. Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on EmployeePerformance, while Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, and Job Statisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The financial program to public sector was revolving fund by Department of Cooperation and Small and Medium Enterprises can be improving income’s public sectors and small and medium enterprises. Fragment, with revolving fund, small and medium enterprises can absorb labor force. So, revolving fund must be continuing for small and medium enterprises.By revolving fund, small and medium enterprises have to increase on employee (75%), capital (35.71%), economic scale (50%) and profit (50.27%). Coefficient of correlation 0.8819 is means that small and medium enterprises can be absorb of labor force. So, the revolving fund for small and medium enterprises was continuing and more than before. Fragment, to purpose employment and growing up of economy.

Abstract

This research aims to identify a region as a key region in Central Java . The data was got from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics in 2001 and 2005. The analysis is used klassen typology, location quotient and regional specialization. Klassen typology result can be concluded that the district with the growth of Gross Domestic Regional Bruto and Gross Domestic Regional Bruto per capita are high than other district which have high economic position growth. The result analysis of location quotient, the basic sector in a key region tends to dominate by the secondary and tertiary sector. Index regional specialization result, the district which included in a key region tends to be high than the undeveloped region. Index regional specialization result inter key region tends to the diversification sector. While, between a key region and undeveloped region tends to the specialization sector and inter undeveloped region.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between the perception of male accounting firm alumni and female accounting firm alumni to their experience, accounting firm programs, and the possibility to hire their ex accounting firm. The data were collected through questionaire and the research was tested to 90 accounting firm alumni which is 63 male accounting firm alumni and 27 female accounting firm alumni. The hipothesis is tested using independent sample t-test. The results of this research are there is no significant perception differences between male and female accounting firm alumni to their experience (H1), there is no significant perception differences between male and female accounting firm alumni to the accounting firm programs (H2), and there is significant perception differences between male and female accounting firm alumni to the possibility to hire their ex accounting firm (H3).
