Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Teacher Competence and Learning Methods on Student Learning Achievement at Al-Hikmah Middle School Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This research is a quantitative study, using data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are managed through SPSS version 25. From the results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained that teacher competency and learning methods significantly influence student achievement. This can be seen from the results of the F test with a F value of 8.307 and a significance value below 0.05 which is 0.001a. Which means, the working hypothesis (Ha) is ACCEPTED and the null hypothesis (Ho) is REJECTED. Keywords: Teacher Competency, Learning Method, Student Learning Achievement

Abstract

Jam’iyah shalawat seribu rebana does not only contain the concept of da'wah but also seeks to play a role in fostering the spiritual intelligence of adolescents to develop the intelligence potential of adolescents through positive behaviors. This study aims to describe the role of Jam'iyah Shalawat Seribu Rebana in fostering the spiritual intelligence of the youth of the village of Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang. This type of research is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation along with the sources related to the problem. The results of the research show that Jam'iyah Shalawat Seribu Rebana is a collective media of da'wah, with material in the form of the Qur'an, the Mawlid Diba Book 'and da'wah media in the form of banjari musical instruments. Jam'iyah Shalawat Seribu Rebana plays an important role in fostering the spiritual intelligence of Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang adolescents, so as to be able to create adolescents who have moral character. Abstract

In the field of family education is the main source of education, because all human knowledge and intellectual intelligence is first obtained from parents and family members themselves. On the other hand many roles of mothers have changed, many mothers work outside the home so that many of them entrust the guidance and guidance of their children to an institution that they trust, so that many children today like to argue, disrespectfully, and not obey the existing rules. So this paper aims to describe the Effects of Family Harmony on the Social Attitudes of Children which are examined through several literatures related to the subject, using qualitative descriptive analysis. The influence of family harmony on children's social attitudes is very large, because children who come from harmonious families generally are always open to the surrounding environment, which means having a good social attitude. Abstract

Al-Qur'an learning using the Qira’ati method is very easy and practical to apply to young children. At an early age is the golden age or golden period where children will be responsive and can quickly read the Qur'an properly and correctly. This paper aims to describe the effectiveness of the Qira'ati method in learning to read the Qur'an for Early Childhood, which is examined through several literatures related to the subject, using qualitative descriptive analysis. In conclusion, the Qira'ati method is very suitable and very effective to improve learning to read the Qur'an for early childhood because the process is very easy, on the other hand children at an early age are at the golden age or golden stage of development where children will respond quickly to what their teachers teach. Abstract

In learning we must choose the right method, because by using the right method a person will be able to use all available time well, effectively and efficiently, so that every effort that leads to the achievement of the desired goals can be carried out properly. The learning methods that are intended and will be reviewed in this paper are learning in a group way So this paper aims to describe the benefits of group learning in improving student learning achievement that is reviewed through several literatures related to the subject, using qualitative descriptive analysis. Therefore group learning has great benefits in improving student learning achievement, so that if this has been well planned and implemented correctly, then students will be easier to achieve good and satisfying achievement. Abstract

Abstract The most effective inculcation of multiculturalism values ​​is through education, in this case one of which is by applying education and instilling multicultural values ​​to respond to cultural diversity by offering democracy, equality, independence, and diversity in an approach. Multicultural education brings every level of society to feel recognized, valued, treated democratically and appropriately despite cultural differences. The ideal indication is the willingness to accept and respect other groups of ethnic, gender, and religious and cultural affiliation. Multicultural education emerges as a bond, relationship, security and guarantor for the continuity of pluralism. It is intended for the creation of harmony among fellow human beings with definite differences between them. In fact, the core values ​​of multicultural education have in common with the core values ​​contained in the teachings of Islam related to relationships between people. Abstract

Abstract Al-Qur'an is the holy book of Islam which is loaded with the principles of life including moral education. This study aims to examine al-Qur'an verses 11-13 al-Hujurat about moral education and its application in people's lives. This type of research is library research, using documentary data collection methods and data analysis methods using content analysis. The results showed that moral education in the Koran al-Hujurat verses 11-13 include: Uphold the honor of Muslims, repentance, positive thinking, ta'aruf and egalitarian (equality). The application in social life is carried out through exemplary methods, advice, stories, lectures, habituation, warnings and threats (tarhib). Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine science and technology in the perspective of the Qur'an, and the positive and negative impacts on human life. This research is a library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses the documentary method, and data analysis using inductive and deductive analysis. The results showed that science and technology in the perspective of the Qur'an absolutely upheld because it is very necessary in everyday life and even many provide convenience for human life. However, in its application, consideration must be given to the positive and negative impacts, so that the right policies are needed so that they are not detrimental to human life itself. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the angels in the perspective of the Qur'an (Comparative Study of the interpretation of al-Ṭabarî and Quraish Shihab). This type of research is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method is a documentary, while the data analysis method uses inductive, deductive and comparative methods. The results show that al-Ṭabarî is one of the commentators who offers a method of interpretation of bi al-Ma'ṡȗr with the narrative approach of the Companions, and tâbi'în, interpretation of angels tends to refer to Isriliyat. This can be seen from the interpretation which says that in essence angels and demons are a group of people in heaven. Devil used to be named ‘Azâzîl. While Quraish Shihab is one of the commentators who emphasizes bi al-ra'y interpretation patterns with the language analysis approach. According to the Quraish Shihab, that istiṡnâ’ 'in the word illâ Iblîs is istiṡnâ “which is munqaṭi” so that the word "ill" means "but", so according to him, Devil is not part of the angel. Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses about Islam and Javanese culture in Clifford Geertz’s perspective. Geertz's thought was carried out in several stages. First, describing the meaning of religion according to anthropologists. Second, revealing the symbiotic side of Islamic and Javanese mutualism according to Geertz. Meanwhile, if seen from the appreciation and intensity of its practice of Islamic teachings, in the sociological construct, Muslims in Java can be classified into Santri, Abangan, and Priyayi. First is the representation of Javanese Muslims who are very strict in carrying out the teachings of Islam while, in contrast, second one and last is the Muslim community that carries out Islamic teachings in a perfunctory and often "indifferent" way.
