The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR) Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Asset (ROA) and Its Impact on Stock Prices on Mining Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2017.Data collection was carried out by taking secondary data in the form of 8 companies' financial statements for the period 2008 - 2017 where financial statements were made panel data and processed with software Eviews 9.0. The analytical method used is an associative descriptive analysis. Data analysis includes data feasibility tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously.The results of this study indicate that (1) the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) on Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive insignificant effect, (2) the effect of Current Ratio (DER) on Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect, (3) the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive insignificant effect (4) the influence of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) simultaneously to Return On Assets ( ROA) with prob 0.00000 and F-Statistic 11.82037 have a significant positive effect (5) the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Prices has a positive and insignificant effect.

Abstract

: This study uses quantitative research methods and the data used are primary data, namely annual financial reports. The population in this study was the Financial Services Agency for the Regional Public Health Center, Kramat Jati District in 2018 and 2019. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique. Based on the sampling technique above, the sample in this study was the Kramat Jati District Health Center. The data analysis technique was started with descriptive statistical test, then continued with panel data regression analysis, panel model selection method, classical assumption test consisting of regression normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that partially inventory turnover has no significant effect on financial performance, fixed asset turnover does not have a significant effect on financial performance, return on fixed assets does not have a significant effect on financial performance, and returns on equity have no significant effect on financial performance financial performance. Simultaneously, Inventory Turn Over, Fixed Asset Turn Over, Return on Fixed Asset, and Return on Equity together have no influence on the Financial Performance of Regional Public Service Bodies. The adjusted R-Square value is 0, meaning that the coefficient of determination is 0. The rest is 100% influenced by other variables outside the regression model in this study such as managerial ownership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengelola kelas pada guru kelas IV, V, dan VI di SD Negeri Dengkek 01 pada semester I Tahun Ajaran2019/2020.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian adalah adanya peningkatan, baik dalam pengerjaan administrasi kelas maupun dalam proses pembelajaran serta prestasi peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil supervisi administrasi perangkat pembelajaran, penyusunan RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan bahwa pada kondisi awal menunjukkan administrasi guru kelas IV, V, dan VIsudah mengerjakan administrasi dengan predikat cukup dan proses pembelajaran masih kurang persiapan, belum optimal dalam pemilihan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaranserta ketertiban peserta didik cukup.Guru belum optimal menggunakan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran yang relevan. Pada siklus I melalui supervisi administrasi perangkat pembelajaran, telaah RPP dan pelaksaanaan proses pembelajaran serta prestasi peserta didik dengan predikat baik (memenuhi KKM 75) dan guru dalam mengelola kelas tampak tegang dan tidak nyaman sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan kaku, sikap guru kelihatan gugup. Hal ini merasa bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran ditunggui dan diamati oleh peneliti. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran sudah relevan.Peserta didik kelihatan tertib dan lebih antusias dalam mengikuti pelajaran.Setelah siklus I peneliti mengadakan supervisi klinis. Sedangkan pada siklus II, baik guru kelas IV, V, dan VIdalam pelaksanaan supervisi administrasi perangkat pembelajaran, telaah RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta prestasi peserta didik sudah lebih baik. Guru lebih nyaman, komunikatif, menggunakan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran sudah relevan. Peserta didik tidak terganggu dengan keberadaan peneliti didalam kelasnya.Dengan ukuran kuantitatif guru kelas IV ada kenaikan sebesar 19,3% yaitu 71menjadi 88. Untuk guru kelas V ada kenaikan sebesar 18,5% yaitu 75 menjadi 92. Sedangkan untuk guru kelasVI ada kenaikan sebesar 21,8% yaitu 75 menjadi 96. Secara umum guru kelas IV, V, dan VI keterampilan mengelola kelasberhasil dengan predikat baik dan amat baik. Administrasi perangkat pembelajaran dikerjakan dengan lebih baik dan proses pembelajaran lebih aktif, kreatif,inovatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. serta hasil prestasi peserta didik lebih baik dan melampaui KKM 75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran daringpada masa pandemi Covid 19 di SD Negeri Tambahagung 03. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah(action research). Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskanupaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas melalui telaah RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring serta meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Tambahagung 03 Kabupaten Pati Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya peningkatan dalam mengelola kelas meliputi telaah RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring serta prestasi peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil supervisi telaah RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan bahwa pada kondisi awal menunjukkan penyusunan RPP kelas IV, V, dan VI sudah dikerjakan dengan predikat cukup dan proses pembelajaran masih kurang persiapan, belum optimal dalam pemilihan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran belum relevan serta keaktifan peserta didik cukup.Pada siklus I melalui supervisi administrasi perangkat pembelajaran, telaah RPP dan pelaksaanaan proses pembelajaran daring serta prestasi peserta didik dengan predikat baik (memenuhi KKM 65) dan guru dalam mengelola kelas tampak tidak nyaman sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kelihatan gugup. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran sudah relevan. Peserta didik kelihatan tertib dan lebih antusias dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Setelah siklus I peneliti mengadakan pembimbingan dengan metode pendekatan individual. Sedangkan pada siklus II, baik guru kelas IV, V, dan VI dalam pelaksanaan supervisi telaah RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring serta prestasi peserta didik sudah lebih baik. Guru lebih nyaman, komunikatif, menggunakan media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran sudah relevan. Peserta didik lebih aktif bertanya kepada guru.Dengan ukuran kuantitatif guru kelas IV ada kenaikan sebesar 32,4% yaitu 71 menjadi 94. Untuk guru kelas V ada kenaikan sebesar 20,5% yaitu 72 menjadi 88. Sedangkan untuk guru kelasVI ada kenaikan sebesar 22,7% yaitu 75 menjadi 92. Secara umum guru kelas IV, V, dan VI keterampilan mengelola kelas berhasil dengan predikat baik dan amat baik. Proses pembelajaran lebih aktif, kreatif, inovatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. serta hasil prestasi peserta didik lebih baik dan melampaui KKM 65.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the inhibiting factors of Indonesian doctoral students in carrying out reputable international publications. This research is a sequential mixed method exploration with qualitative exploration methods and to determine the relationship between the inhibiting factors of publication performance and quantitative methods. This study used a mixed sequential exploratory method. The first step was a qualitative analysis that explored the inhibiting factors for doctoral student publication. Primary data collection used open and unstructured interviews in depth to 7 (seven) doctoral program student participants who were selected and determined using purposive sampling method. The second step is to conduct a quantitative analysis to determine the correlation between inhibiting factors and publication performance. Primary data collection used an online questionnaire with 250 respondents selected using the snowball sampling method and then analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that the doctoral program student respondents have several obstacles to publishing in internationally reputable journals such as negative results, lack of funding, long response time, low English language skills, insufficient writing time, limited writing skills, limitations. submission capability. , high publication costs, inadequate facilities, limited journal references, limited technology skills. The novelty of this research is the first research on obstacles in the publication of doctoral students in Indonesia using the Exploratory Sequential Mixed Methods with the scope of a country. This research can serve as a reference for similar research, and further research can be carried out in other countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore and investigate the influence of the perception of halal food, halal food quality, halal food safety and knowledge of halal food on student consumer purchase intentions. This study used the Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method and the first stage of this research was quantitative analysis. The questionnaires were distributed randomly with an online electronic questionnaire and using snowball sampling techniques, totaling 420 student respondents. Data processing and hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS software. The second stage is a qualitative analysis that explores the factors that influence student consumers to buy halal food. Primary data collection used open and unstructured interviews in depth with 5 (five) student consumer participants who were selected and determined using purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the perception of halal food has a significant effect on repeat purchases, the quality of halal food has a significant effect on purchases. Halal food safety has a significant positive effect on repeat purchases and knowledge of halal food has a significant effect on repeat purchases. The results of this study can provide insights for halal food producers to see student consumers as one of their target markets in the halal food industry and will help to determine the level of knowledge and students' perceptions of halal food. The novelty of this research is a new model of perception of halal food, quality of halal food, halal food safety and knowledge of halal food on purchase intentions of student consumers in Indonesia using the Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methods with the coverage of a country. This research can serve as a reference for further research to be carried out in other countries and can be adapted and adopted by other countries or in other regions.

Abstract

Environmental management (EMA) has been considered as a successful idea to reduce ecological burdens in the form of energy dependence and carbon footprint. In addition to the company's highest emphasis on EMA, the organization's environmental strategy (ENS) is articulated and implemented with ecological motivation. The role of the ENS strengthens the internal awareness of the organization to improve environmental conditions and thereby helps reduce negative environmental stresses. In addition, with increasing environmental regulations in place, the need for sound environmental policies and strategies of the company is essential to protect future growth and market image. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate business sustainability (Going Concern). The sustainability of the company's business will only be guaranteed if we pay attention to the social and environmental dimensions. In fact, the substance of corporate social responsibility is in the context of strengthening the sustainability of the company's own business by building cooperation between stakeholders which the company facilitates by compiling programs for the surrounding community. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and also secondary data. The population in this study is the CDC unit (Community Development Center) PT TELKOM Surabaya branch. The number of respondents was 20 respondents who were used in the analysis. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis to analyze the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that Corporate Social Responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) Affects the Sustainability of the Company (Going Concern).

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas menyusun rencana pelaksanan pembelajaran tematik SDN Sidokerto 02 Semester II tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 melalui pelatihan penyusunan rencana pembelajaran tematik. Dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, tugas, dan pendampingan. Selain itu penelitian ini dalam beberapa siklus. Setiap siklus dengan melakukan empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari - Maret 2020 selama tiga bulan dengan waktu setiap hari sabtu. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Sidokerto 02. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan guru mapel se-SDN Sidokerto 02 berjumlah 8 orang. Secara teoritis melalui pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Tematik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanan Pembelajaran Tematik SDN Sidokerto 02. Dengan demikian pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tematik bagi guru kelas mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi guru kelas dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tematik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems experienced by teachers during Covid-19 pandemic in which teachers must conduct online learning. This research is a descriptive study using the online survey method. The data was collected using online questionnaires to 120 respondents of teacher vocational schools. It was found that 98% of the vocational schools teachers respondents have conducted online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, and 1 teacher did not use online model. The information obtained is that 100% of the teacher is doing online learning model (in the network). More than 9 medias used by vocational schools teachers in Bantul district during the pandemic were offered namely WhatsApps, WhatsApp Web, Google Classroom, Google Group, TeamLink, Microsoft Teams, Kaizala Microsoft, Zoom Meeting & Webinar, Youtube, Google Hangouts, and others. 100% of teachers or as many as 87 teachers are learning with WhatsApps application as the first choice. Furthermore, 16% of teachers use some application supporters of WhatsApp. Google Class is the second option. The third option is Google form as much as 14% or 8 teachers. The use of Google Form is for students' worksheets. The fourth choice is YouTube with as many as 9% or 5 teachers. Short videos related to the material being taught in 10-24 minutes. The fifth application is the Zoom Cloud Meeting for only 4% or6 teachers who chose this platform.
