<![CDATA[The entry of one of the foreign cultures caused by the development of the globalization era in the world, namely in the youth community in Indonesia, this culture has led to several changes in the social community of this new teenager which is called the Punk Child. This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of Payakumbuh City Regulation Number 5 of 2007 in Control of Punk Children in Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. Researchers use research methods with qualitative methods with an inductive approach. Through analysis in a different perspective from previous research, namely, several determinants in public policy as determinants of public policy outcomes. The results of this study are the Child Punk Control has not been effective well because the main goal has not been achieved, the imposition of sanctions that are still not firm and the resources involved are lacking, expertise and skills are still lacking due to members of the Payakumbuh Municipal Civil Service Police Unit. As well as the lack of facilities and facilities from the Civil Service Police Unit in terms of mobility of members and it needs special attention from the government for budgeting. The conclusion of this study shows that the local regulations have not been effective in overcoming the control of punk children in Payakumbuh City. Researchers suggest that the government and police conduct special coaching for job training programs so that punk children are able to live a good life.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this study is to determine the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining peace and public order in dealing with the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The method of writing articles is to use library research. The conclusions obtained are: the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining the peace of the people of DKI Jakarta in facing the spread of Covid-19 has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from the concrete efforts that have been made since January 2020. The concrete efforts are in the form of preventive measures, short-term direction to be followed up and anticipatory efforts in dealing with Covid-19 in the DKI Jakarta area. The suggestions that can be made include the following: 1) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to improve coordination with the central government with regard to data transparency; 2) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to increase the dissemination of actual and trusted information to the public widely with any media both print media, electronic media and social media; 3) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to increase close supervision to the public so that they can comply with appeals related to the procedures for preventing the spread of Covid-19; 4) Further research / studies are needed in relation to the Jakarta people's happiness index when the spread of Covid-19 occurs in relation to the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining peace and public order.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of BPBD Kutai Kertanegara Regency in disaster mitigation efforts to support an independent society so that later the performance program can be sustainable. In addition, it is also to determine the level of community participation in disaster mitigation efforts, whether the community can participate optimally with the existence of Destana. The method used is descriptive qualitative case study, where the researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained directly from the field while secondary data is not obtained directly in the field, through observation and documentation. The results of this study are that there are several strategies of BPBD Kutai Kertanegara Regency in maximizing community participation, including socialization and training carried out in stages, Destana development involving the community. In addition, community participation is high even though it is hindered by community professions. Community involvement in these areas cannot be separated from people's awareness of their disaster-prone areas so that awareness has opened their minds to participate and participate in disaster resilient village programs. <![CDATA[The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is an organization that has quite strategic tasks, functions and authorities in organizing the enforcement of regional regulations and decisions of the Head of the Region, Organizing public peace and order, and community protection. The city of Bandung as the capital of West Java Province which has the potential as a destination area for immigrants to meet the living needs of various areas to complain about fate. Thus, as a trade destination area, it is necessary to arrange an orderly, comfortable and peaceful situation for the people of Bandung City. Street vendors are one of the informal livelihoods that are mostly located in every corner of Bandung City. In addition to having a source of income for the area, but on the other hand is another problem for the government of Bandung City. The purpose of writing is to find out how the effectiveness of the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in Disciplining Pedestrian Traders in the City of Bandung. The method used in this writing is Descriptive Analysis by using research tools in the form of literature study on the Effectiveness and Role of Civil Servants Unit (Satpol PP).]]>

<![CDATA[Problems regarding the role of the Civil Service Police Unit which are not running optimally so that it has an impact on peace and public order, namely the discovery of traders and consumers of alcoholic beverages due to lack of socialization and operations often used by traders and consumers to continue to circulate and consume. In connection with the research analysis, the authors use the theory of Biddle and Thomas. While the method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used by interview, documentation and observation. From the results of the study, it was found that the Civil Service Police Unit was not optimal in carrying out its role. One of them is the enforcement of regional laws and regulations, which is still found abuse of alcoholic beverages, with indicators of weak supervision and weak faith of the people of Indramayu Regency itself. The efforts that have been made by the Indramayu Regency Civil Service Police Unit are through the development of members, the formation of Civil Servant Investigators, capacity building of employees, and supporting physical facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The city government of Palembang in this case the mayor of Palembang has issued the Palembang Mayor's Instruction No. 1 of 2020 on April 21, 2020 which instructs the improvement of control, prevention, and handling of transmission of corona virus diseases 2019 (COVID-19) in the city of Palembang. This research aims to maintain public peace in facing the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia conducted by the Civil Service Police Unit. The research method uses an empirical legal approach. Data collection techniques sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the Palembang City Civil Service Police Unit had tried to overcome the existing problems, it was found obstacles in the field such as the people who did not wear masks and still clustered on the grounds of family members. However, this can be handled by the PP policemen by arranging patrol schedules so that they routinely check the activities of the people with the firmness of the Sat Pol PP leaders in the city of Palembang. The commitment is supported by infrastructure to always stop appealing to the public both through print and online media. This is influenced by factors that influence the success of COVID-19 supervision, control and prevention during PSBB, including internal factors including the Palembang Municipal Civil Service Police Unit in monitoring, controlling, preventing the spread of COVID-19 always prioritizing coordination and synchronization with cross-sectoral . While external factors include the interests of the community itself.]]>

<![CDATA[Congestion, inconvenience of road users, garbage dumped arbitrarily causes unpleasant odors to disturb public peace. Control of people who trade as street vendors by Satpol-PP is a procedure for law enforcement. This study aims to explore and obtain a description of policy implementation, inhibiting factors for policy implementation, and efforts to control street vendors. Researchers used exploratory and qualitative design research methods with an inductive approach where the research informants consisted of elements from government and society. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. To analyze the research data using Edward III theory in Sobarsono (2020: 92) and a normative approach. The results of this study are that so far the implementation of policies regarding public policing and public order in controlling street vendors by Satpol-PP has not been optimal, and is still constrained in several ways such as: Apparatus Resources, Lack of public awareness. <![CDATA[Trade is an activity with the hope of being able to trigger the movement of the community's economy and have an impact on people's welfare. But the Barabai Modern Traditional Market has not been able to provide convenience for buyers to transact and the arrangement of traders is still chaotic because there is no orderly place to trade. Control of Barabai Modern Traditional Market aims to provide convenience in buying and selling transactions at Barabai Modern Traditional Market. The factors causing this disorder are 1) lack of public awareness 2) unclear arrangements and 3) inadequate facilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach, for data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, this study uses implementation theory from Merilee S. Grindle. The results of this study indicate that the enforcement of Barabai Modern Traditional Market has not been good with the inhibiting factor is the lack of public awareness to maintain order, the absence of decisive action and the facilities of the Barabai Modern Traditional Market. As for the socialization efforts and appeals to the community. Suggestions for the implementation of modern barabai traditional market control are in the form of making SOPs for controlling the modern barabai traditional market.]]>

<![CDATA[Village head elections (pilkades) are political activities / events that show how the process (party) of democracy is at the village level. Pilkades is not merely a transfer of leadership for the sustainability of government and development in the village, or how a power struggle with a campaign strategy is carried out in order to get sympathy and support from the village community, but more than that it concerns prestige / dignity and honor so that it often creates tough competition and conflict. Since the enactment of Law no. 23 of 2004 and now Law no. 32 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, regional heads are directly elected by the people. This study aims to explain the possible potential for disturbances of peace and public order that can occur during the pre-post-regional head elections such as village head elections which result in disturbances of peace and public order, then try to analyze and study and anticipate as an effort to minimize possible disturbances. The method used in this research is descriptive research method by emphasizing the researcher's efforts to describe the phenomenon based on the experiences of research participants while on duty in the region and supplemented with the results of observations. The final results of this study are expected to be able to provide recommendations and solutions to a more appropriate “pilkada” model. The conclusion of this research is in order to enforce peace and public order in the regions by preventing disturbances of peace and order from pre to post Pilkada.]]>

<![CDATA[Village apparatuses as elements of village government administrators who are tasked with assisting the village head, capacity village officials is still low so that they lack understanding of government policies in carrying out their duties and functions as community servants. From this, the village apparatus needs attention so that the performance of the village equipment increases. The research objective was to analyze the increase in performance village relationship between the implementation Perda increased performance. The research method uses a mix method. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation, documentation and questionnaires. The results showed less than optimal, which was caused by: 1) Not yet optimal performance of village officials in accommodating and channeling community aspirations. 2) Lack of socialization regarding new policies by the Regional Government to the Village Government 3) Limited facilities and infrastructure owned by the Village Government in providing services to the community 4) Ununderstanding of Village officials regarding Regional Government policies. 5) Lack of motivation to work village officials in Padalarang Village. From this, positive implementation PERDA No. 14 of 2009 and the performance of village officials. In this case the regional government of West Bandung district can provide guidance and evaluate the performance of village heads and village officials regularly so as to improve the performance of village officials.]]>
