Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk organik cair dan media tanam yang tepat merupakan faktor utama untuk menentukan keberhasilan budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik, sehingga nutrisi pada pupuk organik harus mengandung unsur makro dan unsur mikro yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman dan dapat diserap dengan baik oleh tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik cair dan jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jabal Ghafur Gle Gapui Sigli. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu pupuk organik cair (C) dan jenis media tanam (M). Faktor pupuk organik cair terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu C1 = 50 ml/l air, C2 = 100 ml/l air, C3= 150 ml/l air dan faktor jenis media tanam terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu M1 = arang sekam, M2 = sekam padi, M3 = arang sekam + sekam padi. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun dan berat brangkasan basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, dan berat brangkasan basah tetapi, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada pemberian media tanam terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Terdapat interaksi antara pemberian pupuk organik cair dan media tanam terhadap lebar daun umur 15 HST, dengan perlakuan terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi pupuk organik cair 150 ml/l air dan arang sekam.Kata kunci : pupuk organik, media tanam, hidroponik, pakcoy

Abstract

Increasing students' mathematical representation skills is one of the factors in achieving the goals of mathematics education. Applying the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model is a learning process in which the goals and desires of individuals or students are built and achieved openly on the material of a two-variable linear equation system (SPLDV). The AIR learning model is a learning model in which it has three main phases, namely auditory (listening), intellectually (understanding), repetition (repetition). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a difference in the average application of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model on students' mathematical representation abilities with the application of conventional learning models. The population in this study is class X semester 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Sigli in 2021/2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. This study used two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Learning in class X MIPA-2 as many as 20 students as an experimental class was carried out using the AIR learning model, while learning in class X Language-1 as many as 16 students as a control class was carried out using conventional learning models. The research instrument is in the form of questions given in the form of pretest and posttest consisting of five essay questions. Based on the results of data processing with the help of statistical software, the results of the normality test on the pre-test with sig. 0.20 0.05 and post-test with sig. 0.20 0.05. By using the t-test, namely the Independent Sample T-test in the post-test with a significance level of 5%, the significance value of 0.028 0.05 is obtained, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the application of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model to students' mathematical representation abilities between the experimental class and the control class. Abstract

Sawi merupakan jenis sayuran yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia  sehingga  permintaan sayuran ini selalu mengalami kenaikan. Bila ditinjau dari aspek teknis, ekonomi dan sosial, tanaman sawi sangat prospektif untuk diusahakan ka rena masa panen yang singkat dan pasar yang terbuka luas, disamping itu  harga  jual tanaman ini relatif  stabil dan mudah diusahakan. Salah satu varietas sawi yang memiliki harga dan minat konsumsi yang tinggi dari masyarakat adalah sawi pagoda (Brassica narinosa ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda.  Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap Faktorial (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis pupuk organik cair (J) terdiri dari 2 taraf dan  media tanam (M) terdiri dari 4 taraf,  terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali  sehingga dapat 24 satuan percobaan.Susunan kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ternyata bahwa jenis pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi hidroponik, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan berat brangkasan.  Sedangkan media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata dan nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 15 hari dan berat berangkasan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh  nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 25 dan 35 hari, jumlah daun pada semua umur pengamatan dan panjang akar.Ccocopeat merupaka media terbaik dari sejmlah media yang dipakai. Tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam terhadap semua peubah yang diamatiKata kunci : Hidrofonik, Media, Organik, Pupuk, Sawi

Abstract

This system is one of the online bookstore system that sells various categories of books, whose products are sourced from several suppliers. Bookstores located in Lhokseumawe have difficulty in disseminating product information. This research focus to Designing Data Book Apps And Bookstores Based on Location Based Service Methods and Android has a problem formula for how to design and build book-logging apps and bookstores. The purpose of this research is to make the app as a product promotion medium for booksellers and to provide nearby bookstore information for people from out of town by using. This research uses location based service methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from Google Maps. Based on the testing conducted, it is obtained the conclusion that users of this system do not have to have a physical store to sell books, and for bookstore seekers must enable GPS to locate the starting point to the nearest bookstore location point.Keywords : Bookstores, Location Based Service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris siswa Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Birem Bayeun Kabupaten Aceh Timur dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan di Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Birem Bayeun Kabupaten Aceh Timur. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI MIPA tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 orang. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam bahasa Inggris. Berhasilnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris, diketahui dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam bahasa Inggris dari sebelum tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II. Pada sebelum tindakan rata-rata nilai kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam bahasa Inggris adalah 56,7%, dengan ketegori “Kurang Mampu”, karena sebagian nilai siswa berada pada rentang 55%-69%. Pada siklus I ratarata nilai kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam bahasa Inggris adalah 73,3%, dengan ketegori “Cukup Mampu”, karena sebagian nilai siswa berada pada rentang 70%-79%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90,2%, dengan ketegori “Mampu”, karena sebagian nilai siswa berada pada rentang 80%-100%.Kata kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran, Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation (GI), Kemampuan, Berbicara

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Focus Group Discussion Method on increasing students' learning motivation in the field of English studies. The subjects of this study were class XII students for the academic year 2020-2021. There are 25 students, consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students. This research took place in two cycles, each cycle consisted of; “planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collected in this study include: student learning outcomes, observations of activities during learning, post-test results given and reflections from reflection quiz sheets. Observation of teacher performance in learning by using Focus Group Discussion method and reflection from research partners, taken at the end of each cycle. The results of the research in cycles 1 and 2 are 1.) Teacher activity has increased well, namely achieving (standard score "good") has mastered and applied the Focus Group Discussion model in learning and at the end of cycle 2 in general it has been around (standard score" is very good). 2.) Student participation during KBM at the first meeting of cycle 1 was still low (ranging from the standard of "fair"), but at the second meeting of cycle one it began to increase (standard score was "good") and the class atmosphere became more harmonious. At the end of cycle 2 in general, students had partitioned “very well” at the time of the KMB. 3.) Student learning outcomes at the end of Cycle 1 increased to 16 of 25 students (64%) who achieved the standard value of learning completeness compared to before the CAR took place of 25 students, 15 (60%) students who completed. At the end of cycle 2, it was getting better, reaching 20 out of 24 students (80%) achieving the standard of mastery learning, their average score was above the KKM: 68. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of Focus Group Discussion learning has been proven to improve teacher professionalism, participation and student learning outcomes in class XII IPS-1 SMA Kembang Tanjong on the subject matter of "Text Discussion".Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Model Focus Group Discussion

Abstract

This study was an empirical study that aimed to determine the effect of supervision and delegation of authority toward the role conflict and its impact on employee job performance of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Jaya. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Jaya District. The study population was all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Jaya, amounting to 110 people. Due to the size of the population is enough and affordable for the research, thus the population sample was the entire population of the employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis by using SPSS software. Supervision significantly and negatively related to role conflict. Delegation of authority had a positive and significant effect on role conflict. Both supervision and delegation of authority had a positive and significant effect on job performance of employees at the office of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Jaya. Role conflict became a barrier in mediating role of supervision activities on employee performance at the office of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Jaya. However, role conflict could play a role in mediating the delegation of authority policy on employees’ job performance.Keywords : Supervision, Delegation of Authority,  erole conflict performance of employees

Abstract

The corona virus has a fairly broad impact on the activities carried out by the community, one of which has an impact on economic activity in banking financial institutions, both in conventional and Islamic banks. The type of research used is field research. This research is descriptive qualitative which means it describes the research subject. The data analysis technique used in this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The growth of Islamic Commercial Banks during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 decreased and began to recover in 2021. The non-performing financing component experienced a reduced risk of problems until 2021, due to more selective financing distribution. Likewise, the DPK indicator which includes savings, current accounts and deposits experienced a setback in 2020 and returned to white in 2021. Thus, it can be concluded that Islamic Commercial Banks are also faltering with the presence of the Corona outbreak that hit the world, after the Covid-19 development of Commercial Banks Sharia is slowly recovering.Keywords : Corona, Islamic Commercial Banks, Economy

Abstract

This research is a research development practicum guide in the field of chemistry education. The aims of this research are (1) to obtain a practicum guide based on the Discovery type syntax, (2) the significant difference in the improvement of learning outcomes that are learned using the existing practicum guides at school with the Discovery type practicum guides, (3) the effectiveness of the learning process taught by using the Discovery type practicum guide. using the Discovery type practicum guide. The stages in this research are (1) Syntax analysis of the Discovery learning model to determine the components of the chemical practicum guide according to the Discovery type, (2) Compile and develop a chemical practicum guide on acid-base solution materials according to the Discovery type syntax, (3) Standardization or feasibility test of practicum guides for teacher validators, (4) Implementation of practicum guides for class XI students of SMA Negeri Unggul Sigli, (5) Analyzing the effectiveness of the Discovery type practicum guide in learning Acid-Base Solutions that have been tested. The results of the feasibility test for the Discovery type practicum guide 3.41 and the practicum guide at school 2.31. While the effectiveness of the use of the Discovery type practicum guide and the practicum guide commonly used in schools, judging by student learning outcomes, it is known that the experimental class I which uses the Discovery type practicum guide is an average of 86.00 with an increase in learning outcomes of 71.4% while the experimental class II which uses a practicum guide in the LKS an average of 61.75 with an increase in learning outcomes of 58.8%. So it can be concluded that the Discovery type practicum guide and the practicum guide being studied are feasible to be used as practicum guides in schools, with increased learning outcomes using the Discovery type practicum guide being higher in value than the existing practicum guides in the lectures.Keywords: Development of Practicum Guide, Type of Discovery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kreatifitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen kerupuk mulieng di Kota Beureunuen. Untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen kerupuk mulieng di Kota Beureunuen. Dimana variabel independen yaitu Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Kreatifitas Produk dan Minat Beli (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk kerupuk mulieng di Kota Beureunuen sebanyak 80 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 80 sampel yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk kerupuk mulieng di Kota Beureunuen. Data yang dihimpun dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, baik data kualitatif maupun data kuantitatif dan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji F dan Uji t, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y =  1,353 + 0,191 X1 + 0,225 X2 + 0,217 X3+ 0,146 X4 + 0,224 X5. Hasil analisis berdasarkan uji t diketahui bahwa Variabel Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Tempat (X3), Promosi (X4) dan Kreatifitas Produk (X5) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Kerupuk Mulieng Di Kota Beureunuen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan yaitu sebesar 0,225 atau 22,5 % minat beli konsumen Kerupuk Mulieng Di Kota Beureunuen. Hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen yaitu masing-masing variabel produk (X1), harga (X2), tempat (X3), promosi (X4) dan kreatifitas produk (X5) terhadap minat beli konsumen Kerupuk Mulieng Di Kota Beureunuen dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,993. Ini berarti hubungan tersebut sangat kuat. Koefisien determinasi variabel produk (X1), harga (X2), tempat (X3), promosi (X4) dan kreatifitas produk (X5) sebesar 0,9862 = 0,937, ini berarti terdapat pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen Kerupuk Mulieng Di Kota Beureunuen sebesar 93,7 %, sedangkan sisanya 6,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Kreatifitas Produk, Minat Beli
