Abstract

Manusia berada dalam kerugian manakala ia tidak beriman kepada tuhan yang menciptakan alam semesta beserta isinya termasuk dirinya. Abstract

The concept of humanistic education in the Qur'an contains elements including: a) Human education physically and biologically; b) inner human education and psychology; c) social human education and d) spiritual education. Concepts in the perspective of Al-Qur’an which become the foundation for a humanist education, including: the nature of human form, the potential of humanity, and the purpose of human creation. The humanization applied in the Qur'an does not leave the role of man on earth as its function and role as "imarah al-ardl," and as a servant who is obliged to serve the khalik as his function and role as "ibad." As for education with a paradigm the humanists contained in the Qurʻan are: First, putting back all educational activities (talab al-ilm) under the framework of religious work which aims to seek the pleasure of Allah. Second, there is a comparison between religious knowledge and general knowledge. Third, freedom in developing science. Fourth, reviewing grounded science so that it can be implemented in daily life and start trying to implement an integrative educational strategy. The activities of human life are based on the spiritual dimension so that they do not harm others. This thought emphasizes the development of human potential in order to be able to portray themselves as ‘abd Allah and the khalifah of Allah. This education is intended to help students actualize their potential to become independent and creative people who are aware of God's presence in themselves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguraikan cara penyusunan silabus Jurusan Tarjamah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta berdasarkan KKNI dan SNPT, (2) mengukur kesesuaian silabus Jurusan Tarjamah dengan KKNI, dan (3) mengukur kesesuaian silabus Jurusan Tarjamah dengan SNPT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif dengan ancangan studi kasus. Peneliti menggunakan model analisis data interaktif Miles & Hubberman, dengan melalui tahap: mengumpulkan data, teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan triaNgulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penyusunan silabus jurusan Tarjamah dilakukan oleh setiap dosen pengampu mata kuliah melalui tahapan-tahapan secara sistematis, (2) silabus jurusan Tarjamah belum sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada pada KKNI karena tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden RI Nomor 8 tentang KKNI, dan (3) silabus jurusan Tarjamah belum sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada pada dan SNPT karena tidak sesuai dengan Permenristekdikti No. 44 Tahun 2015 tentang SNPT.

Abstract

This study describes the biological verification and reproductive health of prospective pre-marriage brides in the perspective of Islamic law, and covers Islamic insights regarding the verification of biological and reproductive health of pre-marriage brides, and the law to conduct biological verification and reproductive health for pre-marriage brides in legal perspective Islam. The case that took place in Bulukumba on September 17, 2017 was related to biological forgery between Syarifah Nurul Husna (20 years) and Rahmat Yani (28 years old) a woman from Erelebu Hamlet, Eka Tiro Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. Apparently married to fellow women, he was involved with same-sex marriage. Revealed when the first night after the wedding ceremony took place, finally arrived where the moment of the two lovebirds got together in the first night. Suddenly Nurul Husna screamed and ran out of her room, she was crying out unconsciously knowing that Rahmat Yani was actually a woman. Syarifa Nurul Husna's family did not remain silent over the incident that happened to her daughter, they then made a vote on her daughter-in-law's identity. After doing the checkup, he finally found out if Rahmat Yani was Rahmayani according to the residents of Herlang Hamlet, from the village of Rahmat Yani. For the sake of the sanctity of the marriage institution, similar events are expected not to occur again in the future. For this reason, a solution needs to be formulated, including fixing civil administration regulations. This study seeks to discuss one solution, which includes verification of identity and reproductive health as one administrative requirement for marriage. If it refers to the quantity of cases, this idea might be considered as an excessive response. However, when viewed from the classical fiqh perspective, this has been exemplified in the early days of the development of Islamic Law. Presupposition cases born from the leaders of four popular schools indicate that there is no need to wait for cases to establish the law. For example, the priests of the school of thought have spoken and determined the legal consequences of a clogged vagina or a penis being cut off for marital survival This research is a descriptive research (library research) with a type of qualitative research, using a legal approach (formal juridical), a case approach, a fiqh approach and a psychological approach. The theory used is Maqasyid syariah related to the maintenance of offspring popularized by As-Sya tiby and the benefit theory that was popularized by at-Tufi.

Abstract

Indonesian development runs on the foundation of Indonesia's long-term vision, namely the realization of nation-states, modern Indonesia that is safe and peaceful, fair and democratic, and prosperous by upholding human values, independence and unity based on Pancasila and The 1945 Constitution. To realize this, education as a subsystem is one of the important aspects to be considered in its direction and purpose so that education is not merely an aspect of supporting Indonesia's development, but as a locomotive of development itself. Because in reality, education is one aspect of life that is run by being influenced by various external aspects that are interrelated with each other such as political, economic, socio-cultural, defense-security aspects, even ideology has a very strong influence on the continuity of education, and vice versa. This paper aims to find out how the Long Term Development Plan (RPJP) is specifically regarding national education between 2005-2010 and 2010-2025. To achieve this goal, the author uses content analysis research using written documents that have been used as guidelines to determine the direction of the Indonesian government's policy in realizing national development. The results of the research in this paper show that the development of national education in the future is based on the paradigm of developing Indonesian people as a whole. The humanitarian dimension includes the three most basic things, namely: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. This is based on the desire to realize the education system as a strong and authoritative social institution to empower all citizens of Indonesia to develop into quality human beings so that they are able and proactively respond to the challenges of an ever-changing era.

Abstract

Debate cannot be avoided and denied in the reality of the reality of today's social life. Because basically human conditions and situations are in an inequality or different sociologically and psychologically. Included in the Koran also illustrates the dialogue process and debate that is quite serious about the truth. The position of debate in the Qur'an is called Jadal. Jadal was born from the interaction and historical dynamics in the process of the decline of the Qur'anic teachings. On the other hand, debate is not and can be carried out without a method. If that happens, the hope of the debate process will not be reached. The forerunner to success in the debate is due to the implementation of the right method. However, the debate should be built on the basis of togetherness in order to create an inclusive debate. It has become an ideal in the Qur'an about the process of debate and an inclusive diaologist.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and test empirical data related to self-efficacy relationship and professional’s competence with teacher’s performance separately and simultaneously. Results in this research, there is a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and professional’s competence together with teacher’s performance in sub rayon 11 parung kabupaten bogor. There is a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and teacher’s performance with a coefficient of correlation of 0.659 point and coefficient of determination of 0.435 point which gives effect with teacher performance of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors. There is a positive and significant relationship between professional’s competence with teacher’s performance with coefficient of correlation 0.659 point and coefficient of determination of 0.435 point which gives effect with teacher performance of 43.5% and the rest is 56.5% determined by other factors. There is a positive and significant correlation between self efficacy and professional’s competence together with teacher’s performance with coefficient of correlation = 0,662 point and coefficient of determination equal to 0,438 point which give effect simultaneously with teacher’s performance equal to 43,8% and the rest is 56, 2% is determined by other factors. The results coefficient of regression that self efficacy and professional’s competence together given affected for teacher’s performance in sub rayon 11 parung kabupaten bogor.

Abstract

Marriage Agreement has been regulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 specifically article 29. Marriage Agreement is the right of each party to enter into a marriage agreement. The background of entering into an agreement is their respective rights. With the holding of the Marriage Agreement there is legal certainty about what was promised by them to do a legal action against what was promised. After the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015, the Marriage Agreement which can only be made by prospective husbands and future wives before the prenuptal agreement, through legal renewal, can be made by husband and wife after the marriage takes place.

Abstract

This research aims to know and test the empirical data related to the influence of the leadership of the principal and the management of personnel against the management of stress teachers separately as well as simultaneously. In this research, the authors use quantitative methods with the corelasional approach towards quantitative data obtained from research object i.e. High school teachers in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. The sample of this research is as much as 104 respondents out of a total population of 140 private high school teacher in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. Data collection is done using an engineering question form/questionnaire. This type of analysis is the analysis of correlation and regression are spelled out in the descriptive. The results of this research are: First, There is a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal against stress management teacher the correlation coefficient of 0.660 and coefficient of determination R2 of 0.436 which give influence on stress management teacher of 43.6%. and the remaining 56.4% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 55.886 + 0.531X1 means that every increase of one unit of score leadership principals affect improvement score of teacher stress management 0.531. Second, There are a positive and significant influence between the management of the staffing against stress management teacher with the correlation coefficient of 0, 694 and the coefficient of determination R2 of 0, 481 that gives the effect on stress management teacher of 48.1% and the rest that is 51.9% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 50.334 + 0.572X2 means that each increase of one unit of score management staffing affects improvement score of teacher stress management0.572. Third, There are a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal and management staffing together-the same against stress management teacher with koefisen correlation = 0.706 and koefesien determination of R2 of 0 , 499 that influence is simultaneously against stress management teacher of 49.9% and the rest i.e. 50.1% is determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 47.229 + 0.205X1+ 0.394X2means every one unit increase in score independent leadership of the principal and the management of personnel in simultaneously affect the improvement of teacher's stress management score 0.205+ 0.394 = 0.599.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between organizational culture, discipline and teacher teaching productivity simultaneously or separately. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely Private Primary School teachers in Matraman sub-district. The sample of this study was 93 respondents out of a total of 120 private elementary school teacher populations in Matraman District in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection is done by using questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and descriptive described regression. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.751 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0.749 X1, it can be read that each increase in one unit score of organizational culture (X1) affects the increase in teacher teaching productivity score (Y) of 0.749 points. Second, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between discipline and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.2%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0,749 X2, it can be read that each increase in one unit of discipline score (X2) affects the increase in the teacher's teaching productivity score (Y) by 0.749 points. Third, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and simultaneous discipline with teacher teaching productivity. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.815 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 66.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 12,191 + 0,467 X1 + 0,427 X2. From this equation it can be read that each increase in one independent unit score of organizational culture and discipline jointly affects the increase in teaching productivity scores 0.894.
