Abstract

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data related to the effect of supervision of the school principal and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method with the correlational approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research is primary teachers sub-rayon 10 Parung-Bogor. Samples were 75 respondents from a total population of 75 elementary school teachers sub-rayon 10 Parung-Bogor. A data collection was done by using a questionnaire / questionnaire. This type of analysis used is the correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First,there is a positive and significant influence between the supervision of the teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.451 and the determination coefficient R2 of 0.203 Its impact on teacher performance of 20.3% and the remaining 79.7% determined by other factors. The regression coefficient obtained Y = 61 271 + 0,495X1 means that each increase of one unit of organizational commitment scores affect teacher performance improvement score of 0,495 (strong). Second,there is a positive and significant effect between intrinsic motivation on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.432 and the determination coefficient R2 of 0.187 Its impact on teacher performance of 18.7% and the remaining 81.3% determined by other factors. The regression coefficient obtained Y = 40 359 + 0,635X2 means that each increase of one unit of professional competence score teachers performance improvement score of 0.635. Third,there is a positive and significant influence among supervise principals and intrinsic motivation together on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.530 and the determination coefficient R2 of 0.281 Its impact on teacher performance of 28.1% and the remaining 71.9% Determined by other factors. The regression coefficient obtained Y = 19 121 + 0,366X1 + 0,446X2 means that each increase of one unit independent scoreof organizational commitment and professional competence simultaneously affect teacher performance improvement score of 0,366+ 0.446 = 0.812.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an and Hadith are sources of Islamic law that have regulated all dimensions of human life, both those related to worship and mu'amalah. Islamic law which is associated with the original worship is regulated globally (mujmâl) in the Qur'an, then explained in detail by the Sunnah of the Prophet and formulated by jurists into fiqh books. Explanation of the Islamic Law related with mu'amalah is limited to the main points. Explanation of the Prophet, not as detailed as in his explanation of worship. Thus, mu'amalah has an open nature, so it is possible to develop through ijtihad by experts. While the characteristics of Islamic law, especially in muamalah, are perfect, universal, elastic, dynamic, flexible and not rigid, ta'aqquli and ta'abbudi, prioritizing substance rather than form, and creating benefit and not making it difficult. Islamic law is present on this earth, aiming to create benefit for all humanities, both in the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This article aims to be a guideline for the general public about how we behave and uphold Islamic religious values regarding the ethics of the nation and state. This is felt to be quite important by paying attention to the phenomena and the many cases related to the fading of understanding as well as awareness as citizens who must have ethics in doing all actions that are responsible for the good and progress of the nation. Modernization and the rapid flow of globalization contribute to the weakening of public awareness in upholding the values and norms that must be a reference in behavior, so these conditions must require special attention for us all in order to maintain the integrity and national unity, especially our nation is a nation that is very diverse in all lines, both religion, race, ethnicity, culture and between groups.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze of Mahmoud Abu Rayyah’s thinking about hadith considered controversial. Although he is an East, but thought much in tune with the group the West. In between the opinions controversial is about standing of hadith that is different from the Sunnah, especially in the writing of hadith, dismantle of establishment equity theory of companions, and doubted the credibility of the companions of Abu Hurayrah. The whole of his opinion is eventually denied by some contemporary Muslim scholars. This paper concludes that the thought of Mahmud Abu Rayyah against hadith has many drawbacks, especially about the history of the writing of hadith and doubts against Abu Hurairah, which contradicts with his own opinion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first: to analyze the verses of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet about the existence of educators; second, to find out how the Rasulullah saw. has been implementing his role as an ideal educator in delivering his treatise. To achieve this goal, the author uses research that is library research using written materials, both the Koran, Hadith and other scientific books. This research uses the maudlū'i interpretation method approach. This is done considering that this research is related to a concept in Islam, so the author analyzes the concept based on valid nasal arguments, namely the verses of the Koran and authentic hadiths. Then these verses and hadiths are interpreted based on the opinion of the mufasir and muhaddits by connecting the diverse problems in the argument between one another so that all problems can be interrelated with one another like one problem. The results showed that there are many Qur'anic verses that explain the role and function of educators in various terms. The term variability has different meanings. The different terms and meanings are all played by Rasulullah saw. as a plenary educator figure in presenting his treatise to friends

Abstract

Reading the Al-Qur'an does not just read, there are things that must be learned and considered. The truth is the reading can be seen from the pronunciation of the letters Hijaiyyah. The pronunciation of the letters must be in accordance with several things. But the underlying for beginners, there are two things that are interrelated. These two things are Makhârij al-Hurûf and Shifât al-Hurûf (Characteristics of Letters). The sound of the pronounced Hijaiyyah letter corresponds to the place where the sound of the Hijaiyyah letter comes out and some of the characteristics of the letter. To be able to know Makhârij al-Hurûf and Shifât al-Hurûf certainly must be learned and practiced.

Abstract

This article is intended to explain the answers about the negative and positive sides of child marriage which are sourced from religious texts. Some Muslim communities consider that marriages at the age of children can cause problems that can ease the economic burden of parents as well as to immediately obtain offspring and stay away from free sex. Others consider that child marriages will cause harm, both physical-biological, psychological, economic, and other impacts. Physically, biologically, the tools of reproduction of minors are still in the process of maturing, so they are not ready to have sexual relations, especially if they are pregnant and giving birth. It should be that religious texts and science go hand in hand without contradicting one another. This article also explains the role of education as a solution in solving community problems related to child marriage.

Abstract

Iblis is a creature of Allah SWT, who created from fire while Adam was created from the ground. His story is mentioned repeatedly in several surahs in the Qur’an. When Iblis was ordered by Allah SWT to prostrate to Adam, the Iblis was arrogant and considered himself better than Adam. So that Iblis becomes a group of infidels. This is expressed by Theological commentator based on QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 34. While according to Sufistic scholars, the Iblis is a creature of Allah SWT, who has ever had the most noble position and the highest monotheism towards Allah SWT. His reluctance to carry out Allah's command to prostrate to Adam is as proof that Iblis truly tawheed to Allah SWT and does not want to prostrate to other than Allah SWT.When rejecting the command to prostrate to Adam, Iblis considered the commandment of prostration as a form of test of monotheism. In the end, Allah SWT will forgive his sins and put them in heaven. The author tries to analyze these two problems by using the method of interpretation maudhu 'i, namely by collecting verses related to the story of Iblis in the Qur’an.

Abstract

Rasulullah SAW is the best example of preaching, he is a human being who has tenderness towards all those whom he preaches. Islam is like pearls and softness like a wrap. When the wrapper is no longer beautiful and dirty, then don't ever expect humans to open it. just open it reluctantly let alone accept the pearl in it. Someone when preaching must pay attention to this noble character, must not be careless and act harshly in preaching. Because of acting harshly in preaching, the Prophet never did it at all. Allah Ta'ala has explained the basic methods of preaching, one of which is wisdom and gentleness.
