Abstract

SWOT analysis is the popular method to evaluate corpoarate business. PT Raja Rasa Alami (Shiny Tea) is engaged in food and baverage products that are marketed is a kind of buble tea.  During  the process of distributing the product the company experiences various obstacles, one of which is product branding that is not yet known to the public.  Due to the unpopular brand awernes problem, this study aims to: (1) To determine the value of the company's internal factors, the highest value of strength, and the weaknesses of the company. (2) To find out the value of the company's external factors, the greatest opportunities, and the smallest opportunities that the company has. (3) To find out the current condition of the company. (4) To find out what marketing strategies are right for the company to use. Qualitative methods and includes explorative descriptive research with the expose facto approach is the suitable method to describe the situation of the phenomena. The unit obsertvations are employees of the companya and buble tea consumers.  The results showed that the companies have better strengths than weaknesses, but companies have a higher threat of opportunity. The position of the company is currently in a position of business growth, but the employee is not ready to enter into competitiveness. And there is no regular review on capacity planning optimalization the impat to the distribution strategy.

Abstract

In the globalization era with volatile and uncertaintay ambience highly productive employee with high motivation and creativity is the core process to running the infrastructure company. This study aims to analyze the correlation of working environment and reward to the employee motivation in PT. Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Jakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 responses. The analyze used is the result of the validity test, the reliability test, the regression analyze test (multiple collinearity test, heteroscedasticity, normality test), and the hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis (t test, f test, and model summary) with the aid of SPSS version 22 computer. By using multiple regression analysis method, it is concluded that working environment variable has /correlation to employee motivation, and there is acorrelation for reward variable to employee motivation.  While Variable of work environment and reward simultaneously have an influences to employee motivation variable at PT. Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Jakarta.

Abstract

PT Andalan Usaha Cemerlang is the organization who consider about customer satisfaction. And give quality of interpersonal communication and quality of service. Both of variable have a significant and simultaneous to customers satisfaction with associative quantitative method discovered that both of variable have a coefficient determinant R2 = 0.827 or 82,8% and the rest of amount is 17.2% because of the other factors.  Suggestion to PT Andalan Usaha Cemerlang is all quality service and interpersonal communication must be maintained and improved to keep customers’loyality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of career development on employee work satisfaction PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (2) The influence of work environment on employee work satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (3) Influence of career development and work environment to job satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. The type of research used is survey. Population in this research is employees of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with the number of samples of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Variable career development have a positive effect on employee work satisfaction PT E-Tirta Medical Center. This is evidenced from the tcount of 2.864 with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.224; (2) Work environment variable positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the tcount of 2,864, with significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.869; (3) Variable of career development and work environment influence simultaneously to job satisfaction of employees at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the value of Fhitung of 59.382 while Ftable for n = 64 of 3.14, with significance <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Influence of Training on Employee Performance at the British Council Indonesia, (2) Influence of Work Motivation to Employee Performance in the British Council Indonesia, and (3) Influence Training and Work Motivation to Employee Performance at the British Council Indonesia. The type of research used is survey. The population in this study is employees of the British Council Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with the number of samples counted 41 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Training variable has a positive effect on employee performance in British Council Indonesia. This is evidenced from the t-count of 3.454 with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.327; (2) Work Motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance in Britsih Council Indonesia. This can be proven from the tcount of 4.875, with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.395; (3) Variables of Training, and Work Motivation simultaneously to employee performance in British Council Indonesia. This can be proven from the value of Fcount of 32.798 while Ftabel for n = 41 of 3.23, with significance <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of service, location and learners' satisfaction to loyalty learners against two English language institutions in Jakarta. Respondents involved in this study were 78 learners, the method used is non-probability sampling, the sampling pursposive. Data was collected by multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 software. Results of regression showed that the variables of service quality and significant positive effect on loyalty learners towards English language institutions, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta, quality of service and location together / simultaneous correlated with loyalty learners.  This study shows that the loyalty of the students in the institutions of English in Jakarta, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta can be influenced by factors of service quality and location of the Loyalty earners.

Abstract

Banks have made dramatic changes to risk management in the past decade—and the pace of change shows no signs of slowing. Risk management in banking has been transformed over the past decade, largely in response to regulations that emerged from the global financial crisis and the fines levied in its wake.  While Customer expectations are rising in line with changing technology. This study aimed to find out the relationship between risk on the marketing aspect of Mega Bank’s Branch Office Opening. The case study was taken precisely in the Palu province of Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. This analysis describes more about the Mega Bank branch office opening. After that analisis will associated with the risk in the marketing aspect when branches have been opened. In the implementation, the Mega Bank get some signs there will be a risk, so the Mega Bank management should perform analysis early before creating business feasibility study. The data used are deposits, loans, market share and internal. The data coming from Indonesia Bank, Badan Pusat Statistik, Mega Bank internal data and other supporting data.

Abstract

One determinant of progress of a company is owned resources. A company or an entity feels that the absence of quality resources, the company's goals will not be achieved. But often not realized, the company only makes employees or resources as a means to achieve its goals rather than as individuals who need for recognition and awards. This study aims to know and explain the effect of work stress and work conflict on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Moreover, to know which independent variables that most influence on employee performance. The type of research conducted in this research is the explanation using a quantitative approach to explain corelation the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, where the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate how stressful conditions of work stress and work conflict on employee performance, where there is a direct relationship between work stress and work conflict on Employee Performance, and partially and simultaneously influenced on employee performance. While the independent variables that most influence on the performance of employees is work conflict.

Abstract

Improved economic development after the crisis period, along with improved political and security conditions are conducive conditions for the development of the property industry. The improvement in economic conditions is reflected in macroeconomic indicators such as lower inflation rate and relatively stable exchange rate compared to the 1998 crisis period. Starting from 2003, the growth rate of property sector began to show improvement after the crisis development. This research aims to analyze the effect of exchange rate and inflation rate on the index of property in Indonesia. The data used are time series of quantitative secondary data obtained from the BPS during the period 2013 May until 2017 June. Regression model used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of tests per out formed with simultaneous test (F test) show that overall the independent variables (Exchange Rate and Inflation Rate) have a significant effect on the index of property in Indonesia. The value of R2 amounting 0.467 which means exchange rate and inflation rate explanatory 46.7 percent of index property, while the rest of 53.3 percent is explained by other variables outside of the used model.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology is supporting the use of Internet is marketing purposes such as corporate promotion by internet to attract customer awerness. PT. Indomika Utama was born on March 2002 as an custome acrylic producer for direct customer. The product has been promoted on line and also using on-line selling process to assist customer convenience and care. Since the product is customer base design (Customization product). This study aims to (1) Know the online relationship to purchasing decisions at the Acrylic express.com store (2) What online affects consumers to make purchasing decisions at express.com acrylic shop. Sampling method used is non probability sampling with sampling method saturated counted 41 respondents. Processed data used simple linear regression analysis. From the research results obtained conclusion that the characteristics of acrylic express store consumers dominated by the age of 26-30 years and female sex. In this study also concluded that online marketing has a relationship of 78.4% to consumer purchasing decisions on express.com acrylic store sites while the remaining 21.6% came from factors not examined in this study. And the tools of online marketing convenience indicators that determine consumers to make purchasing decisions at express.com acrylic stores
