Abstract

Perkembangan masjid terus meningkat, dan diperkirakan oleh Dewan Masjid Indonesia (DMI) masjid tumbuh mencapai 60-75% pertahun, bahkan di tahun 2018 dengan berbagai tipologinya (masjid besar, masjid agung, masjid raya, masjid jami', masjid bersejarah dan masjid instansi perkantoran) lebih kurang 800.000 masjid yang tersebar di wilayah nusantara ini. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa philantropy Islam (berupa zakat, infak, sedekah, wakaf dan hibah) dinilai cukup memuaskan di Indonesia, mengingat potensi masjid tersebut jika difungsikan sebagai sumber idiologi ekonomi yang mempersatukan umat dan mengentaskan kemiskinan. Saat ini masjid hanya difungsikan sebagai kegiatan ritual yang sifatnya spiritual (seperti shalat berjamaah, I’tikaf dan pengajian) saja, sehingga kegiatan fundamental perekonomian Islam tidak berjalan efektif dan efisien. Padahal masjid adalah satu-satunya media yang memadukan dua dimensi; dimensi ilahiyah dan dimensi insaniyah. Kedua dimensi tersebut menyatu membentuk aktivitas sosial, pendidikan, kemasyarakatan, ekonomi, politik maupun keamanan. Artikel ini mencoba menyumbangkan sebuah gagasan konseptual terkait dengan pemberdayaan umat berbasis philantropy Islam melalui masjid. Baik itu dari aspek fundraising dengan model direct dan indirect maupun dari aspek distribusi yang bersifat konsumtif tradisional, konsumtif kreatif, produktif kreatif dan produktif konvensional.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk menstabilkan ekonomi ummat Islam. Zakat mampu membangun pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus pemerataan pendapatan dengan pengelolaan yang baik. Zakat dipercaya dapat dijadikan sumber keseimbangan perekonomian ummat, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mengurangi pengangguran serta kemiskinan. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah merupakan Lembaga Amil Zakat yang melayani penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana ZISWAF, dengan keunggulan berbasis gerakan dari pesantren, jaringan luas, kekuatan da’i, konsep kepemimpinan, dan kekuatan jama’ahnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara. Observasi akan dilakukan secara pasif di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis induktif-deskriptif. Strategi khusus pengelolaan zakat hanya patuh pada undang-undang zakat No. 23 tahun 2011, serta PSAK 109 dari sisi akutansi keuangannya. Selebihnya ikhtiar dan do’a dari para amil zakat. Tetapi yang paling penting adalah kesesuain Syariah dari setiap aspek kepengelolaan zakat. Kegiatan pokok yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dana zakat adalah kegiatan penghimpunan, pencatatan keuangan atau administrasi, serta pendayagunaan. Upaya BMH untuk menghimpun dana zakat yaitu, sosialisasi yang intensif kepada masyarakat dan layanan donatur dalam rangka memberikan apa yang dibutuhkan donatur. Pembagian menurut asnaf sesuai dengan program yang dibentuk oleh lembaga. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan mampu mensejahterakan umat.

Abstract

Dengan tujuan untuk ikut andil dalam perkembangan perbankan Syariah di indonesia, maka perspsi terhadap perbankan Syariahpun harus ikut dibenahi, faktanya adalah pengetahuan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah masih keliru, bukan hanya dikalangan masyarakat umum tetapi juga dikalangan pelajar, pengusaha, ulama, dan pemuda atau para mahasiswa bahkan ummat islam sendiri. Untuk ikut andil dalam pertumbuhan perbankan Syariah yang juga merupakah perintah agama islam yang tidak lain adalah bentuk ketaatan menjalankan syariat dan untuk menjauhi transaksi-transaksi haram. perlu bagi kita untuk meluruskan persepsi bahwa keputusan menggunakan perbankan Syariah bukanlah hanya karna alasan hal-hal duniawi maupun untung-rugi semata tetapi juga merupakan suatu bentuk ketaatan pada rabb-Nya yakni syariat islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengtahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap produk tabungan di perbankan Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan 38 responden yang akan diolah dengan metode pengolahan data Model Miles dan Huberman. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap produk simpanan di perbankan Syariah terbangun oleh latar belakang dan pengalaman serta pemahaman tentang produk tabungan perbankan Syariah diperkuliahan.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia is the cornerstone of the economy for all people, especially those with low economies. Agriculture in Indonesia experienced a decline in 2017. One of the problem factors is the problem of capital. To overcome the problem of capital in agriculture, the right step is the establishment of a cooperative. The cooperative will regulate the financial circulation of the farmer groups. The farmer group that is the object of this research is the Karang Asri Kamnpung Durian Ngebel farmer group. This Karang Asri farmer group is the focus of this research because it has the potential for agricultural products that are much sought after by the community, namely durian fruit. In this study, the researcher will analyze the problems that exist in the Karang Asri farmer groups in Durian Ngebel Village which are the causes for the not yet established cooperatives in the farmer groups and formulate a cooperative model that can be established in the Karang Asri farmer groups. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through, observation, interviews, and documentation. By interviewing the head of the Karang Asri farmer group representing the entire group. The results of this study indicate that six problem sectors are ranging from human resources, natural resources, production, distribution, systems, and problems from outside the farmer group. The problems that exist are divided into two groups, namely roots and branches. The root problem is the main problem because there is no cooperative in the farmer group. The branch problem is a factor that indirectly causes the absence of a cooperative. Then the cooperative model that was successfully designed was the sharia producer cooperative. It is hoped that this cooperative model will be a capital solution and also all problems that exist in farmer groups.

Abstract

Market mechanism is the most important thing in determining the price level in the market. This research aims to see how the market mechanism relevance according to Abu Yusuf with modern market mechanisms. The research method used is a qualitative research methodology with a library research approach. The results showed that there is a relevance of Abu Yusuf's Islamic economic thought with modern economics. This means that there are similarities between the concept of the market mechanism according to Abu Yusuf and the modern market mechanism. Abu Yusuf opposes government intervention in setting prices. The government acts as a regulator / referee in the market mechanism. This means that the government has the duty to ensure that prices in effect in the market are fair prices, which are obtained from natural market mechanisms (based on levels of demand and supply), not monopoly or market engineering. However, the government may intervene in price when there is a monopoly or market distortion.

Abstract

In meeting the need for housing, people with low incomes are very difficult to own a house in cash. The development product which was originally a conventional product, namely KPR, but in Islamic banking the system is used with profit sharing/margin so that it is without usury. The focus of this paper discusses how maqashid sharia and qawaidul fiqhiyyah review Sharia mortgages which are currently one of the prima donna products in Islamic banking. The author uses a normative juridical method, namely legal research using secondary data sources. Normative, because this study will examine secondary data starting from the review of maqashid sharia and qawaidul fiqhiyyah in the field of Islamic banking, especially in Sharia mortgages. Operationally, normative juridical research is carried out by means of library research. The results of this study are Islamic mortgages are allowed because they are part of carrying out the goals of sharia or maqashid sharia in the part of maintaining family and property, it is also assessed that home ownership is a daruriyah need of every human being so that with this Sharia mortgage it can provide benefits for Muslims in general also according to qawaidul fiqhiyyah contracts in Sharia mortgages are allowed by referring to several fiqh rules.

Abstract

Internet is a global network that connects electronic media with other media. The conveniences offered by internet services have changed people's lives. It is what eventually led to the term of e-commerce/market-place as an online business.  Management has also become more thorough in determining its online business strategy, as there would be a lot of competition to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. One solution to compete is to apply experiential marketing, which could stimulate customer experience to increase satisfaction and ultimately lead consumers to become loyal to a product or service. However, in consuming products as Muslim, we have to make sure what product we consume according to Islamic Principles. This paper aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on online business on Islam's consumption behavior, especially for the University of Darussalam Gontor for Girls collegian in Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java. The method used in this paper is multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 342 respondents and the analysis tool uses Eviews7. This paper shows that the experiential marketing dimension consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate simultaneously has a significant influence on the principles of consumer behavior in Islam, which consists of the Syariah Principle, Quantity Principle, Priority Principle, Social Principle, and Environmental Rule. It is shown that online product and service providers can apply experiential marketing to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Sukses dalam bisnis didasarkan pada layanan yang baik dengan menjadikan konsumen sebagai pelanggan. Karena basis perdagangan bisnis bukan untuk mengambil keuntungan materi semata, tetapi juga untuk membantu yang lain. Peneliti memilih objek penelitian di UKP Ria Nusantara dengan dasar bahwa UKP Ria Nusantara merupakan salah satu usaha milik pesantren Ar Risalah, dimana para santri belajar nilai-nilai Agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak perilaku perdagangan syariah terhadap kepuasan konsumen di UKP Ria Nusantara. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi survei. Metode pengumpulan data dengan membagi survei kepada 140 pembeli, menggunakan skala skala Likert. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku perdagangan syariah memiliki efek positif, menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji-t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa perilaku perdagangan syariah berdampak pada kepuasan konsumen UKP Ria Nusantara. Dampak perilaku perdagangan Islam menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji R2 adalah 0,473, artinya perilaku perdagangan Islam memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 43,3% dan sisanya 52,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

As one of the strategic steps that can be taken is to empower fishermen to not only utilize marine and fishery products for consumption, but how these products can be of use value that is more competitive and contributes to the economy in a sustainable manner. One of them is the fish processing-based MSME program. At present, BMT as a form of microfinance institution has two advantages. First, BMT is a baitul maal which one of the activities is in the form of raising and utilizing Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds. The results of this research are in the Prosperous Fishermen Village of Bai Island, Bengkulu City, where most of the livelihoods of the community are fishermen, there is no management of marine products that have added value, such as making fish crackers, making fish shredded, or processed fish food such as nuget, fish balls or fish. the like. Seafood is directly sold at fish auctions or in traditional markets. This potential is very large to be developed through the assistance program of BMT Al-Muawannah IAIN Bengkulu to establish MSME Fish Processing Units so that they can provide added economic value that can help improve community welfare and develop maritime potential in Bengkulu.

Abstract

In recent years, people who donate, infaq and alms to the Institution of ammil zakat have increased and decreased. UNIDA Gontor students who act as muzakki as well as students who are mostly alumni of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, and graduates of the boarding school should understand the science of religion, one of which is about the obligation as a Muslim to pray. This study aims to find out how the influence of ZIS Literacy (Zakat, infaq, alms), trust in institutions, attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on students' interest in charity, infaq and alms at Laziswaf Unida Gontor Ponorogo. Using quantitative research method and data collection technique of questionnaire method with likert scale. With a sample count of 291 out of 1172 student population living in dormitories. Analyze data using multiple linear Regression Equations using SPSS 21 and SEM AMOS 24 applications. The results of this study showed that factors of attitudes and subjective norms positively affect the interests of students berzakat, infaq and alms at Laziswaf Unida. While the factor of ZIS literacy, institutional trust, behavior control does not have a positive effect on the interests of students berzakat, infaq and alms at Laziswaf Unida.
