Abstract

One of the things that become the basis for consumers to choose a company is the quality of service. The quality of service is important because it will have a direct impact on the company, especially companies engaged in the expedition sector. One type of service provided is timeliness of delivery. However, in practice the delivery time is not always on time, sometimes there are still delays in delivery. This study aims to identify the types of shipping problems that often occur and the factors that cause shipping problems and to design improvement strategies to minimize the occurrence of shipping problems. The method used in this study is the six sigma method with the DMAIC approach. Based on the research results, the type of problem that often occurs and needs to be addressed is the delay in delivery. Factors that cause delays in delivery are delays in stuffing plans, errors in informing delivery instructions to couriers, misunderstandings, shortage of manpower and unorganized workspaces. Strategies to minimize delays in the delivery of goods include adding manpower, working with focus and thoroughness, establishing active interactions between divisions, communicating various delivery information to couriers, and creating a comfortable and conducive atmosphere, as well as a neat working atmosphere.

Abstract

UMKM Kue Gipang Pangrih merupakan industri yang memproduksi makanan ringan khas kota Cilegon yang dikemas dengan plastik berisi 250 gram. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pelanggan UMKM Kue Gipang mempunyai kekurangan terkait desain kemasan yang kurang inovatif. Desain kemasan yang hampir sama dengan competitor juga menyulitkan pelanggan dalam memilih produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain ulang kemasan Kue Gipang dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Penelitian ini menggunakan 65 responden dengan kriteria responden melakukan transaksi dalam kurun waktu minimal empat bulan terakhir. Hasil importance rating menunjukkan desain visual dan warna kemasan. Rancangan desain kemasan Kue Gipang Pangrih mempunyai kemasan premium yang lebih cerah dengan perpaduan warna putih dan coklat. Bahan kemasan menggunakan karton/art paper dengan kapasitas dua kali lipat desain awal dan lebih tahan menahan beberapa tumpukan kue gipang. Penggunaan kemasan yang baru mampu membantu meningkatkan penjualan selama evaluasi selama 4 bulan. Redesain kemasan dengan menggunakan QFD mampu memberikan rancangan yang mendekati keinginan konsumen sehingga dapat meningkatkan citra UMKM.

Abstract

The best employees are employees who have their own quality, performance and excellence in their fields, while the best employees will later become team leaders for other employees. Each team leader is an example and role model by other employees, the selection of a team leader is done to give rewards to employees who have been serious about their company and this will be a motivation for other employees to be able to achieve company goals together, the process of selecting a team leader that is This is done by many companies, the selection is often carried out by appointing employees randomly and based on personal proximity, this makes many other employees experience injustice in a job and this can have a negative impact on the sustainability of the company. Because choosing the wrong person to be a team leader needs to be done the selection and selection of employees to become a team leader uses a system to avoid mistakes in selecting a team leader, a system can find accurate and precise value results based on the logic of a decision-making method. The MOOSRA method, which is a very complex method and has simple stages, is used in consideration of the selection of a team leader so that the results of the research from the calculation of the criteria value are found, a value of 0.585 is found which is the highest value as the first rank that deserves to be chosen as a team leader

Abstract

The Chief of Village is an extension of the village head in helping or providing the best service to the community as well as administrative management in the village or other problems. It is only natural for a Chief of Village to be given an appreciation for his performance during his tenure, especially a Chief of Village in the Medan Kota sub-district, before the election of the Chief of Village in the sub-district was very ineffective and efficient and also seemed unfair. Therefore, the selection of the best Chief of Village must use a system to produce accurate values, so that there is no error in the selection of kepling in the Medan Kota sub-district. To overcome the process of selecting the best chip that is experiencing these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System.To do the ranking or determine the best neighborhood head using the WASPAS method, this method provides decision makers who make decisions based on the highest ranking or score.

Abstract

Motor vehicles dominate the occurrence of accidents on the highway although there are several factors that cause it, among others, due to mechanical factors and human factors. This electric bicycle is still being developed with features that can improve driving safety which will later have a function to avoid collisions with objects in front of it. By using an ultrasonic sensor as a distance detector and NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and with a GPS sensor that displays a map display in the blynk application, this system is expected to be able to create security for motorists so as to reduce the risk of accidents with vehicles or objects in front and at the same time can monitor vehicle position via smartphone. In this study, which will be implemented on an electric bicycle, braking success is obtained without hitting the object in front of it with an average speed of 10-15 km/hour and a maximum distance of 6m from the object and stopping 1m behind the object with 100% accuracy. Braking works from a distance of 3m to the object in front of it and will stop slowly according to the variables at a speed of 3m stop slowly 95o, 2m stop slowly 45o and 1m will stop slowly until it stops, and get slow braking when this automatic brake works

Abstract

This virus originated from Covid-19 or Corona Virus which has had an impact and symptoms that can kill humans with various complications of the disease they suffer. The problem that occurs is the panic of people who are reluctant to leave the house and are afraid of being exposed to the Corona Virus to carry out daily activities even to seek treatment at the hospital with symptoms that resemble the symptoms of exposure to the Corona Virus. coupled with the number of hospitals that are responsible for handling the Corona Virus which is a top priority for handling minor illnesses in general. Therefore, an expert system application for the diagnosis of Covid-19 or Corona Virus is needed. The expert system also requires a method that can operate, in this study the method used is Forward Chaining, the forward chaining method solves every symptom that appears and follows the next symptom in the same rule so that a decision tree is formed

Abstract

Pemilik usaha yang mempunyai cabang sering mengalami kesusahan dalam pelayanannya kepada pelanggan disaat outlet sedang ramai. Penghitungan hasil transaksi yang hanya mengandalkan sebuah kalkulator dan tanpa dukungan sebuah Smartphone. Berdasarkan tinjauan masalah yang terjadi pada penelitian ini yang masih menggunakan kasir manual maka dibuatlah system informasi penjualan berbasis android. Dalam pengerjaannya perlu dilakukan beberapa proses.Perancangan pada algoritma perancangan prosedur dan struktur aplikasi sebagai konsep untuk aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Rancangan proses bisnis sistem ini menggunakan UML yang menggambarkan seluruh fungsional sistem yang akan dibuat.Implementasi akan dilakukan dengan memasukkan beberapa data yang dibutuhkan untuk memastikan aplikasi ini berjalan tanpa kendala. Imlementasi untuk dapat mengintegrasikan PHP dan MySql dengan aplikasi android yaitu menggunakan Server web, dan akses database yang digunakan di aplikasi android dengan mengunakan MySql. Aplikasi ini akan berkomunikasi dengan halaman PHP dengan parameter yang diperlukan dan PHP akan menghubungi database MYSQL dan akan mengambil hasilnya dalam bentuk website kemudian akan dilakukan kompresi website ke APK sistem informasi aplikasi penjualan android.

Abstract

Currently the use of wireless technology (wireless) is widely used in institutions, companies, schools and so on. Wireless is very useful because it can facilitate human interaction activities in sending data and so on. However, the existence of wireless is not completely safe in carrying out human interaction activities in sending data and so on, one of which is the illegal man in the middle attack DNS spoofing activity. With these illegal activities, a security system is needed which is expected to prevent illegal man in the middle attack DNS spoofing activities. The results of the attack are obtained based on 7 tests by calculating the quality of service (QOS), namely packet loss with the results of attack 1 model 1 with packet loss 0.154%, attack 2 model 1 with packet loss 0.234%, attack 3 model 1 with packet loss 0.291%, attack 1 model 2 with packet loss 0.173%, attack 2 model 2 with packet loss 0.128%, attack 3 model 2 with packet loss 0.028%, attack 4 model 2 with packet loss 0.231%, which means this attack can run well. And the results by utilizing a firewall security system can only prevent it by cutting off communication interactions between the attacker and the victim and the victim and the attacker.

Abstract

The data collection of incoming and outgoing goods is still semi-manual by being recorded in a book, then every month it is transferred to excel, making data collection not recorded accurately, so that there is often a discrepancy between the data of the goods that come out and the written data, this results in the unknown number of remaining goods being delivered. available in the warehouse for sure. That way the company does not know when to reorder its stock of goods. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system for distribution outlet businesses or commonly called distributions. In determining the right amount of inventory to place an order for stock of goods back by using the Reorder Point method. This website was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as well as the CodeIgniter framework. The system development uses the Waterfall method, and the system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are a website-based inventory information system application using the reorder point method which can be used to facilitate the process of collecting data on receipt of goods and expenditure of goods, and the reorder point method can be used as a solution in determining the inventory of an item to be reordered so as to minimize the occurrence shortage or even out of goods.

Abstract

Satria Pharmacy is a drug product selling business that only sells various kinds of pharmaceutical products. Pharmacies Satria often have difficulty in predicting future product inventories based on previously recorded data. Forecasting is very influential on the decision of the pharmacy owner to determine the number of pharmaceutical products that must be provided by the pharmacy. In developing this forecasting system, the writer uses the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) forecasting methods. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weight Moving Everage (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods to determine the accuracy of the Weight Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods with the MSE technique. The results of this study are a website-based system that can forecast and produce value comparisons between the Weight Moving Everage and Single Exponential Smoothing methods where in the overall calculation of the error value with Mean Square Error (MSE) there are 54,95 for the WMA method and for the WMA method. SES has a value of 40,79, with that the SES method as a whole predicts better than the WMA method
