Abstract

Everyone has the right to get social security in order to meet the basic needs of a decent life and increase their dignity. As a public service agency, the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) which is non-profit, the quality of service is the starting point for its concentration. Quality services must always be provided in order to realize customer satisfaction and provide a good image in the community and provide a positive impact. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction in the perspective of Islamic Economics at BPJS Employment Purwakarta Branch Office. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The types of data are grouped into two categories, primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The population in this study are BPJS Employment customers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique obtained by 100 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression with the SPSS Statistics 22 application. The correlation results showed a value of = 0.845. Because the significance value = 0.845 > 0.05, thus the HO is rejected. Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a correlation/relationship between the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing, the ttable value is 1.984. So the value of tcount > ttable = 15,623 > 1,984. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on the customer satisfaction variable. The contribution of the independent variable of service quality to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction is 71.1% while the remaining 19.9% ​​is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and how the urgency of itsbat marriage for underhand marriages. This is important to study considering that there are many residents of Ciherang Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency who have not received a marriage certificate. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This approach is based on the consideration that to describe an urgency that occurs in society and of course requires an in-depth description. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that first, the background of the underhand marriage is economic background, pregnancy outside of marriage, and not old enough. Second, the underhand marriage process carried out by the three couples was carried out only with the family and religious leaders. The places where the marriages of the three couples were held were at the residences of the women, men, and religious leaders. Third, the Isbat of marriage is considered very important and useful. Because with marriage isbat, they get a marriage certificate from their marriage so that it can be used for the needs of children and families. Such as the need to make a child's birth certificate, the need to take care of a permit to become a migrant worker and so on.

Abstract

In accordance with the mandate of the regulation, the dispute resolution of the regional election and election processes is delegated by the supervisory and election justice enforcement agency, namely Bawaslu. The role of Bawaslu which is so central is the hope in maintaining the fairness of the regional and general elections. The writing of this article will focus on the comparison of the dispute resolution process in the 2018 Purwakarta Regional Elections and the 2019 Simultaneous Elections. The two dispute cases in different momentum make the process of seeking legal justice in political contestation worthy of attention. The type of research in this article is normative juridical law research with a case study conducted at Bawaslu, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province. The results of the study can be concluded that the dispute resolution process in the regional elections and elections that occurred in the Bawaslu of Purwakarta Regency was guided by the regulations and legal facts in the trial. The pair of Rustandi and Dikdik as candidates for regent whose application was rejected by the KPU and Angga and Lukmanul Hakim as candidates for DPRD members who were removed from DCT by the KPU were also a legal process that was taken up by Bawaslu to make a decision that upholds a sense of justice. Abstract

KK (family card) is a very important family identity card and must be owned by every citizen. The author's purpose in this study is to answer two problem formulations, namely how the legal basis for the marriage category has not been recorded as marital status in the KK form and how the importance of legal fulfillment and protection of marriage has not been recorded as marital status on the KK blank. This research is a research using qualitative methods. Where the data analyzed is in the form of word exposure and description of the situation, not numbers. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Starting from theories that discuss marriage registration and population administration along with the data that has been collected, then further analyzed by juridical analysis using applicable laws and regulations, which are contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Article 2 of Government Regulation Number 9 1975 concerning marriage registration, Islamic Law Compilation Book 1 of Marriage Law and Minister of Religion Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2018 concerning Marriage Registration to then draw a conclusion. The results of this study indicate that, changes in the status of marriage in the blank of the family card which originally had marital status, unmarried to registered marriage and unregistered marriage. This regulation is regulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 118 of 2017 concerning Blank Family Cards, Registration, and Quotations of Civil Registration Deeds which was followed up with the development of SIAK 7 (Population Administration Information System version 7) by the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration The Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs, where one of the requirements in the population registration must attach a marriage book or marriage certificate, and for unregistered marriages can attach a Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) the truth of marriage on the basis of clear considerations in accordance with the study of cases of family problems in Indonesia. society, human rights, rights of citizens, civil law, the mandate of the 1945 Constitution and legislation.

Abstract

This study is a literature research that aims to determine the factors that cause anxiety when speaking in public and to offer the concept of self efficacy as a solution in overcoming public speaking anxiety on the subject. The subjects of this study were 33 students of Institut Agama Islam Az-Zaytun Indonesia (IAI AL-AZIS) aged between 18 to 22 years, and according to the criteria that determined by the author. The data collection method used for this research is a closed questionnaire method. The results obtained in this study indicate that: (1) there are physical and psychological symptoms experienced by partisipants when they are about to or are speaking in public; (2) there are several factors that cause public speaking anxiety; (3) self efficacy is the solution offered by the author in overcoming public speaking anxiety for students.

Abstract

Income and education is one of the important factors that affect job satisfaction. Highly educated and well-earned individuals according to QS. Al-Mujadalah verse 11 sets high goals for career achievement and a good work ethic. High goals also reflect higher motivation and performance. Despite having a positive role in the organization, income and education also have a negative side. Individuals with income and education are fundamentally dissatisfied with their conditions and constantly want to significantly improve their working conditions. The study is intended to identify and analyze the impact education and income can have on the satisfaction of young employees in the PT. Tri Nusa Abadi. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. Income partially shows significant value (0.521 > 0.05) does not affect the satisfaction of young employees in PT. Tri Nusa Abadi. Results indicate a partial value of significance (0.01 < 0.05) education affects the satisfaction of young officers in PT. Tri Nusa Abadi. Simulated education and income indicate value of significance (0.00 < 0.05) affected the satisfaction of young employees in PT. Tri Nusa Abadi.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon in the field that the child's income after the divorce of his parents is often very unprofitable for the child. There  are no technical and strict regulations or provisions regarding procedures for providing  child support, this results in the survival of children who are victims of divorce. This study aims to explain the legal basis for the decisions and considerations of the  Purwakarta Court judges regarding the obligation of fathers for child support after  divorce and finally, the efforts of the Purwakarta Religious Court to provide post-divorce child support. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the efforts of the  Purwakarta Religious Court in providing children's post-divorce rights are carried out by providing information to the parties to include the demandsReligious for children's livelihood rights along with iddah and mut'ah livelihoods in the divorce lawsuit. To guarantee children's livelihood rights, the Purwakarta Religious Court cooperates with the husband's place of work to make direct deductions from the husband's income, but this has not been implemented.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge of internet technology and application systems partially or simultaneously on the online shopping interest of the community in the Bumi, Gandasari housing estate, Babakancikao District, Purwakarta Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The sample taken is 55 people. The analysis technique used is the partial test, multiple linear regression test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that knowledge of internet technology and application systems partially or simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Online Shopping Interest. This is evidenced by the results of a partial test on knowledge of internet technology resulting in a t count > t table (2.645> 2.007), while the significance value is < 0.05 (0.013 <0.05). In the application system obtained t arithmetic > t table (3.170> 2.007), while the significance value <0.05 (0.004 <0.05). The results of the multiple regression test on Online Shopping Interest obtained f count > f table (19.452>3.18), while the significance value <0.05 (0.001 <0.05). Based on the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R square value is 0.606. Then the magnitude of the influence of knowledge of internet technology and application systems simultaneously is 60.6%.

Abstract

Consistent reading of the holy verses of the Koran by the communities will trigger a religious ritual. Hubbun Nabi Community made the tradition of reading Q.S. al-Waqiah [56] which in general talks about the day of resurrection as a form of ritual to open the door of sustenance. This study aims to find out the objective, expressive and documentary meaning of the recitation of the letter al-Waqi'ah and the verses of sustenance by the Hubbun Nabi Community. This type of research includes field qualitative with a sociology of knowledge approach. The research data comes from observations of the traditions of Hubbun Nabi Community, as well as interviews conducted with the founders and members of the assembly regarding the meaning of tradition. The results of the study show that the objective meaning of the selection of letters and verses read in the practice of Hubbun Nabi Community originates from the KH. Fuad Noerhasan’s massage who gave the full trust for the community. The expressive meaning includes feeling the smoothness of sustenance, the blessings of life, getting inner peace, answering prayers, bringing many virtues and rewards, and increasing Islamic ukhuwah. Meanwhile, the documentary meaning of the existence of Hubbun Nabi Community tradition is that there is a change in mystical-based societal reasoning to become spiritual-qur'ani. This proves that Hubbun Nabi Community succeeded in bringing the Qur'an to life through a religious ritual that instilled strong belief in each of the agens.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a moral shift among the younger generation, especially students at school, especially in relationships. Many students have bad morals such as like to badmouth their friends, like to prank friends and behave impolitely towards teachers and parents. This study aims to describe the etiquette of association and friendship according to al-Ghazālī's Bidāyatul Hidāyah book and identify the relevance of social and friendship etiquette according to al-Ghazālī's Bidāyatul Hidāyah book on the formation of student character. This type of research is a type of library research with qualitative research and data analysis using content analysis with a descriptive approach.  The results of this study conclude that the concepts of etiquette of al-Ghazālī's perspective and its relevance to character building is: 1). Etiquette to students, setting a good example to students; 2). Etiquette to the teacher, respect him by greeting first when you meet him; 3) Etiquette to Parents, Doing good and respecting them, without having to be asked by them first; 4). Etiquette to others, Always close and don't spread the disgrace of your friends
