This investigation aimed to discover the approaches utilized by leaders to improve employeeperformance at PT PLN (Persero) Sumberrejo Customer Service Unit. The study employedqualitative research methodologies, gathering information through direct interviews andobservations with the management team at PT PLN (Persero) Sumberrejo Customer ServiceUnit. The amassed data were subsequently assessed using SWOT analysis methods. Theresults unveiled that the internal factors exerting considerable impact were identified asStrengths, while significant external factors were acknowledged as Opportunities. Thesuggested tactic is the SO (Strengths - Opportunities) strategy, concentrating on maximizingexisting strengths and seizing available opportunities to address weaknesses.Keywords: Execution, Tactics, Personnel Management, Strategic Assessment.

In facing competition, MSMEs often face challenges in maintaining and improving the quality of theirproducts. Currently, the central and regional governments offer a lot of assistance, assistance andtraining to business actors as a form of service to the community. Legality is one of the challenges forMSME players to improve the quality of their products. One of the important factors in improving thequality of MSME products is legality. Many MSMEs in Ngipik Subdistrict still do not have a BusinessIdentification Number (NIB) even though they will get many benefits if they have a BusinessIdentification Number (NIB). There are still many who do not know the importance of businesslegality and think that creating a Business Identification Number (NIB) is long and complicated. Thiscounseling aims to introduce and increase understanding of NIB making. Activities will be carried outin August-November 2023 for MSMEs in Ngipik Village, Gresik. The methods used are socialization,mentoring and counseling. Implementation of activities includes conveying theory and practice ofcreating business legality. Students have an important role in Indonesia’s tourism sector. One way that can be done is to make areal contribution to tourism industry, such as providing information related to tourism. This effort wascarried out by English teachers through the English for Travel and Tourism course by designingproject-based learning that utilizes the use of English for tourism information needs by creating abilingual guidebook for tourist attractions. The aim of this research is to design a bilingual guidebookfor several places in Indonesia. The languages used are English and Bahasa Indonesia. This researchuses a project-based learning model, in which students are divided into four groups in one class tocarry out a project to make a bilingual guidebook. The research instruments are a project-basedlearning observation sheet and questionnaire of student perceptions in carrying out the project. Theresearch limitation is the selection of locations for the bilingual guidebook, including Sidoarjo,Surabaya, Tulungagung and West Nusa Tenggara. The location selection was based on theidentification of tourist attractions carried out by each group. The results of this research show thatthe use of English is applicable and the needs of the tourism industry are the design of four bilingualguidebooks containing tourism information, covering the areas of Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Tulungagungand West Nusa Tenggara. The implications of making a bilingual guidebook can be used as anEnglish learning model for the Tourism Industry. Apart from that, the bilingual guidebook can also beused for tourism information for readers.Keywords: Bilingual Guidebook; English; Tourism Information

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy.Tlogopatut subdistrict, like many other areas, has a number of MSMEs that face various challenges.This study aims to map the problems faced by MSMEs in Tlogopatut Village and present alternativesolutions that have the potential to improve their performance and business continuity. Throughsurveys, interviews and data analysis, we identified several main problems which include poor digitalmarketing management, lack of awareness among MSME players regarding the importance ofbusiness legality, and the absence of business legality owned by some MSMEs in the Tlogopatut subdistrict. As an alternative solution, we propose a training and mentoring program for MSME owners,and a more effective marketing strategy through the use of digital technology. It is hoped that theresults of this research can help MSMEs in Tlogopatut Village to overcome their problems andencourage local economic growth.Keywords: MSME; Digital Marketing; Business Legallity

The application of technology has a major influence on improving business processesand services in a company, such as the innovation of the PLN Mobile application by PT PLN(Persero). However, the use of PLN Mobile is inseparable from various obstacles, the mostimportant factor is the state of society in matters of technological development. The purposeof this promotion, customer service, and socialization activity is to educate and provideunderstanding to the public about customer service through PLN Mobile. The results obtainedare providing real benefits for customers and the surrounding community in increasing theirunderstanding of PLN ULP services and the use of the PLN Mobile application as analternative solution in meeting their needs.Keywords: PLN Mobile, SocialMedia, Promotion, Customer Service, Socialization.

Digital marketing is a promotional activity and market search through online digital media byutilizing various means such as social networks. Cyberspace is now no longer only able to connectpeople with devices, but also people with others in all corners of the world. The existence of MSMEsis expected to spur the economy amid the current economic slowdown. The utilization of marketingconcepts based on digital technology (digital marketing) provides hope for MSMEs to develop intoeconomic powerhouses. MSME actors collaborate on promotional media and digital-baseddistribution media to get the maximum profit. Currently, almost all MSME businesses or evenrestaurant and fast food businesses use promotional media and digital marketing-based distributionmedia. Some businesses that tend to want to survive in offline life actually slowly regress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Jasa Marga Surabaya. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dalam proses pengumpulan datanya, sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yaitu karyawan PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, yaitu teknik yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut yaitu secara simultan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lmotivasi kerja berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Rosella flowers are believed to have quite high health benefits and have a unique taste. In variousstudies, rosella flowers can cure various diseases and prevent various disease transmissions and canbe used as a natural coloring and preservative in food or drinks. This service activity has beencarried out using training and outreach methods, and selling beverage products made from rosellaflowers in the form of tea in bottles. By delivering material about the potential use of rosella flowers,various processed rosella products, and the activities that have been carried out, it is useful toincrease the knowledge and skills of the community, especially PKK women in Ngipik Village, GresikDistrict, Gresik Regency as a form of increasing the income of the people of Ngipik Village, Gresik.Keywords: Benefits; Rosella Flowers; Income

Given how many students use music applications on a daily basis, it is important to examine howlifestyle factors and brand image affect their choice of music application. Specifically, we will look athow lifestyle and brand image affect university students' decision to use the Spotify app. At Dr.Soetomo University. A quantitative survey approach with a causal associative nature is the studymethodology employed. Non-probability sampling is used in this sample technique. All independentvariables, including lifestyle and brand image, have a considerable impact on the decision to use theSpotify application, as demonstrated by the calculated F value > F table, or 71.024 > 3.09simultaneously. The findings of a contemporaneous test (the F Test) led to this conclusion. Comparingthe computed t values for the lifestyle variable (4.072) and the brand image variable (4.955) in thepartial test to the t table (1.984), each indicates a higher calculated t value. The fact that Ho isrefused while Ha is approved indicates that the deciding criteria of brand image (X2) and lifestyle(X1) have an impact on the decision to use the Spotify application (Y). The partial determination testyielded a partial determination coefficient (r2) of 0.201, or 20.1%, for brand image (X2) and 0.145,or 14.5%, for the lifestyle variable (X1). r2. The fact that the brand image variable's coefficient valueis higher than the lifestyle variable indicates that it has a bigger impact on people's decisions to usethe Spotify app.Keywords: Lifestyle; Brand Image; Usage Decisions; Spotify Application

This community service aims to encourage tourism awareness in Tlogopatut Village. Through theimplementation of a tourism awareness program, we seek to mobilize community participation in thepreservation and development of local tourist destinations. The community service method includestraining, workshops, and promotion to increase tourism awareness. The result is a significant increasein tourism awareness in this kelurahan, which is reflected in the active participation of the communityin tourism-related activities. Positive impacts were also seen in the development of local tourismdestinations. However, challenges in the implementation of this program remain, such as coordinationbetween various related parties and sustainable planning. The results of this service provide positiveimplications for the development of sustainable tourism in the village and can serve as a guide forother villages in encouraging tourism awareness.Keywords: Tourism; Mentoring; Destinations Program; Community Awereness
