Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of: (1) Entrepreneurship Motivation and Social Environment on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people. (2) Entrepreneurship Motivation on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people. (3) Social Environment on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people.  This study is quantitative research. The population of this study  is 163 Beton Hamlet people as convection business owner. The sample is 116 respondents among them. The probability sampling technique was employed to obtain the sample of the study. The data of this study were obtained through questionnaires. Analysis Prerequisite Test of this study consisted of multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Multiple linear regression technique were employed as the data analysis technique. The result shows that: (1) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of Entrepreneurship Motivation and Social Environment on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people (2) Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of Entrepreneurship Motivation on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people. (3) Partially, there is a negative and significant influence of Social Environment on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people. This is becauseBeton Hamlet people can not immediatelly accept the influence of Social Environment (external factor) in fostering Entrepreneurship Interest. Other factors are needed that can support the Entrepreneurship Interest, especially from internal factors. Entrepreneurship Interest is the most dominant variable influencing on Entrepreneurship Interest in Beton Hamlet people Tritunggal Village Babat District Lamongan Regency. Abstract

Abstract Scabies remains one of the most common of skin diseases seen in developing countries. The prevalence of scabies in Islamic boarding schools is still high because it allows the students to live together in one place which is a factor in the consideration of the vulnerability of this population to scabies transmission. Prevention of scabies can be done through improvement of Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) which has the various aspects about personal hygiene, environmental hygiene, and healthy behaviour. This counseling aimed to provide information knowledge about PHBS especially in the prevention of scabies in SMP IT Al-Hidayah Bogor 2019. Counseling was carried out for 40 minutes using power point media. We assessed the increasing of knowledge before and after counseling with the quetionnaire of pre-test and post-test consisted of 10 questions. Total number of 82 students were included but only 62 students completed the questionnaire. There is a significant difference between knowledge before and after counseling (p value: 0,000), with the mean score of pre-test was 58.41, and the mean score of post-test was 79.86. There is need to increase health promotion regarding PHBS in other densely populated such as orphanages, use different method of counseling to assess which method is more effective in increasing the knowledge, and pay more attention of how to get complete questionnaire. Key words: Counseling, PHBS, scabies, SMP IT Al-Hidayah Bogor Abstrak Kudis tetap menjadi salah satu penyakit kulit yang paling umum terlihat di negara-negara berkembang. Prevalensi skabies di pesantren masih tinggi karena memungkinkan siswa untuk hidup bersama di satu tempat yang merupakan faktor dalam pertimbangan kerentanan populasi ini terhadap penularan skabies. Pencegahan skabies dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang memiliki berbagai aspek tentang kebersihan pribadi, kebersihan lingkungan, dan perilaku sehat. Konseling ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang PHBS terutama dalam pencegahan skabies di Al-Hidayah Bogor IT Middle 2019. Konseling dilakukan selama 40 menit menggunakan media power point. Kami menilai peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah konseling dengan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan. Jumlah total 82 siswa dimasukkan tetapi hanya 62 siswa yang mengisi kuesioner. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah konseling (nilai p: 0,000), dengan skor rata-rata pre-test adalah 58,41, dan skor rata-rata post-test adalah 79,86. Ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan promosi kesehatan tentang PHBS di populasi padat lainnya seperti panti asuhan, menggunakan metode konseling yang berbeda untuk menilai metode mana yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan lebih memperhatikan cara mendapatkan kuesioner lengkap. Abstract

Abstract Indonesia Basic Health Survey noted a substantial increase on prevalence of obesity in 2010, 2013 and 2018 (18,8%; 26,6% and 31% respectively). The highest prevalence of obesity mostly happened to those who living in urban than rural. Obesity and degenerative disease can be prevented by consuming adequate vegetable. Depok is city with dense population, especially nearby University of Indonesia. Most of arable lamd are transformed into residence, so it limits the growing space. Current community service aims to form vegetable consumption habit among the resident by using available space as verticulture. This training was conducted by using organic and non-organic waste as the growing medium. Method used were participative and giving demo to change behaviour. Participants experienced themselves on planting vegetable from seeds until harvesting using verticulture. Succeed indicator was if most of the participant are able to harvest their own verticilture crops. Keywords: Urban farming; balance diet; education; vegetables; verticulture   Abstrak Angka prevalensi obesitas di Indonesia cukup tinggi, hasil riskesdas tahun 2010 menunjukkan prevalensi obesitas mencapai 18,8% dan mengalami peningkatan cukup besar pada tahun menjadi 26,6% tahun 2013 dan meningkat kembali menjadi 31% tahun 2018. Prevalensi obesitas tertinggi terjadi di masyarakat perkotaan dibandingkan pada masyarakat di pedesaan. Angka kejadian obesitas dan penyakit degeneratif dapat dicegah dengan mengonsumsi sayur sayuran dalam jumlah yang cukup. Kota Depok merupakan wilayah yang padat pemukiman khususnya di sekitar Kampus Universitas Indonesia. Lahan pekarangan sudah banyak berubah menjadi daerah pemukiman, sehingga lahan bercocok tanam terbatas. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, bertujuan membentuk kebiasaan konsumsi sayur-sayuran kepada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk bercocok tanam secara bertingkat. Pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik dan non organik sebagai media tanam. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif dan memberikan contoh untuk merubah perilaku. Peserta langsung praktek bercocok tanam sayur-sayuran dari mulai benih sampai panen dengan menggunakan media vertikulur. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena sebagian besar peserta dapat memanen hasil bercocok tanamnya. Kata kunci: Bertanam Lahan Sempit ; Gizi Seimbang ; Penyuluhan ; Sayur ; Vertikultur

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data with online survey methods. The population in this study was  FISIP UPN’V’ JATIM Students who knew and were interested in using an Rekening Bersama Shopee when shopping online. The sample includes some of the FISIP students who are familiar with and interested in using a Rekening Bersama Shopee when shopping online. The sampling technique uses the Lameshow formula. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study show that simultaneously perceived ease (X1), risk perception (X2), information quality (X3) have a significant effect on interest in using (Y) shopee joint accounts. The results also showed that the perception of ease (X1) partially had a positive and significant effect on interest in using Shopee Rekber, risk perception (X2) had a negative and significant effect on interest in using Shopee Rekber, information quality (X3) had a positive and significant effect on interest in using Shopee rekber, and information quality variables have a dominant influence on interest in using Shopee Rekber. Abstract Rural communities as poor people have complex complexes; namely the factor of being economically poor, socially marginalized, and forgotten by function and dignity. Further education factors At present the level of education of the people of the Region is still largely low. Education is important because of empowerment, the community will improve their personal or group abilities. One of the rural communities in Trenggalek district is a group of women farmers (KWT) in the village of Dompyong. In the discussion about increasing the income of farming families, among them were a group of farmer women who sought additional assistance, both in the activities of making cassava chips and banana chips, banana floss in the village. , especially knowledge about increasing production as well as marketing, the abon heart banana home industry in the village of Trompalek Dompyong has not been maximized and cannot be processed properly. The health benefits for our body are to prevent the risk of stroke, prevent cholesterol, can make the stomach healthy, and can be consumed for diabetics and many more benefits provided by the heart of this banana. The purpose of this dedication activity is to provide knowledge and insights on how to make a banana heart floss that is good and truly flavored, and provides insight into marketing management so that an appropriate marketing network development model can be obtained. While the target of this community service activity is the empowerment of women farmer groups (KWT) in the development of the banana heart floss business as an additional source of assistance for family women farmer groups (KWT) in Dompyong Village, Bendungan District, so that it can be used to find out how to process the production of jatung banana floss. including effective and correct marketing methods. Keywords: Empowerment, KWT, banana heart floss Abstrak Masyarakat pedesaan sebagai masyarakat miskin memiliki permasalahan yang kompleks; yakni faktor miskin secara ekonomi, terpinggir secara sosial, dan terlupakan secara fungsi dan martabat.  Selanjutnya faktor pendidikan dimana tingkat pendidikan masyarakat wilayah pedesaan sebagian besar masih rendah.  Pendidikan menjadi penting karena dengan pemberdayaan, masyarakat akan meningkatkan kapasitas pribadi maupun kelompok. Salah satu masyarakat pedesaan di kabupaten Trenggalek adalah kelompok wanita tani (KWT) di desa Dompyong. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga petani antara lain adalah peran serta kelompok wanita tani dalam mencari penghasilan tambahan, baik dalam kegiatan pembuatan kripik singkong dan kripik pisang, abon jantung pisang di desa ini mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan, namun karena keterbatasan kemampuan sumber daya manusia (kurang berdaya) terutama menyangkut pengetahuan peningkatan produksi maupun pemasaran maka, home industri abon jantung pisang di desa Dompyong Trenggalek belum bisa dimaksimalkan dan tidak dapat diolah dengan baik. Padalah Manfaat untuk kesehatan pada tubuh kita adalah untuk mencegah resiko stroke, mencegah kolestrol, bisa menyehatkan perut, dan bisa dikonsumsi untuk penderita diabetes dan masih banyak lagi manfaat yang dimiliki oleh jantung pisang ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mitra tentang pembuatan abon jantung pisang yang baik dan benar serta bercitra rasa, dan memberikan wawasan tentang manajemen pemasaran sehingga dapat diperoleh model pengembangan jaringan pemasaran yang sesuai. Sedangkan Target dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) dalam pengembangan usaha abon jantung pisang sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan bagi keluarga kelompok wanita tani (KWT) di Desa Dompyong Kecamatan Bendungan, sehingga dapat dicapai pengetahuan yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana mengolah produksi abon jatung pisang termasuk bagaimana cara pemasaran yang efektif dan benar. Abstracs To overcome poverty in rural areas, namely by carrying out community empowerment to be independent, competitive and able to compete in the 4.0 industrial revolution era or the digital era and potentially contribute to national income. The presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 caused the impact of intense competition, MSMEs must be able to overcome these challenges creatively, product innovation, marketing, product packaging, human resource development and technology. In empowering MSMEs, a strategy for preparing economic empowerment in MSMEs is needed in the face of the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Abstract

Abstract Nutrition problems that often occur in adolescent girls are an increase in nutrient intake which will cause malnutrition, lack of energy, lower energy proteins and anemia can occur. Based on Riskesdas data in 2013 and 2018, anemia problems and TTD consumption occur in Indonesia (Riskesdas 2013,2018). Jakarta Veterans National Development University represented by LPPM encourages lecturers to do community service (PKM) to help solve problems in the Pasir Putih Village, Depok. The purpose of the program for the community (PKM) is to renew the knowledge of cadres related to adolescent problems that are often found in the Pasir Putih Village area. Community service activities (PKM) take place in the Pasir Putih Village. At the community service (PKM) activity, the head of the village, the head of community welfare, the PKK woman and the cadres attended. The cadres who participated in this main activity represented all RWs in the Pasir Putih village administration. In total there were 29 cadres. Participants received anemia leaflet and booklet. Keywords: Anemia, Diet, Cadre Abstrak Masalah gizi yang sering terjadi pada remaja putri adalah kurangnya asupan zat gizi yang akan menyebabkan gizi buruk, kurang energi kronis, kurang energi protein dan dapat terjadi anemia.Berdasarkan data Riskesdas pada tahun 2013 dan 2018, masasah anemia dan konsumsi TTD merupan masalah yang masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia (Riskesdas 2013,2018). Universtias Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta diwakilkan LPPM mendorong dosen untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang terdapat di Kelurahan Pasir Putih, Depok. Tujuan program kepada masyarakat (PKM) adalah untuk membaharui pengetahuan para kader terkait masalah remaja putri yang sering ditemukan di daerah Kelurahan Pasir Putih. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) berlangsung di Kelurahan Pasir Putih. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) hadir kepala kelurahan, kepala kesejahteraan masyarakat, ibu PKK dan para kader. Para kader yang menjadi peserta utama kegiatan ini mewakili seluruh RW yang ada di daerah pemerintahan Kelurahan Pasir Putih. Total yang hadir mencapai 29 kader. Abstract

Abstrak   Food sellers in the school environment have the role of fulfilling some of the nutritional needs of students. According to the results of testing of School Children Snack Food Samples taken throughout Indonesia in 2014, only 76.18% that met requirement while the target to be achieved was 90%. These problems, encourage community service to provide snack that is cheap, healthy, proper and safe through education to food sellers. The aim is to increase knowledge, attitudes of food sellers and the availability of suitable and affordable food. The targets are food sellers at SD Depok Baru 4, Pancoran Mas Depok. The instrument used was module entitled "Yuuk... Make Healthy Snacks Balanced & Inexpensive". The method used is observations and assessments, then conduct a counseling program with material according to the problem prioritization. The results were the majority of the targets attended by food sellers (92.8%), while beverage sellers (7.7%). In the Post test measurement, there was an increase in knowledge score, most of the targets had a positive increase in knowledge (76.9%). Based on the results of statistical tests, it is seen that there are significant differences in knowledge in a row seen in aspects of total knowledge (p = 0.008). Most of the targets experienced positive attitude changes (69.2%), but some also after the intervention the target attitude decreased (15.3%) and the same before and after (15.3%). the results of the analysis, all aspects of attitude seen changes in a positive direction, and significant (p = 0.004). So that the knowledge and attitudes of food sellers do not decrease, it is recommended to increase the frequency of community service periodically to assessthe feasibility of food soldand learn through media that is easy to be remembered continuously in the school environment to traders, teachers and parents of students. Keywords: food sellers, food feasibility, nutrition education, affordable food Abstrak Penjualmakanan di lingkungan sekolah memiliki peran memenuhi sebagian kebutuhan gizi siswa,  harus segera diperhatikan tingkat kelayakan makanannya. Menurut hasil pengujian sampel Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah (PJAS) yang diambil di seluruh Indonesia tahun 2014, yang memenuhi syarat sebesar 76,18% sedangkan target yang harus dicapai adalah sebesar 90%. Permasalahan tersebut, mendorong pengabdi untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat mengenai pendidikan pengolahan makanan murah, sehat, layak dan aman dikomsumsi kepada penjual makanan jajanan,  tujuan dan target untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap pedagang dan tersedianya makanan yang layak konsumsi dengan harga terjangkau serta terwujudnya proses manajemen dan pengolahan pangan yang benar dan sesuai. Sasaran merupakan para pedagang jajanan anak sekolah. Lokasi di SD Depok Baru 4, Pancoran Mas Depok. Instrument kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah modul berjudul ”Yuuk..Buat Jajanan Sehat Bergizi Seimbang & Murah”. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mengidetifikasi masalah melalui pengamatan dan penilaian keamanan makanan, lalu menentukan proritasmasalah dan kemudian melakukan program penyuluhan dengan materi sesuai prioritas masalah. Hasil atau luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagian besar sasaran yang hadir pedagang makanan (92,8 %), sedangkan minuman (7,7%). Pada pengukuran Post test, terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan sebagian besar sasaran mengalami peningkatan secara positif pengetahuan (76,9 %), namun ada juga setelah intervensi pengetahuan sasaran menurun (7,6%) dan yang sama sebelum dan sesudah (15,3 %). Dan berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, terlihat adanya perbedaan pengetahuan yang bermakna secara berturut-turut terlihat pada aspek pengetahuan total (p=0,008). Sebagian besar sasaran mengalami perubahan positif sikap (69,2 %), namun ada juga setelah intervensi sikap sasaran menurun (15,3%) dan yang sama sebelum dan sesudah (15,3 %). Hasil analisis, seluruh aspek sikap terlihat perubahan kearah positif, dan bermakna (p=0,004). Agar pengetahuan & sikap pedagang jajanan tidak menurun, maka direkomendasikan untuk menambah frekuensi pengabdian masyarakat dengan penilaian kelayakan makanan secara berkala & pembelajaran melalui media yang mudah diingat secara berkesinambungan di lingkungan sekolah kepada pedagang, guru maupun orangtua siswa. Abstract

Implementation of information systems in the enterprise need to be evaluated to measure the success rate of the system. Judging from the degree of use, user satisfaction, as well as the impact of the use of the system for individual/company. This study aims to measure the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality over the use and satisfaction of individual users as well as the impact of the use of the Anjungan in the loading and unloading services PT Pelindo III Regional East Java. The study population was the Anjungan and terminal customers Jamrud. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling technique amounted to 58 companies. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data collected using the Partial Least Square. The results show that the Quality System and significant positive effect on the Use and User Satisfaction. Information quality and no significant positive effect on usage, and no significant negative effect on User Satisfaction. Quality of Service positive and significant impact on usage, and no significant negative effect on User Satisfaction. The use of positive and not significant to user satisfaction. The use of a significant negative effect on the impact of the individual. Abstract

Abstract Obesity is one of the health problems and the double burden of malnutrition in Indonesia. Riskesdas data in 2013 showed that adolescents aged 13-15 years who had overweight nutritional status of is 8.3% and obesity is 2.5%. In Banten province, the prevalence of adolescents with overweight nutritional status is 7.8% and obesity is 2.7%. The cause of obesity problems in adolescents is unbalanced food intake, related to diet and the choice of foods and drinks with high energy and fat. The objective of this study was to provide knowledge about balanced nutrtition in adolescent to prevent excess weight gain. The method of this study used nutrition education and counseling of balanced nutrition in adolescents. The subjects in this study were taken randomly as many as 45 adolescent in Cikulur Subdistrict. The result of this study showed the post test score increased 65.9 for pre test and 77.9 for post test.. Keyword: Adolescent, balanced nutrition, nutrition education  Abstrak Gizi lebih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia dan masuk ke dalam beban ganda masalah gizi (double burden of malnutrition). Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2013 menunjukkan bahwa remaja usia 13 – 15 tahun yang mengalami status gizi gemuk sebesar 8.3% dan sangat gemuk sebesar 2.5%. Sementara di provinsi Banten, prevalensi remaja dengan status gizi gemuk sebesar 7.8% dan sangat gemuk sebesar 2.7%. Penyebab terjadinya masalah gizi lebih pada remaja adalah asupan makan yang tidak seimbang, terkait dengan pola makan dan pemilihan jenis makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pengetahuan pada remaja mengenai pola makan yang baik dan seimbang untuk remaja, guna mencegah peningkatan berat badan berlebih. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah, memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan mengenai gizi seimbang pada remaja. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini diambil secara random sebanyak 45 orang remaja di Kecamatan Cikulur. Hasil menunjukkan nilai post test mengalami peningkatan dari dari 65,9 untuk pre tes dan 77,9 untuk pos tes. Kata kunci: Remaja; gizi seimbang; status gizi lebih; edukasi gizi
