Abstract

In life, in nature there is potential energy that can be utilized for human life behind the ineffectiveness of fossil energy for the environment, the use of natural resources that can be renewed by utilizing the energy contained in the heat of the sun. Utilization of solar thermal energy can be converted into useful power by using solar power plants (PLTS), therefore solar power plants are very potential to be developed in Indonesia, because Indonesia's climate is suitable as a tropical country with sunshine throughout the year. Solar Power Generation (PLTS) is a relatively new method of generating electrical energy by utilizing solar energy. The Solar Power Generation System (PLTS) as a power plant is directed so that it can be utilized by users who are not reached by PLN. The author conducted a study which was conducted to find out how potential solar thermal energy is to be used as a solar power plant, the use of natural resources is carried out in order to find out how potential the use of PLTS is. The process of generating solar power can be done with sunlight in order to produce electrical energy and be used for home lighting systems. One unit of lighting with 10 Watt specifications requires 132Wh. In solar panels there will be power loss depending on the type and quality of the solar panels, to stabilize the need for electricity consumption to be no less than the safe requirement, the total power per day is multiplied by 0.13 = 13%. This value must be generated by the solar panel

Abstract

Excavator is one of the heavy equipment used to move materials. The hydraulic system is a component that functions as work equipment on units that utilize the work of the hydraulic system. Damage that often occurs in excavators is in the excavator system. This type of research uses qualitative methods by conducting direct observations in the field. This analysis aims to analyze the damage, the causative factors, how to repair and prevent damage to the hydraulic system of the EC55B Pro heavy equipment excavator and to determine the force loss on the hydraulic cylinder caused by damage to the hydraulic system. The inspection procedure is carried out by performing a performance test consisting of an operating speed test and a pressure test. Visual inspection is also carried out on the hose, charging pump, control valve, hydraulic cylinder, main pump, servo mechanism and travel motor. The results of the analysis found damage to the housing, charging pump, lever swash plate, hydraulic cylinder seal kit, hose and travel motor shaft caused by contamination of hydraulic oil with water and errors in unit operation. Repair steps are carried out by replacing components that are damaged as a whole (assy). Preventive actions are carried out by carrying out daily checks and preventive maintenance according to procedures.

Abstract

The increasing number of motorcycles with EFI systems has caused conventional motorcycles that use the carburetor system to be abandoned. This is because the motorcycle with a carburetor system still has many shortcomings. Among them require routine maintenance on the carburetor system, more wasteful fuel consumption, and it is difficult to control the air and fuel mixture that must be set manually. The engine performance produced by the injection motorcycle is less than the maximum. This can be caused by the lack of fuel intake that is sprayed by the injector and the short injection duration. From these problems, the authors intend to conduct research on the effect of using the Standard ECU and ECU Racing on motorcycle performance by testing on a Yamaha V-Ixion motorcycle. This study aims to determine the effect of using the standard ECU and Juken ECU with injector variations on the torque and power of a Yamaha V-Ixion motorcycle. The study used a Yamaha V-Ixion motorcycle. The method used in this research is experimental. The results showed that the use of a standard injector standard ECU obtained a maximum torque of 0.0527 Nm and a maximum power of 0.0402 HP, while the racing ECU produced the highest torque of 0.1897 Nm and a power of 0.1445 HP. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the use of the Juken injector racing ECU has an effect in increasing the torque and power of the injection motorcycle.

Abstract

There are obstacles to the distribution of vaccinations in public officials, public officials include the lack of public understanding and knowledge, access to health services, and the lack of vaccine availability. In addition to the lack of public understanding about the importance of vaccination and the amount of untrue news out there about vaccinations, people are becoming wary. Therefore, the presence of the development of information system technology based on Desktop and Visual Basic is expected to help provide solutions to the problems that exist in Panawuan Village.The design in building this system is divided into Data Flow Diagrams, use case diagrams, and interface design. This application is desktop based and designed using Visual Basic programming language, MySQL. This application development uses visual basic, which uses black box testing. The result of this research is a desktop application and visual basic. The conclusion of this study is to facilitate the Panawuan Village Government, CIgandamekar District, Kuningan Regency in presenting report data effectively and efficiently. As well as making it easier for the public to get vaccination information in Panawuan Village.

Abstract

Jajanan kemasan sangat mudah ditemukan, terjangkau, dan dapat disantap kapan saja sehinggadigemari oleh semua kalangan, termasuk kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui tingkat asupan, jenis jajanan yang dikonsumsi, waktu konsumsi, dan status gizikonsumen jajanan di Fakultas Teknologi Universitas Islam Al-Ihya Kuningan. Metodepemeriksaan yang digunakan adalah kontrol deskriptif tambah mengabdikan jajak pendapat yangdisebarkan menjelang 100 narasumber online. Hasil pemeriksaan menyinggir bahwa taraf mangsapermainan ringan sejumlah 70% adalah tergolong sedang atau sekitar 2 – 4 kali per minggu,makanan ringan yang sering dikonsumsi adalah ciki-cikian sebesar 35%, diikuti dengan kerupuk16%, biskuit 11%, makaroni 9%, keripik pisang 7%, keripik singkong 7%, wafer 7%, kuaci 6%,dan yang paling sedikit adalah keripik pangsit 2%. Waktu konsumsi makanan ringan palingbanyak dilakukan pada saat istirahat disela-sela perkuliahan sebesar 49,5% sedangkan status giziresponden didominasi oleh kategori normal (48%).

Abstract

Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) is a plant that has many properties and benefits for human health. Processing of Moringa leaves in Indonesia has not been widely carried out, this is due to the lack of public knowledge of the benefits of Moringa leaves. For this reason, there is a need for food diversification of Moringa leaves. One effort that can be done is to make functional chocolate bars by adding moringa leaf powder which can have a positive effect on the health of the body. One of the ways to diversify this type of food is by processing Moringa leaves into brown moringa leaf stems. This study aims to look at the nutritional content and acceptability of Moringa chocolate stems. The research method was divided into four stages: designing a chocolate formula with Moringa leaf powder, making Moringa chocolate, hedonic testing of the selected formula, and analyzing the nutritional value of Moringa chocolate. The experimental design used in this study was a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of three levels, namely 0.01%, 0.02% and 0.03%. The results showed that chocolate with the addition of 0.01% moringa leaf powder was the most preferred by the panelists. The nutritional content of chocolate with the selected formula is 0.83% moisture content, 0.67% ash content, 2.14% protein content, 35.80% fat content, and 60.56% carbohydrates.

Abstract

Kombucha tea is widely used as a traditional medicine to stabilize metabolism and remove toxins so that it can improve digestion. Probiotics function to balance the intestinal microflora so that they can treat diarrheal infections. The chemical composition of kombucha tea also has health benefits, namely the content of polyphenols which are used as antioxidants. The purpose of writing is to determine the role of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in kombucha tea as a source of probiotics. Some of the research results can be concluded that lactic acid bacteria in the kombucha tea fermentation process are very influential on health because there is a source of probiotics in it.

Abstract

The Sunstar KM 250-B sewing machine uses pulley and belt drive system components, as well as a driven shaft, the driving source uses a motor clutch type dynamo. The speed of the machine is very important to the results of production. Therefore it is necessary to have a calculation with the exact variation in the diameter of the drive pulley. The purpose of this study is to find out the comparison of the analysis of the calculation of pulley diameter variations with the calculation of shaft rotation, torque, calculation of belt / belt length and belt around speed / belt, The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods, namely measuring, observing and calculating machine specifications, the research data obtained in the form of numbers. Then analyze the data. The results of the study were obtained with a Pulley Diameter of 80 mm = Rotation of the sewing machine shaft 2288 rpm, Sewing Machine Torque 0.0010 N.m, Belt / belt length 108.485 cm, Belt / belt circumference speed 11.97 m / s while pulley diameter 100 mm = Sewing machine shaft rotation 2860 rpm, Sewing Machine Torque 0.0008 N.m, Belt / belt length 151.4 cm, Belt / belt circumference speed 14.96 m / s

Abstract

In the automotive world, improving engine performance can be done by maximizing the performance of the ignition system in order to enlarge the sparks from the spark plugs so that the fuel and air mixture can burn perfectly. Complete combustion will cause the motor performance to increase. Therefore, the use of a racing coil as a device whose job is to strengthen the sparks on the spark plug is expected to increase power optimally. This study uses quantitative methods with experimental research. The standard coil transforms the 12 Volt battery voltage into a high voltage of more than 5000 Volts while the racing coil increases the high voltage to more than 10 Kilo Volts. The test results using the dynotest tool show that the lowest power produced by the standard coil is 0.0038 HP at 2000 rpm engine speed and the highest power generated is 0.0878 HP at 3500 rpm engine speed. While the lowest power generated by the racing coil is 0.0751 HP at 2000 rpm engine speed and the highest power generated is 0.1304 HP at 4000 rpm engine speed. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of coil racing on a motorcycle has a positive effect on the power generated. Where the power generated by using a racing coil is higher than the power generated by using a standard coil. There is a significant effect on the use of coil racing on the power of the yamaha zupiter Z1
