Abstract

The objective of this research is to identity the efficiency of the Cashew Nuts distribution in the two sample areas, namely sub district Semin and Semanu Gunung Kidul distric. The research method is descripfif The parameters used in the research are ; 1) profit margin and marketing margin and 2) mark-up analysis (i.e.mark-up on selling).  Several Informaition resulted from the research are as follows : (1) there are four pattern of the distributon namely, a) pattern farmer producer-collector I- consumer b). pattern 2 : farmer producer- collector I – collector II - consumer c). pattern 3 - : farmer producer - colleetor I -retailer – consumer d) pattern - 4 : farmer producer- collector I – collector II – retailer – consumer (2) marketing efficency value are : a). marketing margin value for each pattern are ; pattern 1 Rp 24.389,25/kg, pattern 2 Rp 24.389,25/kg, pattern 3 Rp 26,379,25,/kg, pattern 4 Rp 26.379,25/kg b) profit value and margin collector I pattern Rp 8.847,08 (65,49%), pattern II Rp 6.398,65 (62,63%), pattern III Rp 5.473,68(40,52%), and pattern IV Rp 6.398,65 (47,36%), c). we conclude that operational efficiency of all Pattern using  above method is generally high. Eventually we conclude that the distribution system of cashew nuts in Gunung Kidul district is efficient.Keywords : cashew nut , margin, efficiency

Abstract

Agriculture the significant sector supporting the economy of development countries. The sector has experienced rapid growth the new technology called green revolution was introduced. Implementing the technology agricultural production particularly food crops can be doubled. Enhancing production was conducted by cultivating high yields varieties that highly supported by using chemical input such fertilizers and pesticides. But, however such method of production has caused further problem, namely enviromental deprivation, since the chemical inputs have negative externality.  The value  of enviromental damaged is considerably high, mainly associated by unwise chemical input use. In many countries have performed valuation toward the externalities in monetary term as external cost. the approach of valuaction varies from one country to other counties. It depends on the type of externalities. Efforts to  reduce the externalities is being tried in order to save the environment of the only one of the earth.Key words : externality, external cost, enviromental deprivation

Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the advantages of three types of vegetables (mustard, lettuce, pakchoy), 2) Analyze the feasibility of three types of vegetables (mustard, lettuce, pakchoy) in PT INDMIRA Yogyakarta in terms of financial. This research used descriptive method. Method of implementation used case study. Analytical techniques were used profit and profit rate. The result of the research showed that the highest profit from the three major vegetable commodities (mustard, lettuce, pakchoy) per month per 16 m2 were lettuce (Rp 601.210), followed by pakchoy (Rp 430.509) and the lowest is mustard (Rp 371.722). the feasibility of these three vegetable commodities (mustard, lettuce, pakchoy) is different. The highest feasibility is lettuce, followed by pakchoy and the lowest is mustard. The hydroponic vegetables business were feasible to cultivate because the value of profit rate is greater than the prevailing interst rate. Keywords: feasibility, profit, profit rate

Abstract

Poverty, a lack situation was signed by the attitude and behavior, that is showed in a bad quality of human resources, the low of exchange value for production, low productivity, limitted of capital, and low of households income. The research results show that the farm household income was directly influenced by capital, working hours, market accessibility, family size, supervision, and small trading. The increase of capital, working hours, along with market accessibility was raising of income, especially for the households those getsuppervision on small trading. The number of family member who was participating in the household activity are very important to increase the income and the capability of households in capital accumulation.Key words: Path analysis, households income, small farmer's

Abstract

This paper examines relationships between Indonesia with major exporters and major importers coffee prices: Cointegration and Error Correction Approach. The use of error correction model is appropriate because all price that analysis are first-differenced stationary and cointegrated. The result suggest that coffee prices in Indonesia respond to restore equilibrium relationship with coffe prices in Brasil, Vietnam and USA, Germany, Japan, while all of there do not respond to restore equilibria would suggest that Indonesia is price leadership. The implication that's Indonesia can to play the role for stimulate to promote rising coffee prices in world market at the next time.Keywords: major exporters, major importers, Cointegration and Error Correction Approach

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the level of work stress, work conflict, work environment, compensation, and employee performance as well as to analyze the effect of work stress, work conflict, and work environment on the employee performance in Bakpia Pathok 25 Yogyakarta by using compensation as a moderator variable. The method used in this research was a case study. The selection of respondents used census methods with a total of 81 permanent employees. Data were collected by observation, documentary, and interview. Methods of data analysis were descriptive analysis, tabulation, and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with multiple linear models. The results showed that there was moderate level of workstress, high workconflictlevel, moderate work environmentlevel, hig compensation level, and high employee performance level. It was concluded that work stress and work environment affected the employee performance while with compensation, work conflict affected the employee performance. Keywords: workstress, work conflict, work environment, compensation, moderatorvariable, employeeperformance

Abstract

The analysis of sensitivity Food Cost Chiken Livestock of Farm (The case study on PT. Rosa Farm at Candibinangun District of Pakem Sub-Province of Sleman Province DIY). The chicken company becomes an attractive and profitable in future, in which chicken livestock has classfication as good layer and fresh chicken. The research aimed to know how far the influence of increasing chicken food cost to chicken livestock poultry company if the increasing were 5% and the influence of chicken food cost to the overall profit of chicken live stock of farm and influence of chicken food cost the production of chicken poultry at PT Rosa Farm. Method which used in this research is case study method on PT Rosa Farm located at Countryside of Candibinangun, Distict of Pakem, Sub-Province Sleman. The result shown that the increasing of chicke nfood cost have a significant influence to the production cost, especially in the chicken food cost. The hypothesis test for the first used with sensitivity Analysis, the second test used with Simple Linear Regression Analisis.Key Words : Sensitivity Chicken food cost, Egg production

Abstract

The Influence of Service Qualify to Satisfaction and Customer Loyality of Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant in Yogyakarta. This research aim to analyze the influence of service quality to satisfaction and customer loyalty of Ayam bakar Wong solo restaurant. Sampling method used is convenience sampling with 100 sampels. Testing of hypothesis uses structural equation modeling analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji dimensi partisipasi masyarakat (2) mengkaji unsur partisipasi masyarakat (3) mengkaji bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam Program Kampung Empon-Empon di Dusun Ngalian Desa Widodomartani Kecamatan Ngemplak kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan yaitu purposive sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua, Wakil Ketua, Bendahara, Penasehat, Seksi Humas Saran dan SDA serta pengurus demplot RT 04 Kampung Empon-Empon. Sumber Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) Dimensi Partisipasi pada Program Kampung Empon-Empon meliputi pembuatan keputusan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil, serta monitoring dan evaluasi (2) Unsur partisipasi pada Program Kampung Empon-Empon yaitu telah berada di tahap tanggung jawab. Masyarakat merasa memiliki Program Kampung Empon-Empon sehingga masyarakat merasa punya tanggung jawab untuk membantu melancarkan program (3) Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat pada Program Kampung Empon-Empon yaitu memberikan ide dan pengetahuan, gotong royong, membantu dalam sarana prasarana, dan mengikuti pertemuan. Kata kunci: partisipasi masyarakat, dimensi partisipasi, unsur partisipasi, program kampung empon-empon, bentuk partisipasi

Abstract

The study is aimed to investigate the development of the small farmers' capital in Small Farmer Development Program. The trend analysis was estimated by Ordinary Least Square methods. The results show that the credit under the program could not hasten the growth of own capital. That was indicated by the decrease in the own capital when the credit was suspended. The alternative methods in increasing the farmers' capital might be proposed as: (1). give disparities of the sum of credit depend on the kind business, (2). Increase the group savings, (3), implement the profit sharing business for the beginner groups.Key words: Small farmer, capital, empowering.
