Abstract

The purpose of this study were: (1) Analyze the effect of mentoring and training of household industry against various chips empowerement group businesses sukopuri in pambanan district. (2) Analyze the influence of technology, production, marketing and parterships for the sustainable livelihood of various chips industry business group SUKOPURI in Prambanan District. The research method used was a case study. The population was Business Group SUKOPURI in Prambanan District. The method used to letermine the respondentsin this study is the method observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of mentoring and training affect the empowerment of businesses various chips and factors technological, marketing and partnerships effect on the business sustainability of various chips.Keywords: Empowerment, Household Industry. Abstract

The intensity of nonagricultural activity in a rural increase. It seen from availability of woven cloth industry of Beji district of Taman sub-province Pemalang, so it make the people who work in the agicultunal sector going move into it. The Job assumed is good and get high salary is a big incent for them to move. This make farmer moving on woven cloth industry. Method research by using case study with determination of sampel use method of Proportional Random Sampling. Factors influencing decision of labour farmer shift to weave case industrial sector fasten to be used by method of Regresi Binary Logistic. Result of research indicate that factors influencing decision of labour farmer to weave case industrial sector fasten is wage rate and age.Keywords: decision of labour farmen, wage rate, age

Abstract

The objectives of the research were (1) to know the effect of the organik rice characteristics on rice consumption, (2) to know the socio-economic factors that affect organik rice consumption on household level in city area of Yogyakarta. The research was conducted by discriptive method. Samples for organaic rice consumer were collected using snow ball method. The result of the study showed that: (1) organik rice consumption waas influenced by five characteristics of health taste aroma, taste and stability of rice, (2) hedonic price of organik rice was affected by characteristics of colour, tante, sine, after taste, service, health and continuity of rice product, (3) organik rice consumption in city areas of Yogyakarta was influenced by housewife education, jobs, period of organik rice consumption, variety children under five year dummy.Keywords: organik rice, consumption, city strea

Abstract

The relationship between Culture Organization with Employees Achievement at Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta. This research purposed of knowing culture organization, employees achievement at Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta and to knowing about relationship both of them. The basic method used was descriptive method and the research method was survey method. The method to take the respondents was non probability sampling method. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data. The source of thye data were gained from Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta of Human Resource division, library study and internet. The data were colected through interview and questioner. The finding showed that the culture organization is very high, employees achievement is very good and both of them have a positf relationship.Keywords: culture organization, employees achievement

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between the external factors and work motivation of the tapper of rubber. This reseach that was the case study in Kebun Ngobo (Afdeling Setro and Afdeling Jatirunggo) PTPN IX (Persero) at Semarang Regency which the research locations were decided purposively. Then, the primary data were collected from 75 respondents of the tapper of rubber using the simple random sampling which 40 respondents at Afdeling Seton and 35 respondents at Afdeling Jatirunggo together. The Rank Spearman correlation was used in the data analysis. The result showed that the wages and the leadership styles of foreman (leadership styles of human and producion) were significant relationship to the work motivation of the tapper of rubber at Afdeling Setro as well as Afdeling Jatirunggo.Key Words : Tapper of Rubbel; Exterrzatl Factors, Work Motivation

Abstract

Food self-sufficient Village Program is an action program to reduce food insecurity and nutrition through the utilization of resources, institutions and local rural wisdom. Ths research was conducted because of the difference of success among the beneficiary villages, despite having the same top down program. The objectives of this study are 1) To examine the cause of unsuccessful for Food Self-sufficient Village Action Program in Kebon Gunung Village; 2) Formulate the appropriate program planning approach for the people of Kebon Gunung Village. This research method is qualitative with sipported quantitative data. Determining the location and selection of respondents using purposive method. Analysis method using Miles and Huberman model through three stages, namely 1) reduction of data; 2) Presentation of data; 3) Verify. The results of the research indicate that 1) Food Self-sufficient Village Action Program has not been successful due to a) Limited budget, so that the organizers can not carry out continuous assistance and haver never conducted training for beneficiaries; b) There is no coordination between the facilitator with village apparatus in determining Poor Households, so that the beneficiaries are selected not based on criteria but directly elected by the Village Head; c) The facilitator locks the socialization of the Village Food Team task, so it has not worked and there is no village food barn yet; d) The facilitator has not provided any socialization regarding the establishment of the Village Finance Institution, so it has not been established; e) The facilitator has not been actively engaged in integration with the relevant agencies (stakeholders); f) Beneficiaries less, so there has not been productive efforts. 2) Approach Planning of the right program is top down with the assistance because the people of Kebon Gunung village (beneficiaries) is a transitional society. Keywords: Planning Model, Food Self-sufficient Village Action Program

Abstract

The research has been conducted to find out a competitive advantage of beef cattle farming. Data used in this research was primary data collected through survey in Gunung Kidul Regency, Province of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The location determination was conducted in purposive based on population of beef cattle. The selected location was Sub district of Karang Mojo and Semanu. Total sample was defined in quota that is 240 beef cattle farmers, each 120 beef cattle farmers in Karang Mojo and Semanu. Sample selection was taken in simple random sampling. The result suggested that (1) Factors influenced to production of beef cattle farming were breeding, dedak, forage, labour, PCR and production system of beef cattle farming, (2) PCR value has negative relationship to production of beef cattle farming, the meaning is the higher the PCR value, the lower the production of beef cattle farming, (3) Production system and management of fattening has really a higher production than breeding production system. The competitive advantage has to be special target on building and expanding domestic beef cattle development. Considering that competitive advantage being indicators was financial price, then the increase of competitive advantage must be directed over the effort to influence the financial price, both to input or output used. Another way that can be performed to increase a competitive advantage was through the use of input that has cheap financial price.Keywords: Competitive Advantage, Production system, Beef Cattle

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to analyze customer satisfaction based on suitability between performance and importance of the product at Klinik Kopi and (2) to analyze the influence of quality product, efficiency, and emotional factor on customer satisfaction at Klinik Kopi. The research method of this research uses a descriptive method. The method of conducting research uses a case study method. The method for acquiring the respondent in this research is accidental sampling method with the amount of the respondents is 40. For data collection this research uses interviews, questionnaires and observations. The result of the research showed that (1) customers are satisfied based on suitability between performance and importance of the product at Klinik Kopi (2) quality product, efficiency, and emotional factor has an influence on customer satisfaction at Klinik Kopi. Keywords: Quality product, efficiency, emotional factor, customer satisfaction, Klinik Kopi.
