Abstract

Analysis added value of Effort Industry Processing of briny Fish “Minoarto” in Countryside of Sidikata District of cilacap South Sub-Province ofCilacap. This research have to know the level of effciecy of effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto”, knowing the level of obtained added value of sale of briny fish and kinow constraints faced the effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto”. Method research the used is descriptive. For method or determination of area use method of purposive sampling. First target to know the feel of efficiency of effort briny use formula of RC ratio, while second target to know the level of added value use formula of incremental RC ratio. Effort industry processing of briny fish in Countryside of Sidikaya District of Cilacap South Sub-Province of Cilacap obtain get reenue equal to Rp 108.560.962,50 and value of R/C equel 1,81 meaning the effort processing of this briny fish have efficient because value of R/C> 1.. Effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto” can give added value compared to the effort sale of fresh fish, with value of incremental R/C equel to 1,49 and advantage difference equel to 49.695. 712,50 In managing the effort briny fish industry "Minoarto" facing constraints for example usage of production appliances which still traditional, and limitation of capital.Keyword : industry briny fish, added value, efficiency constraints

Abstract

Home industry soybean curd in Sukohatjo regency in this time have constraint that are increasing price and unstable soybean supply. Increasing price of soybean have chance producer possibility close down or desist to produce soybean curd because of production cost. The aims of this research are to 1) analysing impact of increasing price of soybean to main material cost proportion of home industry soybean curd and 2) analysing impact of increasing price of soybean to profit of home industry soybean curd. Research conducted in regency by taking district sampel is purposive that is having the amount of biggest soybean curd home industry. From Diperindagkop research area selected Nguter and Grogol district, while selected village are Plesan, Celep, Palangjoro and Madegondo. Responder counted is 30 producer by proporsional random sampling. Result of the research shows' that are 1) have deference of main material cost proportion of soybean to total expense which is signfican before and after soybean increase of price at home industry soybean curd, 2) have deference profit which is significan before and after soybean increase of price at home industry soybean curd.Key word : home industry, impact, increasing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengkaji bentuk sinergi pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam kerjasama pemanfaatan hutan lindung yang dilakukan Pengelola Wisata Bukit Pengger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian  menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat  di dalam pengelolaan hutan telah terlaksana melalui bentuk kerjasama pemanfaatan hutan lindung untuk kegiatan pengelolaan Wisata Bukit Pengger. Sinergi pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan dapat dijadikan suatu solusi pemecahan kendala permasalahan pengelolaan hutan oleh daerah lain untuk mencapai  tujuan utama kelestarian manfaat fungsi hutan dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: kerjasama, hutan lindung, sinergi, wisata

Challenges from domestic connect with farmers agribisnis behaviour, it mean that human resources need change that aim from subsistence to commercial. The aversion to take risk means lost profit probability to increase. Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) To analyze level the activeness of the dairy cattle farmer in the Hargobinangun village 2) To analyze the influence of motivation on the activity of the group of dairy farmers member in the village of hargobinangun pakem district. The basic method of the research implementation is descriptive. The method of implementation of the research is survey. The location determination method is purposive. Sampling method is proportional random sampling. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression. The results shows that the level of activity of members farmer the cattle of dairy cows in the village of hargobinangun pakem district included in the category of active and Motivaring factor consists of Needs physiology, safety needs, the needs of belongingness and affection, influence the Activeness of members former the group cattle of dairy cows in the village of hargobinangun pakem district of sleman Regency.Keywords: Motivation, The Activeness Of Dairy Farmers Member.

Abstract

Analyze Business Red Pepper On Season and Off Season in UD. Mitra Tani in Magelang Regency. The purpose of this reasearch is to analyze land productivity business red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani; to analyze efissiensi business red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani. The reasearch method used is case study methode. The kind of data used are primary data and secondary data. The source of the data taken from UD. Mitra Tani, relation institution with the reasearch and library reasearch. To analyse the efficiency of red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani used trial and error analysed. Result of the reasearch show that land productivity business red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani is 1.396,9 kg/ha and that land productivity business red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani is 1.221,36 kg/ha. Result of the reasearch show that efficiency business red pepper on season and off season in UD. Mitra Tani is 0.92. Abstract

Motivation owned by Puspita Woman Farming Group member informing group Klantum in cultivating adorned plant of Chrysanthemum in Hargobinangun village Pakem Sub District, Sleman District. The objective of this research is to know the rate of motivation owned by KWT Puspita’s members in farming group Klantum in cultivating Chrysanthemum and to analyze the influence of talent, knowledge, favorite, admission, environment, friends, facilities, and leisure time towards motivation owned by KWT Puspita ‘s member in farming group Klantum in cultivating adorned plant of Chrysanthemum. This research uses descriptive method. The research method uses study case method. The method of choosing respondentin this research is census method. It used I5 people. The result of the research shows that the rate of motivation owned by KWT Puspita’s members in farming group Klantum in cultivating Chrysanthemum belongs to high rate categorized. The factors giving positive influence motivation by KWT Puspita’s members in farming group Klanturn in cultivating adorned plant of Chrysanthemum are knowledge, favorite, admission, environment, and leisure time while other factor such as talent, friends, and facilities do not give any influence of motivation owned by KWT Puspita’s member informing group Klantum in cultivating adorned plant of Chysanthemum.Keyword : Motivation, Chysanthemum cultivation, members of KWT Puspita.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prioritas alternatif strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pengembangan pangsa pasar pada Lestari Coffee Roasters berdasarkan bauran pemasaran di Lestari Coffee Roasters. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dan metode penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive. Macam data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencatatan, serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), Matriks IE (Internal-External), dan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor bauran pemasaran yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam penyusunan strategi pemasaran biji kopi panggang pada Lestari Coffee Roasters berturt-turut adalah orang, tempat, promosi, proses, sarana fisik, harga, dan produk. Alternatif strategi pemasaran yang menjadi prioritas bagi Lestari Coffee Roasters yaitu pengembangan produk, Integrasi, pengembangan pasar, dan penetrasi pasar. Kata kunci : strategi pemasaran, bauran pemasaran, AHP, prioritasProgram Studi Agribisnis Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research is intended to (1) analyze the influences of culutural factors, socialclasses, reference groups, families, life style, perception as well as the consumers decision in buying organic vegetables and (2) identify the consumers knowledge about the organic vegetables in the framework of food safety in Supermarkets. The research applied here was a survey method. The survey location waspurposively decided in four supermarkets assumed to sell organic vegetablesunder the trade-mark of TOM (Tani Organik Merapi) Gemilang which has already been certified by SNI 6729-2010 No. : 014/LSPO-007-IDN/0712/2013. The research was conducted in four supermarkets located in Depok Sub-District, Sleman Regency, Mirota Babarsari, Lion Superindo Jalan Kaliurang, Lion Superindo Seturan and Giant Expres Depok. The respondents were taken throught Quota Sampling. The respondents in this research were consumers both buying and not-buying the organic vegetables in Mirota Babarsari, Lion Superindo Jalan Kaliurang, Lion Superindo Seturan, and Giant Expers Depok. There were 120 respondents from the four supermarkets meaning that there wrere 30 respondents from each supermarket. The data were collected through observation, interview an notes taking. The analysis models used in this research were Logistic Regression Analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that (1) culture, social classes, families, and attitude significantly influenced the consumers decision to buy organic vegetables mean while the reference groups, perception, and life style did not significantly influence the consumers decision to buy organic vegetables ; (2) however, theconsumers knowledge, concerningthe food safety, of eithet buying or not-buying organic vegetables is quite high. Keyword: Decision Making Factor, organic Vegetable, Culture, Consumers knowledge, Food Safety
