Abstract

The purposes of this research are to identify the influence of usage of Crosscut Premium System of Oil Palm to reduction crop expense, and also to know Effectiveness usage of Crosscut Premium system of oil Palm at Lubuk Raja Plantation. The research was conducted by disciptive method and for the detemination of research location use purposive method. Intake sample using the purposive sampling. To Analyze of Crosscut Premium system oil palm have an effect to reduction of crop expense used abbreviation analyze simple regression while to analyze usage of crosscut premium system of oil palm have used effective of abbreviation analyze simple regression. The result of this research indicate that decreasing cost harvest 96, 7% influenced by Crosscut Premium oil palm. While many output (TBS) which yielded 99,9% influenced by Crosscut Premium  of crop expense and palm oil, and relation of each variable is very close. From result of this research show that crosscut premium system of oil palm is very benefical for the labour and oil palm plantation itself. System premium of crosscut oil palm is very effective for increasing out and decreasing cost harvest at cropping of oil palm.Keywords : Effectiveness, premium System, Expense of crop, oil palm

Abstract

The key of the Indonesian government as far as the livestock sector is concerned is the expansion of the poultry industry, in particular the broiler industry. Policy maskers see the broiler industry as an important source of animal protein since in comparison with cattle poultry are efficient converters of feed grains into meat.  The research area is Tasikmalaya, as is considered to be a potential broiler production area that develops better among regions in the West Java. This study is focused on broiler business pattern, both partnership and autonomous, using the profitability and efficiency to measure the tingkat of comparative advantage. Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) based on primary data were constructed for the different pattern of production system. Scale of production was also taken into account. The larger were farmers who exerted more than 2000 heads per production cycle. The study find that broiler production in Tasikmalaya is an efficient industry and can exist without any protection. The partnership and the larger farmers enjoy more profit relative to the autonomous and the smaller ones. Tingkats of efficiency and profitability are influenced by production factor prices of feed and DOC as well as broiler. Other finding is that government plant to set 80% imported tariff on chicken leg quarter (broiler part) can not avoid yet to makes the domestic product of broiler less competitive in the domestic market. Key Words: efficiency, profitability, competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis Keragaan usaha keju natural, 2) menganalisis kelayakan Usaha keju natural, 3) menetapkan prioritas strategi pengembangan usaha yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan Usaha keju natural. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden penelitian menggunakan metode purposive. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk keragaan dianalisis secara deskripsi, kelayakan usaha dianalisis menggunakan analisis benefit cost ratio dan strategi pengembangan usaha dianalisis menggunakan metode IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE dan Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil penelitian 1). Usaha keju natural di Rumah Keju Jogja memiliki lokasi produksi yang strategis, pemasaran yang dilakukan secara online dan offline, memiliki sertifikat halal dari MUI dan sudah melakukan fungsi – fungsi manajemen dalam usahanya. 2). Usaha keju natural di “Rumah Keju” Jogja selama tidak layak dilaksanakan dengan nilai b/c ratio sebesar 0,38 3) strategi pengembangan usaha yang menjadi prioritas untuk pengembangan usaha keju natural di Rumah Keju Jogja adalah penetrasi pasar melalui meningkatkan promosi melalui penggunaan facebook dan instagram yang lebih optimal atau melalui media promosi lainnnya untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata kunci : strategi pengembangan, kelayakan usaha, keju natural, keragaan

Abstract

Regional development in Sleman regency based on its regional potential can be seen from leading sector performance in economy structure Sleman regency using Input-Output (1-0) Analysis. 1-0 Analysis used non-survey method with RAS technique. Development with stressing leading sector as forward wisdom anticipation needs a guidance of the available trend from economy structure transformation. The resulting information base on 1-0 Analysis that agriculture sector was the leading sector with surplus level at 8 rank (3,80), leakage level at 5 rank (3,36) and domestic output (Rp. 647.416 millions) higher than demand quantity (Rp. 584,429 millions) indications The forward wisdom must be adjusted with the trend of the economy structure transformation, especially since 1994 the relative share of services sector and manufacture industry more higher than the relative share of agriculture sector.Key words: Regional development. 1-0 tabel, agriculture sector, structure transformation.

Abstract

The extent of demand share of care commodity should become an appropriate lesson for the domestic cane business people, mainly farmer and sugar mill. The issue, how is the feasible of the people cane farming financially and economically and what the farmer do to recover the. The purposes of this paper are to analyze the financial and economic feasibility and to determine the sensitivity level of farming from various price changes. The calculation result indicates that the project of cane farming is either financially or economically feasible. The reason are: NPV has positive value DPP is achieved after the second yearth of the project, but the farming is so sensitive to the price change of cane and production means that it needs on going effort to maintenance the feasibility of the farming.Keywords: care commodity, financial and economic feasibility, partnership

Abstract

This research aims are (1) analyze the independence level of KUD Tuwuh sari, (2) analyze the efficiency of KUD Tuwuh Sari seen from its business turnover rate, (3) analyze the efficiency of KUD Tuwuh Sari from the rotation of working capital. The research method uses descriptive method. Method of implementation uses case study method. The data uses secondary data obtained from KUD Tuwuh Sari and complementary data (obtained from the institutions closely related to this research). Techniques Data collection uses interviews, recording, observation and documentation. This research shows that the Independence Rate KUD Tuwuh Sari was high level. For business efficiency of KUD Tuwuh Sari seen from the Business Capital Turnover Rate have been efficient, but for the efficiency of KUD Tuwuh Sari seen from the Capital Turnover Level has not been efficient. Keywords: Cooperative, Independence, Business Efficiency.

Abstract

Marketing analysis of Red Onion in Sanden Sub District Bantul Regency This research aims to know the of profit difference, the margin difference, and the efficiency difference of Red Onion Marketing channels in Bantul Regency. The method that is used in this research is survey method. To determine the research location is used purposive method to get the sample of the farmers and trailers is used snowball sampling method. There are twelve farmers, twelve retailers, eight merchant wholesalers, and four wholesalers taken in this research. This research also requeires the primary and secondary data. To analyze the difference to profit received by red onion trades channels I, channels II, and channels III used channel profit analysis. Then, to analyze the deference of margin in the tree marketing channels uses margin analysis. Meanwhile, to analyze deference of efficiency in the three marketing channels uses efficiency analysis. The result of this research shows that the differences of profit received by traders of the three marketing channels significant; then the difference of margin between the three marketing channels is significant; then the deference of margin between the three marketing channels significant; while the deference of efficiency between the three marketing channels significant.Keywords : Red Onion, Proft, Margin, Efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the electiveness of the partnership between the Fish Farmer Group Mina Sofa and PI Aquafarm Nusanfaro in Punvomartani villages, Kalasan District, Sleman Regency. Knowing the benefits ofagribusiness Breeding pattern ofcooperation between PT Aquafarm Nusantara with farmers who are members ofjish Farmers Group Alina Makmur Purwomartani village, Kalason Dis-trict, Sleman Regency 7he method used is descriptive method whereas exercise is a case method and sampling method using a census, the method of complete enumeration with the meaning ofall members of the population was counted as a respondent. The results showed that Tilapian Fish Breeding Business Partnership between Fish Farming Group Mina and PT Aquafarm Nusantara Punvormatani tillage Kalosan District Sleman Regency fective with the level ofejectiveness of26. 07%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bauran pemasaran yang telah diterapkan (2) Menganalisis faktor eksternal dan internal (3) Menganalisis alternatif strategi dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif sedangkan metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan studi kasus. Macam data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis IE (Internal Eksternal) dan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) untuk  memilih pengambilan keputusan strategi yang sesuai diterapkan pada Rumah Produksi Kelorida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) berdasarkan analisis melalui bauran pemasaran 4P Rumah Produksi Kelorida telah menjalankan kegiatan pemasaran dengan keseluruhan parameter yang dijalankan diantaranya produk (variasi, kualitas, kemasan), harga (diskon, efisiensi harga dan variasi harga), promosi (pameran, media sosial, dan hubungan masyarakat), tempat (pendistribusian, aksesibilitas dan informasi lokasi). (2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan Matriks IE (Internal- External) terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal Rumah Produksi Kelorida, maka diperoleh posisi usaha Rumah Produksi Kelorida yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun. (3) Berdasarkan hasil dari AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), prioritas utama strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Rumah Produksi Kelorida adalah strategi pengembangan produk.Kata Kunci: AHP, eksternal, internal, strategi pemasaran, bauran

Abstract

This study is aimed toanalyze the influence of cultural factors, reference groups, economic conditions as well as consumer knowledge on deciding to buy mackerel fish at Bringharjo Market Yogyakarta. This is also to identify consumer knowledge on formalinto conserve mackerel fish. The method usedin this research is descriptive which is based on the results of survey and interview with primary and secondary sources of data types. The research area is determined purposively. The main criteriato determine Bringharjo marketas location research is the fact that Bringharjo is the largest market that has the high est number of fish trading. The analysis model used here is linear regression analysis logic model. The results have shown that the variables of culture, economy and knowledge influence consumers decisions to buy mackerel fish at Bringharjo Marker.  Keywords: mackerel fish, consumer decisions
