Abstract

Dalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Perencanaan, penggunaan, pemanfaatan, pengawasan dan penyelamatan Aset Desa Sugihwaras, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kwalitatif, Yuridis Empiris. Dimana hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui metode analisis deskriptif, yang menggambarkan bagaimana tingkat efektifitas Perencanaan, pengelolaan, penggunaan, pengawasan dan pertanggung jawaban tanah aset desa Sugihwaras, dalam meningkatkan pembangunan fisik dan apa faktor-faktor penghambat dalam proses Pengelolaan aset desa untuk meningkatkan pembangunan sarana fisik desa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari Pemerintah Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Sugihwaras Kec. Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk, dimana ada beberapa tahap yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pertanggungjawaban. Dinilai belum begitu baik, dilihat dari laporan Musdes Desa yang kemudian disusun oleh Tim penyusun Rencana Kerja Pemerintahan Desa ( RKPdes ).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital marketing, product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at Matahari Brand Trenggalek during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses secondary data with a sample of 102 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through google form to Matahari Brand Trenggalek consumers.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 102 samples were obtained from 137 Matahari Brand Trenggalek consumers. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan masih menjadi persoalan utama dalam bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. Upaya ataupun cara peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia bisa dilakukan dengan cara memotivasi anak dengan bahasa yang komunikatif, peserta didik harus tekun belajar, metode pengajaran diubah sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak monoton mengakibatkan peserta didik jadi bosan di kelas. Dengan demikian kepala sekolah harus mempunyai strategi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di SMK Al-Huda Grogol Kediri tersebut. Peneliti memilih lembaga pendidikan ini dikarenakan : (1) Peneliti ingin mengetahui bahwasannya strategi guru yang profesional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut, (2) Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang belom mendukung adanya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Berdasarkan dari latar belakang di atas, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti masalah tersebut dengan judul “Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di SMK AL-HUDA Grogol Kediri”. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana langkah-langkah strategi kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda?, Bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda?, dan Bagaimana model pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru yang disarankan ke depan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda?. Metode penelitian dalam peelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan segala prosedur dan metode pengumpulan serta pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: pertama Langkah-langkah strategi kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda Grogol Kediri terbagi ke dalam dua kegiatan strategi, yang pertama strategi formal yaitu guru ditugaskan oleh lembaga mengikuti pendidikan & latihan, baik yg dilakukan lembaga sekolah itu sendiri maupun oleh lembaga pendidikan/pelatihan, karena tuntutan pekerjaan untuk saat ini atau masa datang seperti: diikutkan kursus, pelatihan guru, seminar dan program MGMP. dan strategi non formal yaitu guru atas keinginan dan usaha sendiri melatih dan mengembangkan dirinya yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan atau jabatannya seperti: Kedisiplinan, diskusi dan memberi motivasi., kedua Ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda Grogol Kediri kendala–kendalanya antara lain: kurang atau keterbatasan penguasaan IT di sekolah dan keterbatasan waktu, kurang kreatifitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dan kurang banyaknya koleksi buku atau fasilitas sekolah, serta kurang adanya hasil karya ilmiah yang dibuat oleh guru-guru., ketiga Model pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru yang disarankan ke depan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Al-Huda Grogol Kediri salah satu model yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya yaitu melalui program in service training atau In service training karena program In service training dapat memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan profesionalismenya secara kontinu pengetahuan, ketrampilan-ketrampilan dan sikap-sikap para guru dan tenaga-tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Buana Mas is a company engaged in the distribution of Stationery, Cooking Oil, Seasonings and Batteries. Of course, with the spirit of work and reliable service by experienced professionals in their fields, they are able to provide solutions and contribute to consumers. To realize the company's goal of achieving a high level of productivity, employees who have high performance are needed to achieve this. Human resources (HR) is the most important asset in the company, because HR manages all the resources owned by the company. The achievement of the company's goals is also determined by the quality of its human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline, communication, and work environment simultaneously on employee productivity. Based on the results of research and discussion in previous chapters, it can be concluded as follows: There is an influence between motivation on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 3.491 with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. There is an influence between work discipline on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.275 with a significance of 0.030 < 0.05. There is an influence between work communication on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.213 with a significance of 0.035 < 0.05. There is an influence between the work environment on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 3.564 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. There is a simultaneous effect of motivation, work discipline, communication, and work environment variables on employee productivity. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 137.963 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the description above, the suggestion from the author is. Based on the results of the study it is known that the work discipline variable gives the lowest contribution compared to other variables, so it is hoped that the company will improve employee work discipline by providing rewards for those who are disciplined and punishment for those who violate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether simultaneusly, there is an influence of Quality of human resources, Work discipline, Work motivation on the performance of the Jombang sub-district office employees during the pandemic era. This study used is quantitative approach by using survey method. The respondents are 30 employee The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results revealed that (1) Simultanrusly, Quality of human resource, discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, (2) Partially, Quality of human resource has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, and (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district . It is recommended tbat the head of Jombang sub-district office should the maintain their performance and its ianfluence factors.

Abstract

The current government procurement of goods/services is required to be done electronically or e-procurement. This model shift was caused by, among other things, non-transparent tender announcements, tender arrangements, violating procedures in the procurement process, intervention against the committee, specifications or requirements for procurement documents that were directed to certain parties and the committee was not focused on carrying out tasks due to dual/side assignments. . This study wants to describe the problems of e-procurement for accountability and transparency at the PUPR office of Nganjuk Regency. Where in this case the approach is qualitative and the type of research is a case study. Where with a qualitative approach is expected and obtained good and pure data as in the research location. The results of the study stated that the advantages of e-procurement at the PUPR Office of Nganjuk Regency are time efficiency because it is supported by online applications, data accuracy, reduces administrative costs and reduces operating costs. Apart from that from users, the advantages are that the people who participate in the auction become more competitive, improve customer services, and improve relationships with partners, in this case APH. The disadvantages of e-procurement at the Department of Public Works and Public Housing in Nganjuk Regency are the lack of adequate facilities and insufficient resources because there are still frequent system errors in e-procurement applications.

Abstract

This study aims to discribe whether there is a positive simultaneous influence or partially between accounting information systems, internal control and employee performance. The method used is descriptive quantitative, multiple regression analysis tools and data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Respondents used 58 employees with saturated samples. The results of this study are (1) Simultaneously, accounting information system and internal control affect employee performance. Partially, accounting information system affects employee performance. (3) Partially, internal control does not affect employee performance. From these results, it is recommended to the directors to improve the company's internal control system. So that employees are more orderly in carrying out the company's operational activities in accordance with the Company's Operational Standards. And it is necessary to have an internal audit to control every operational activity of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an influence between leadership and discipline on employee performance in Tembelang District. This study uses quantitative research methods with the independent/independent variables are Leadership and Discipline, while the dependent/bound variable is Employee Performance. The research location is at the Tembelang District Office, Jombang Regency with the research time in July and August 2021. In this study the sample taken was all Tembelang District employees totaling 30 people consisting of 22 civil servants, 6 honorary staff, 1 cleaning staff and Guard 1 person. The research data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with technical descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District, Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District and Leadership and discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan brand image merupakan kunci bagi perbankan untuk tetap eksis di tengah persaingan perbankan yang semakin ketat dalam membentuk loyalitas nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit A. Yani Cabang Nganjuk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan rancangan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah KUR di BRI unit A. Yani pada Bulan Juni 2021. Besar sampel penelitian ini sebesar 94 orang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Loyalitas Nasabah. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai T-hitung 31,050 > T-tabel 2,052. Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai T-hitung 4,210 > T-tabel 2,052. Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai F-hitung 897,576 > F-tabel 2,750. Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dibandingkan dengan variabel brand image, karena variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether: (1) there is an influence of motivation, work discipline and work ability on the performance of ASN employees at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency, This study used is a quantitative approach by using survey method. The respondents are 30 employee. The results revealed that: simultaneously Motivation, Work discipline and Work ability have a positive affect on the performance of ASN employees at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency. (2) while Partially Motivation does not have no an effect on the performance of ASN employees. (3) Partially, both of Work Discipline and work ability habe a positive effect on the performance of ASN employees of Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency. It is recommended that the head of Dinas to increase the employee’s motivation in working.
