Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kediri”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediator hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksioanal dan kinerja, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan IAIN Kediri. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pegawai IAIN Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kepuasaan kerja karyawan di IAIN Kediri. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya kepuasaan kerja yang dialami pegawai di IAIN Kediri, diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai yang berkerja di IAIN Kediri. Sebagai variabel intervening, kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi mediator antar gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kepempimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi penuh hubungan antara Transformasional dan Kinerja. Dengan kata lain, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional yang diterapkan dengan baik oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Namun, jika gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional belum maksimal yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang kurang dan tentu juga akan menurunkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karier terhadap sikap pegawai pada organisasi yang meliputi passionate (sikap bergairah), progressive (sikap progresif), proactive (sikap proaktif), positive (sikap positif), serta implikasinya terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan dimensi kepuasan kerja pada gaji dan komitmen organisasional dengan dimensi komitmen keberlanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan di instansi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pare. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 103 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 17 ditemukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pegawai pada organisasi. Temuan lain membuktikan bahwa pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Analisis jalur telah menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional yang dimediasi oleh sikap pegawai.

Abstract

abstract This study aims to prove the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover and liquidity on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses the dependent variable profitability, while the independent variables are working capital turnover, cash turnover and liquidity. Data collection techniques in this study used the documentation method with the sampling method, namely the purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 18 companies with 36 observations. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, working capital turnover and cash turnover had no significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies, while liquidity had a significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.083. This means that the independent variables, namely working capital turnover, cash turnover and liquidity in this regression model are able to explain the dependent variable profitability 11.6% while 91.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, saluran distribusi dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan kecil setia rasa di Kecamatan Pace Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan data dalam penelitian ini berbentuk primer yatu data yang didapatkan dari sumber pertama atau secara langsung dari perusahaan untuk dijadikan bahan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen Home Industri Setia Rasa dengan total pelanggan yang dijadikan populasi sebanyak 2250 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, saluran distribusi dan kemasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Elemen kunci yang mungkin mempengaruhi efektivitas individu di tempat kerja adalah motivasi dan rotasi pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pustakawan di perpustakaan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan temuan analisis data, kinerja pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno jauh lebih baik jika mereka termotivasi. Rotasi kerja mempunyai dampak yang cukup baik terhadap kinerja pustakawan selain sebelumnya. Dalam situasi ini, peluang pengembangan diri, pengakuan, dan insentif semuanya mempunyai pengaruh yang baik terhadap kinerja pustakawan. Selain itu, rotasi pekerjaan mungkin menawarkan keragaman tugas yang akan memperluas pengalaman pustakawan, yang akan membantu mereka berfungsi lebih baik. Untuk lebih memahami nilai motivasi dan rotasi pekerjaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pustakawan, manajemen perpustakaan dan lembaga lain yang sebanding dapat memperoleh manfaat besar dari mengetahui temuan penelitian ini. Selain itu, menurut temuan pengujian, rotasi mempunyai dampak besar terhadap kinerja, dengan signifikansi sebesar (0,001 0,05). Rotasi mempunyai besaran sebesar 0,469 (46,9%), yang berarti bahwa rotasi sebesar 1 satuan akan mengakibatkan perubahan atau peningkatan tingkat kinerja sebesar 0,469 satuan. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa rotasi mempunyai dampak yang baik dan cukup besar terhadap kinerja UPT pustakawan di Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Temuan penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan praktik dan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efisien bagi perpustakaan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan mempermudah tercapainya tujuan strategis UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of total quality management and service innovation on service quality at Dinas Ketahanan Pangan and Peternakan Kabupaten Kediri. This research is quantitative. The method used in this research were interviews, questionnaires, and library studies. The populations in this research were 36 respondents and the samples used in this research were also 36 respondents. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The sample in this research consisted of two types of respondents, namely 36 employees and 36 customers. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. This technique is used to determine the influence of total quality management (TQM) and discipline to service quality. The result showed that total quality management (TQM) and service innovation have a significant influence either simultaneously or partially on the quality of service at Dinas Ketahanan Pangan and Peternakan Kabupaten Kediri. So the hypothesis could be acceptable. The variable most dominant influence is the service innovation.

Abstract

Every government and private institution with the development of the digitalization era, strives to be more able to empower its resources optimally. Each field is required to be able to adjust well and perform reliably. The success of an organization in achieving organizational goals is determined by the performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this study is how effect of training on the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees, how discipline affects the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees, how the work environment affects the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees and how the influence of training, discipline, and work environment of Kediri City Health Office employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of each training variable (X1), discipline (X2), work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) and how the variables training (X1), discipline (X2), work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y). The sampling method uses purposive random sampling, with a total population of 121 employees, so that the sample used is 100 employees. For data collection includes observation, questionnaire distribution and literature study. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of regression calculation Y = 7.670 + 0.082 X1 + 0.565 X2 + 0.572 X3 + e it can be known between the variables of training (X1) of 0.029 against employee performance (Y), discipline (X2) of 0.00 to employee performance (Y), work environment (X3) of 0.00. to employee performance (Y). Test results The t-test (correlational significance) of the training variable yielded a significance value of 0.643. This sig value < 0.05 then it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, The discipline variable produces a significance value of 0.000 This sig value < 0.05 then it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the work environment variable produces a significance value of 0.000. This sig value < 0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between training, discipline, work environment on employee performance. The output data shows an R-Square value of 0.792, This means that the variables of training, discipline, work environment affect employee performance 79.2%, the remaining 20.8% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Population Administration Document (Adminduk) is an important thing that every citizen must have. Adminduk documents include; KTP, KK, KIA, birth/death certificate, and moving/arrival letter. For the community, ownership of this Adminduk document can be related for increasing utilization of health services, opportunities to continue their education, open access to livelihood and economic sources, and guaranteed legal protection. For the government, complete and accurate of basic statistics of development based on Adminduk data are the basic capital for effective public service planning and budgeting. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1). Adminduk services before using application of SIKAB TAJI PRIMA, 2). problems and causal factors faced in Adminduk services, 3). Adminduk service improvement strategy, 4). The effectiveness of SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application in improving Adminduk services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and document study. The results of this research showed that: 1) Adminduk services before using the SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application were still not easy, not fast and not cheap, 2) the problem faced in previous Adminduk services was the problem of access to centralized service locations in the district 3) the main strategy for improving Adminduk services is; bringing services closer and using information technology, 4). The SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application has became effective in facilitating Adminduk services in Pacitan Regency. From this research it can be concluded that from various problems in Adminduk services and various innovations to improve services, the most effective innovation was found to be the use of the SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application. At least until the time this research was carried out, this application could be considered the fastest, easiest and cheapest as a medium for providing Adminduk services.

Abstract

Thie purpose of this study was to prvove the effect of financial behavior, lifestyle, financial attitude and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of YPPI Rembang. Data collection techniques in research conducted using a questionnaire method. Meanwhile, the sample selection used a purposive sampling method so that the sample in this study was 100 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques with SPSS 25 tools. The results of the determination test show that the independent variables used in this study affect the dependent variable by 38.3%, while the remaining 61.7% is explained by other variables in outside the research model. From the test results, it can be concluded that financial behavior variables have a non-significant negative effect on consumptive behavior, while lifestyle variables have a significant positive effect and variables on consumptive behavior, as well as financial attitude and financial literacy variables have a non-significant positive effect on consumptive behavior of students at the University of the Faculty of Economics and Business YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

Every company expects its employees to perform well. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, motivation, and work stress together on the performance of Employees of Kantor Pajak Pelayanan Kediri. This type of research is quantitative. Free variables (X) of organizational culture, compensation, motivation, and work stress and bonded variables (Y) of employee performance are used as research objects. The research instrument uses questionnaire questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include instrument trials, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests. Research results: (1) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (2) Work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (3) Work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (4) Work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri.
