Abstract

Based on the formulation of the problem, the objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on the successful Implementation of Good Governance Principles, 2) to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Education Personnel at the AUAK Bureau of IAIN Kediri, 3) to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture indirectly on the Performance of Education Personnel at the AUAK Bureau of IAIN Kediri through the intervening variable Good Governance. The research time began on July 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023 or for 2 months. While the research location at the Bureau of AUAK IAIN Kediri. This research is explanatory research, which is research that aims to find the influence of the independent variable to the dependent variables. This research uses a quantitative approach with the research method, namely survey. All 32 members of the population were used as research samples. Data collection using questionnaires and data from paper and electronic documents. Based on the research results, it is concluded: 1) Organizational Culture affects the successful implementation of the Principles of Good Governance, 2) Organizational Culture affects the Performance of Education Personnel at the AUAK Bureau of IAIN Kediri, 3) Organizational Culture indirectly affects the Performance of Education Personnel at the AUAK Bureau of IAIN Kediri through the intervening variable Good Governance.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan, akan mengakibatkan tuntutan peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan untuk memberi kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hal yang penting yang harus dijaga maupun ditingkatkan kualitasnya sesuai standar pelayanan yang berlaku. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan menunjuk pada tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan setiap pasien, makin sempurna kebutuhan dan tuntutan setiap pasien, makin baik pula mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas adalah sebagai ujung tombak sistim pelayanan kcsehatan di Indonesia. Puskesmas Sukomoro pernah menjadi Puskesmas Percontohan di Kabupaten Nganjuk serta sudah terakreditasi oleh Dinas Kesehatan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (independent variable) dan variabel terikat (dependent variable). Variabel bebas (independent variable) yang sifatnya tidak dipengaruhi variabel lain, tetapi mempengaruhi variabel lain adalah kualitas layanan (X) meliputi tampilan fisik, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Sedangkan variabel terikat (dependent variable) adalah kepuasan (Y). Uji yang digunakan, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas kemudian uji regresi linear. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Sukomoro Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah dimensi Empati. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa karyawannya memiliki empati yang tinggi kepada pasien-pasiennya.

Abstract

This research was done with the aim of knowing how the development management of the country's civil apartment (ASN) was based on a merit system in the government district's Tulungangung.Data source used in observation, library and interview. Using research method approach qualitative analysis, As for the results of this research, the application of the merit system in the Tulungagung district is good. It's proven that the four parts of the agency subjected in this study are almost all qualifications filled with appropriate educational settings. As for some qualified positions that are filled don't fit the educational background because of the appointment of ASN based on an old database.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Allowances and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development of Tulungagung Regency Apparatur ,The research results show that the R square value or coefficient of determination (KD) shows how good the regression model is formed by the interaction of the independent variable and the dependent variable. The KD value shows 53.9% so it is interpreted that variables X1, The results of the F test and t test of the variables Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Benefits (X3), have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of profitability, liquidity and capital structure on company value in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses the dependent variable company value, while the independent variables are profitability, liquidity and capital structure. The population used is 30 food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Data collection techniques in research conducted using the documentation method. While the selection of samples using purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 14 companies with 56 observations. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis techniques. Before the previous regression was tested with the classical assumption test to obtain the Best Linear Unbias Estimate (BLUE) data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that profitability has a significant positive effect, while liquidity has a no significant negative effect on company value. Capital structure has no significant positive effect on company value.

Abstract

Based on statistical data on the divorce rate in the City of Kediri in 2019 and 2020 the main factor causing the most cases of divorce is economic reasons when compared to other reasons. Economic reasons are an indication of not achieving financial satisfaction. Financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior are thought to have a simultaneous or partial effect on financial satisfaction. The research objective was to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables of financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial behavior on the dependent variable of financial satisfaction with housewives as research subjects working in the city of Kediri. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling, cluster sampling, and random sampling. This study uses regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior have a simultaneous effect on financial satisfaction. Financial literacy and financial behavior have a partial positive effect on financial satisfaction while financial attitudes have a partial negative effect on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy encourages autonomous regions to be independent in financing their regional finances. One of the regional financial sources is PAD (Regional Origin Income) and market service levies. Market service levies is a type of income that can be increased and its potential can be explored. The aim of this research is to analyze the macro and micro factors that influence the receipt of market service fees. The independent variables from macro factors are economic growth and inflation, while the independent variables from micro factors are tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders. The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The research location was carried out at Gringging Market, Kras Market and Bendo Market with total of 98 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is randomly distribute questionnaires to traders in the 3 markets. The results of this study indicate that economic growth, inflation, tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders simultaneously influence market service retribution acceptance. However, partially, economic growth, tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders have a positive effect on acceptance of market service fees, while inflation partially has no effect on acceptance of market service fees.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the effect of workload on performance in Nganjuk District Health Office employees (2) to find out the effect of performance evaluation on performance in Nganjuk District Health Office employees (3) to find out the effect of Eperformance on performance in Service employees Nganjuk District Health Office (4) Knowing the effect of workload on the e-performance of the Nganjuk District Health Office employees (5) Knowing the effect of performance evaluation on the e-performance of the c (6) Knowing that eperformance is a mediating variable between workload on performance at the Keywords: Workload, Performance Evaluation, E-Kinerja, Performance (7) Knowing motivation is a mediating variable between performance evaluation and performance on employees of the Nganjuk District Health Office.The type of research in this study of 135 people was survey research. Sample size (sample size). The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The analysis method used is inferential analysis with a path analysis approach.Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, the conclusions that can be drawn are (1) The results of the first hypothesis testing indicate that the workload variable on performance has a significant negative effect on performance. (3) The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that the performance evaluation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. (4) The results of testing the third hypothesis show that the e-performance variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of testing the fourth hypothesis show that the workload variable has a significant negative effect on e-performance. (6) The results of testing the fifth hypothesis show that the workload evaluation variable has a positive and significant effect on e-performance.(7) The results of the sixth hypothesis test show that the E-Kinerja variable is an intervening variable that influences workload on the performance of the Nganjuk District Health Office employees. (8) The results of testing the seventh hypothesis show that the E-Performance variable is an intervening variable that influences performance evaluation on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on the employee performance fashion department in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as intervening. The population in this study were all employees working at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri and the sample used was 52 respondents. The sampling technique uses probality sampling with a simple random sampling method. The research model was tested by using the path analysis. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had an indirect effect on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). When analyzed further, the percentage of direct effect was higher than the indirect effect, which showed that the mediating variable of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had less effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research among others to know the quality of public services to the community satisfaction in city population and civil registration Tulungagung district. This research methodology used a quantitative approach with the kind of research descriptive quantitative. Data gathered by the survey respondents to 30.Sample determined by using techniques of sampling saturated. The linear regression analysis data using multiple with the help of the ibm spss statistic 26,0 for windows programs. In this research variable service quality public classified in the tangibles 5 dimensions, reability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. The result showed significant impact on public service quality community satisfaction. Dimension the quality of the public services, the most commonly known among responsiveness to the other four dimensions.
