Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Hadi is a scientific publication that efforts to facilitate academic articles and scholarly writings of a number studies in empirical research in the field of Islamic Studies. Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Hadi is open to academics, students, researchers, and practitioners who are interested in contributing their thoughts, especially in the field of Islamic Education and Humanities perspective. <![CDATA[Islam is a religion of da'wah which always encourages its followers to always actively carry out da'wah activities. As a religion of da'wah, Islam requires its people to internalize, transmit, diffuse, transform and actualize Islamic law by various methods and media. The use of print media in the implementation of Islamic da'wah is called Islamic broadcasting. Islamic Broadcasting is all activities which purpose to disseminate the teachings of Islam to the public in order to understand and practice it. One of the communication media that can be utilized for Islamic broadcasting is the print media. Islamic broadcasting through print media has special advantages when compared to da'wah in verbal communication and also other media. Therefore, Islamic broadcasting through print media must be handled professionally which based on journalistic code of ethics in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, Islamic broadcasting in print media will give maximum results.]]>

<![CDATA[Community communication effectiveness in plantations we can put it together in the form of internal and external problems. Effectiveness is the goal of the ability to utilize something right, clear and universally acceptable standard. Community and plantation company conflicts are natural resource conflicts based on the struggle for natural resources. This problem can have an impact on socio-cultural aspects so that it refers to communication problems. The ability to approach problems must be able to master the negotiation, both the ability to dialogue, humility, trust, hope and critical thinking, so that problems in the garden do not expand and will not benefit all parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Organization is a collection of several people who have the same vision and idea. However, this does not mean that an organization can be carried out sustainably and harmoniously, there are many stumbling blocks when they run organization. Small or large organization does not guarantee the harmony of members in an organization. Through observation and literacy studies this writing contains some obstacles especially in the communication process in an organization. The causes often arise from internal organization such as disharmony between officials, selfishness, prioritizing group interests, which impact complicated problems and even can destroy the organization. If an organization has effective communication, it will be certain that every problem will be resolved properly. Effective communication is a way to make harmonis relationship in an organization, and then the goals can be achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to critically analyze the phenomenon of agricultural land rent in Nagori Perlanaan, Bandar-Simalungun through Yusuf Qardhawi's Law perspective. The research is field research, where the data collection methods are: Observation, Interviews and documentation. The study found that the phenomenon of agricultural land rent in Nagori Perlanaan was with money. From Qardhawi's view, this practice is prohibited. The reason is that there is a prohibition from several prophetic traditions (hadits). In addition, this method contains elements of injustice and vagueness. Such method cannot be excluded with other rental models such as house, vehicles and so on. In this context, the muzâra'ah system or profit sharing is more appropriate, because tenant farmers are more protected and guaranteed.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to know the understanding of the Lau Gumba community on halal and good food. The object of the study was a study group of mothers in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi, Karo. The application of halal is very useful because it will be applied in family life. This research is expected to provide a solution in striving for Muslims who are in Lau Gumba Village to maintain and consume halal and good foods where human nature is greatly influenced by what they eat. This research was conducted for 9 months, in order to obtain data and information researchers used a qualitative approach by observations and interviews. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, nation and state in realizing the ideals of the struggle of the Republic of Indonesia, where the preservation of Muslims from halal and haram will manifest a freedom and satisfaction with the implementation of each worship.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of Islamic values in life is something that cannot be negotiated, therefore the internalization of such values must be done and then these can be imprinted in themselves. Thus, Islamic values can be practiced in the daily life. College student is one of important element in building civilized society, and then they must be able to daily practice Islamic values. Therefore it is necessary to do maximum efforts in internalizing Islamic values in their life. This study focuses on how is the strategy to internalize the values of Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan to student in UMSU dormitory. Data collection of this study was an interview and direct observation at the location. The study found that the internalization strategy that is carried out, namely: coaching of Quran reading, practical ibadah, studying of Islamic law and muahammdiyah values.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the study was to find out the result of students’ ability before and after the implementation of index card match strategy and to evaluate whether index card match strategy able to improve student’s ability in learning the topic Indonesian Independence Day proclamation. Action research is applied in this study. The subject was the fifth students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The object of the study was index card match strategy to improve student’s ability in learning Indonesia Independence Day proclamation as social science subject. The instruments of the study were test, observation, documentation and interview. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display and verifying/conclusion. Before index card match strategy was implied, the result of the study was low. The percentage of minimal standard mastery was 27,27% with the average 56,06. After index card match strategy was implied, the percentage was improved. The percentage reached 63,63% and67,12 at the end of the first cycle. Then, at the end of the second cycle, the improvement reached 90,9% and 76, 36. It can be concluded that the implementation of index card match strategy was able to improve students’ ability for the topic Indonesia Independence day proclamation at the fifth grade students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/2018.]]>

<![CDATA[This study purposes to describe analitically the religious paradigm of Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru (PSMPB) Mandailing Natal North Sumatera by tracing their manhaj of aqeedah, the concept of plurality and jihad. From this study, the writer found that the manhaj aqidah of the PSMPB was Ahl Sunnah wal Jama'ah - referring to the books of aqidah Asya'irah and Maturidiyah. In the school of fiqh the PSMPB is Syafi'iyah. Regarding plurality, the PSMPB recognizes that diversity in ethnicity, nation, religion, etc. is God's will, which must be accepted. However, the PSMPB firmly believes theologically that Islam is a true religion and others are heretical. Religious tolerance only applies to the ethical-social context. In the context of Jihad, the PSMPB interpreted it broadly not only in physical warfare, but also in intellectual, and social service. From this it can be understood that the religious paradigm of the PSMPB is wasathiyah.]]>

<![CDATA[Three types of temptations in the world that often make people complacent, namely property, thrones, and women. The Qur'an also explains the danger of these three temptations. Her alluring appeal does not infrequently make people forget the Lord so they easily fall and fall into a hole of humiliation. All three are forms of tests and trials; dazzling mirages that make people forget their main task in this world. If humans consider all three as a measure of the success of life, then be prepared to regret it in the afterlife. All of that is essentially a facility and loan from Allah SWT to be used to worship Him, not the final target of life. Especially if humans love him more than his love for Allah and His Messenger, then wait for the time when he is humiliated by Allah SWT before His creatures.]]>
