Abstract

The research objective in this thesis is to examine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the Performance of the Lampung Regional Police HR Bureau members. This study used a population research method with a total of 51 respondents. The analysis is used using quantitative analysis and data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that work motivation affects the Performance of the members with an influence contribution of 84.3%. Furthermore, Work Discipline also affects the Performance of members with an influence contribution of 87%. Taken together, there is an influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Member performance. The amount of influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 89.7%, the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Leadership is a way of leading where there are aspirational forces, creative forces and moral strength that can influence members to change attitudes, so they become aware of the leader's desires. The existence of leadership Social Department of Bandar Lampung is need of its role because the level of prostitution in the city of Bandar Lampung is increasingly pathetic, this is in serious condition by the level of prostitution contained in the city of Bandar Lampung.The method used in this research is qualitative data analysis. Where researchers are directly involved to obtain data from the beginning to the end of the study. Sources and types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on data analysis that has been done, Leadership in tackling problem of prostitute at Social Service of Bandar Lampung city less effective run seen in less the unevenness of rehabilitation program for prostitute woman, lack of manpower of society, lack of job field and lack of complete facilities and infrastructure to support the ability of prostitutes.

Abstract

The hypothesis in this study is that there is  an influence of work discipline and job descriptions both partially and simultaneously on employee performance.The population in this research were 47 employees, the sample used in this study amounted to 46 employees. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using qualitative and quantitative approaches with the help of statistical tools SPSS version 21.0 include the calculation of the validity test, reliability test, regression test and the coefficient of determination test.The results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of work discipline on performance partially shows that work discipline has a positive influence on performance with a contribution of 73.9%. Other partial Hypothesis Testing, obtained job description results have a positive influence on performance with a contribution of 62.9%. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that work discipline and job descriptions together have a positive influence on performance with a contribution of 74.1%, while the remaining 25.9% is a variation of other variables not examined.

Abstract

IFRS Convergence (International Financial Reporting Standards) is to adapt domestic standards to conform to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Implementation of accounting standards closely related to the selection of accounting methods. Each accounting method has a different level of conservatism. Conservatism is an attempt to choose acceptable public accounting methods that slow down the recognition of revenues, accelerate the recognition of expenses, lower the valuation of assets, and elevate the assessment of debt. This research is important to be done in an attempt to prove empirically an increase in accounting conservatism in the period after the convergence of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), when compared to the period before the convergence of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The sample used in this research is PT. Indofood SuksesMakmur, Tbk with the observation period of 2010-2014. Paired-samples T-Test analysis will be used with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program Version20.Study results shows that with the implementation of a financial accounting standards (IFRS Convergence) indicating a significant differences to Accounting conservatism value in PT. Indofood SuksesMakmurTbk.

Abstract

The music therapy is the use of music intervention together with its elements by professionals in a therapeutic relation to obtain a particular objective. Why the music therapy is chosen as a rehabilitation media for drug addicts? Of course, because music is a fun activity which is relatively safe and good and this is one of social rehabilitation concepts by helping to recognize and accept different emotion types, to develop expressive abilities and self-awareness, to improve self-confidence, and facilitate relaxation to reduce stress. Based on the research conducted by the authors by using music therapy model for social rehabilitation, the authors conclude that music therapy for recovery of drug addicts can be done in two ways; passive and active music therapies. During the research in Way Huwi Department of Corrections for drug abusers, in Lampung province, by using passive music therapy, the research objects only reached a stage of having calm feeling, but did not yet reach the change of mindset stage significantly to leave old habits and to change into new habits, while activities in active music therapy such as singing, writing songs, improvisation, and doing performances which have therapy elementstend to provide more maximum roles than just listening music.

Abstract

To promote tourism destinations, the Tourism agency of Lampung Province perform four tourism marketing communications activities, namely: Advertising, Events and Experiences, Words of Mouth, Interactive Direct Marketing. The objective of this study was to measure the effectiveness of every marketing communications mix of tourism in Lampung Province. The analysis method used in this study was EPIC model that measured the effectiveness of marketing communications mix based on four dimensions: Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. The result showed that the Event and Experience were the most effective marketing communications to promote tourism in Lampung province with the EPIC rate value at 3.65 and categorized effective, while the Advertising and Interactive Direct Marketing were in the category of Effective Enough with the Epic Rate value of each at 2.69, and 3.29. the ineffective communication mix to promote tourism in Lampung province was Words of Mouth with the EPIC rate value of 2.54.

Abstract

The object of this research is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Kiwah Business Unit is located at Jalan Raya No. 71. A. Tanjungrejo village, Natar sub-district, South Lampung regency. Engaged in agribusiness and crumb rubber agroindustry qualified Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) for domestic and International market. Problems faced by this company is the discipline and awareness of achievement is still low, the supervision function has not been done properly, so that employee productivity is not optimal as planned. The purpose of this research is; (1) To know the effect of incentives on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency, (2) To know the effect of supervision on employee productivity (3) To know the effect of incentives and supervision on employee productivity. The number of samples is 70 respondents. The result of data analysis using multiple linear regression formula is Y = 5,516 + 0,714 X1 + 0,722 X2 + e. Test Result F significant level 95% is F count 24,47 lebih dari F Table 3.15. Result of t test of significant level 95% is t count 6,224 lebih dari t Table 1,667. Thus incentives and supervision significantly affect the productivity of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency.

Abstract

. This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and leadership on employee performance at the Department of Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture, Lampung Province. This study uses a sampling research method with the number of respondents as many as 88 employees. The analysis used quantitative analysis and data processing using SPSS program. The results showed that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance with a contribution of 47.1% influence. Furthermore, leadership also has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 44.3%. Regression test shows that together there is a positive influence between incentives and leadership on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 56.7%, the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other variables outside.

Abstract

Land and Rural Land and Urban Tax (PBB P2) is a very potential tax and strategy as a source of state income in order to finance the implementation of government in development. With the payment of the UN Tax P2 as an important revenue source in the development of each region for it needs government efforts through raising taxpayers' awareness in paying taxes, because the success of tax revenue is a reflection of public awareness. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge taxation and attitudes of taxpayers to public awareness in paying PBB P2. The data obtained are primary data with questionnaires distributed in four sub-districts from nine sub-districts in Pringsewu District. Sample selection method in this study by purposive sampling technique. Test results in research indicate that knowledge of taxation have a significant positive effect to public awareness in paying PBB P2, whereas attitudes of taxpayers have no significant effect on public awareness in paying taxes. And together knowledge and attitude of the taxpayer affect the public awareness in paying PBB P2.

Abstract

The focus of this study is the implementation of the cancellation of authentic deeds that do not meet the material requirements and formal requirements as well as the legal consequences of the cancellation of the binding deed of sale and purchase that do not meet the material requirements and formal requirements. The method used in this study is the normative approach and the Normative approach is derived from data collection obtained from primary data and secondary data, then analyzed by qualitative analysis methods. The answer to the problem in this study is that the implementation of authentic deed cancellation that does not meet the material requirements and formal requirements, the injured party can make an effort to settle the cancellation of the deed that is a court suit. The evaluation of a notarial deed becomes null and void by law must go through a lawsuit process to the general court to prove whether the notary deed violates the provisions in the UUJN or other legislation. If there is a party who believes or knows that the notarial deed violates the applicable provisions, the parties must be able to prove it through a lawsuit in court.
