This journal is published since November 2019 by early childhood Islamic education of study programe from Tarbiyah Faculty of IAI Al-Qolam This journal is focused on discussing the the following scope: A discussion of the specification of research content in the scientific field of education for early childhood in factually and critically as the specify from the development of the main topics consisting of pesantren based islamic education, curicullum of education, the learning methods, the learning planning that models, the psychology education, the development of learning media, The learning strategies, and the learning evaluation of early childhood islamic education. In addition, the results of the study are expected to become reference as the quality of education and development of children in understanding, applying, implementating, analyzing, evaluating and developing relating of problems in the world early childhood islamic education.

Abstract

PThe increasing discipline in early childhood through modeling techniques by paying attention to aspects of the teacher's role and school culture at RA Al Huda Simojayan is running optimally. The aim of the research is to describe improving discipline through modeling techniques for children. The research methodology used is PTK (Classroom Action Research) with cycle stages produced in six meetings through observation data collection techniques, cycle instrument assessment, and documentation. This increase in ability can be seen from the results of the evaluation percentage obtained from each cycle, including the pre-cycle discipline aspect, 47%. In cycle I, the disciplinary aspect was 68.7% at the third meeting. After carrying out Cycle II, children's discipline increased to 93.4% for the average percentage of 4 variables from achieving an average value of 3.7 from 4 variables and with the highest value being 4. Suggestions that can be given include instilling discipline in early childhood using modeling techniques, children's development is in the imitative phase, so we as educators must be good models for them. Furthermore, it is hoped that we can provide discipline learning to children without having to force or pressure them, and use several innovations so that children's discipline research does not feel boring and stressful.

Abstract

Early childhood is also called the Golden Age. At this time the process of developing brain nerve cells is still developing rapidly. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of modified traditional games to improve the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years in East Buay Madang District. The research method uses a quantitative approach. Based on the table of calculation results using the Wilcoxon ladder test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 0. The sample at Budi Utomo Kindergarten was 16 children and the significance level was 5% so the t table was 30. The sample at Kartini Kindergarten was 23 children and the significance level was 5 % so that the t table obtained is 73%. The conclusion of research in kindergartens in East Buay Madang District with material on developing modifications to the traditional game Gobak Sodor, it can be concluded that the development of the learning process regarding the traditional game Gobak Sodor is said to be feasible. Research suggestions to introduce more traditional Indonesian games to children to make them more interesting and fun in playing techniques to train self-strategy.

Abstract

The importance of Islamic educational values lies in efforts to produce Muslim individuals who are responsible, ethical and able to make positive contributions to society. The book Washoya al-aba'lil abna' is a book that has been taught in many Islamic boarding schools for decades. This book was created because many students began to show signs of moral decline, in order to protect them from the rampant attempts to destroy morals. This research was conducted based on a literature review or Literature Survey. Natural research is library research. collect and analyze pure data from documentary literature such as journal articles or books and are still under research. The values of moral education in the book Washoya Al-Aba'' Lil Abna'' not only focus on tendencies in learning and teaching but also describe how a child should be devoted to Allah and His Messenger as well as good morals in everyday life to yourself and others.

Abstract

The complete administration of project is needed in an institution or organization. There is a lot of administration in early childhood education institutions, especially in Study Groups. The purpose of this research is to find out what problems there are regarding the existence of SOP documents in the Al-Izzah KB. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The research results stated that the absence of SOP documents at KB Al-Izzah was due to a lack of quality educators and educational staff, and the regional coordinator was not comprehensive in monitoring and providing outreach at KB Al-Izzah regarding standard operational procedures. One of them is creating standard operating procedures. The SOP includes accepting new students, learning, developing the potential of educators and education staff, financing and involving parents/families, which are one of the requirements in building educational institutions.

Abstract

Precision mathematics learning media is adapted to early childhood learning concepts. Aims to describe the mathematics learning process and the results of development in the Interactive Animation media "Precision Mathematics". The type of research method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Researchers used steps through Borg ang Gall by conducting one product trial in a small group with 10 respondents and a large group with 30 respondents. This research developed the animated interactive media "Precision Mathematics" for children's mathematics learning with 6 material contents, namely number symbols, serialization, classification, one-to-one correspondence, geometry, and subtraction. The results obtained from media experts were 95%. Then, material expert I (media material) got a score of 95%, and material expert II (learning) got a score of 100%. Meanwhile, the results of the small group trial got 66.25%, and the results of the large group got 93%. It can be concluded that the use of the animated interactive media "Precision Mathematics" is very effective for delivering mathematics material to young children. It is hoped that every teacher can choose the right learning media to create fun mathematics learning activities for children.

Abstract

PProduct development is made using interactive video techniques with animated nuances and mathematical concept forms. The purpose of the study is to describe the form of the product made, analyze the content of the breadth of material in the product, and the results of the development of the Geometric Transformation animation video in learning materials to recognize geometric symbols at RA Al-Azhar Dampit-Malang. Using the research and development (R&D) method, and using the development stage of the Borg & Gall research model. The results of the study utilize the Canva Pro application for visual design and Capcut for adding voice overs and backsound in the manufacturing process. Innovation in children's mathematics learning using the Geometric Transformation media is found in learning activities using mathematical games that contain children's mathematics indicators related to the classification of geometric symbols and number operations. Media experts get 97.5%. The results of material experts I get 94%, the results of material experts II get 100%. The results of small group trials get 64%, the results of large group trials get 80%. From the results of these studies, the Geometric Transformation media is a media that has innovation and creativity, so it is worthy of being used as a mathematics learning media for early childhood.

Abstract

The Early childhood STEAM learning through my vehicle teaching materials. The purpose of this research is to describe my vehicle teaching materials and to describe the results of developing my vehicle teaching materials in STEAM learning at RA Bina Insani Dampit. This type of research uses research and development (R&D) methods, namely methods that produce a product and then test the effectiveness of the product. This research develops teaching material media in STEAM learning for early childhood. The research results developed through the media of my vehicle teaching materials were designed using the Microsoft Word and Canva applications. In media expert validation 96.25%. Material expert validation obtained a percentage of 95.83%. The results of the small group trials were 90.55%, while the results of the large group trials were 99.75%. The teaching material media used presented material with the sub-theme of land vehicles. So, my vehicle teaching material media has many benefits that have a positive impact on learning in a relevant form and serve as a guide for educators to create collaboration in making thematic teaching materials to improve aspects of children's development through a more innovative STEAM approach.

Abstract

The word cage learning media in children's language learning. The aim of the research is to describe the form of word cage media and the results of the development of word cage media in early childhood learning at Al-Rifa'ie Modern PAUD. The research methodology used is Research and Development (RnD) by developing work in the form of products that will be validated by experts and tested on students. Researchers carried out the RnD stages in a structured manner based on the Bord and Gall theory. The research results of the word cage media were made using six playing techniques which included elements of storytelling, metamorphosis of butterflies and chickens, aspects of children's reading and listening, spelling and arranging the letters to form the names of the animals. In the product validation stage, media experts were 95%, material experts in products were 93%, and material experts in learning were 90.8%. The small group trial stage was 60% and the large group trial stage was 82.75%. It was concluded that the word cage media was suitable for use in children's language learning and was multifunctional and could be used as an interesting and enjoyable learning aid for early childhood.

Abstract

Artistic creativity is one of the most important aspects in a child's development. Therefore, it requires a fun learning concept, namely finger painting. The purpose of the study was to describe the form and results of increasing artistic creativity abilities through finger painting learning. The research methodology used was classroom action research with a mix-method research type. As well as, data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on data obtained in each cycle. The results of the study and discussion showed that children's artistic creativity is able to train exploration in making clear visualization patterns of image shapes. The results of the study of artistic creativity in cycle I reached 69.67%. Meanwhile, artistic creativity in cycle II reached 84.09% through finger painting learning using poster paint colors, color caryons, food colors, mixing color porridge and food colors, pencil strokes, and color sprays. Here, children will be introduced to techniques that use hands and without hands. This means that researchers instruct them to use brushes, color sprays, and pencils to create image patterns. The conclusion of the study is that finger painting learning can help children improve their skills in the field of artistic abilities by making clear image patterns and colors. Thus, training children's basic skills from an early age will be a provision in the development period such as understanding the shape of the picture pattern visually. Finger painting learning can explore aspects of child development and is very suitable to be introduced at the sensory motor age level in children.

Abstract

The role of teachers in development related to intellectual, social-emotional, moral and motoric development. The aim of this research is to describe cognitive abilities through the learning model (BCCT) for group A at RA Raudlatul Ulum Ganjaran-Gondanglegi. This research uses descriptive-qualitative research methods and Library Research research type with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research and discussion show that cognitive development through the BCCT model includes problem solving/reasoning, concept formation, imitation/memory, and association/clarification. Techniques for designing play platforms include arranging facilities and infrastructure according to the shape of the room, grouping tables and chairs according to needs, classroom walls can be used to attach facilities that are used as learning resources and the results of children's activities, placing and storing play equipment arranged in such a way according to their function, Play equipment for safety activities is arranged in the room. Research suggestions for teachers can collaborate learning models with various learning centers for early childhood.
