Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of character education in Sasak folk songs (Kadal Nongak, Inak Tegining Amak Teganang, and Tiang Tunas Pamit)for the third graders of Setuta state elementary school. This type of research is qualitative research. Techniques for collecting data were by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the values of character education in Sasak folk songs (Kadal Nongak, Inak Tegining Amak Teganang, and Tiang Tunas pamit) could be obtained from those Sasak folk songs. This was evidenced by the existence of activities carried out in the school environment such as religious values in Sasakregional songs carried out trough religious activities (Friday imtaq). Discipline values in Sasak folk song are carried out through flag ceremonies and SKJ gymnastics. The value of caring for the environment in Sasak folk song is carried out trough pickets according to the schedule, throwing trash in its place, picking up if you see trash scattered, carrying out community service. The value of responsibility in Sasak folk songs is carried out through giving homework, complying with the regulations that apply at school. Honest values in sasak folk songs are carried out through not cheating on cheating on friends during tests.

Abstract

The government can make regional financial management transparent by using a website. This research aims to determine the transparency of website-based regional government financial management in Grobogan Regency in 2013-2022. This research includes descriptive research, namely to analyze the transparency of website-based local government financial management in Grobogan Regency into three indicators, namely planning, implementation along with reporting and accountability. The data used is secondary data. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The research results show that website-based analysis of regional government financial management transparency in Grobogan Regency in 2013-2022 shows that the average level of transparency in regional government financial management is sufficient (available).

Abstract

Increasing sales in today's business world requires a sophisticated and efficient approach to human resource management. Information technology has played a key role in the transformation of the way companies manage their human resources. This research presents the concept of implementing information technology-based human resource management to increase sales. The implementation of information technology, such as human resource management systems (HRMS), data analytics, and collaboration platforms, can make it easier for companies to monitor, manage, and optimize their workforce. This can result in increased productivity, employee motivation, and ultimately, increased sales. This research discusses various aspects of implementation, such as selecting and integrating appropriate technology, employee training, and expected benefits. The research results show that the implementation of information technology-based human resource management has been able to transform companies into entities that are more adaptive and responsive to market changes. Thus, companies can increase their sales significantly. This study will also include several successful case examples from companies that have implemented this concept, thereby providing practical guidance for other organizations wishing to adopt a similar approach. This research supports the idea that information technology has great potential to improve human resource performance and then increase company sales. As a result, companies need to consider implementation strategies that suit their goals and needs to maximize results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of empowering leadership application on turnover intention among Generation Z. This generation comprises young employees today and exhibits high propensities to leave, thereby negatively affecting company stability and performance. The study examines how various leadership styles can influence Generation Z's inclination to depart from their organizations. This study utilizes relevant data analysis from previous research. The results demonstrate that empowering leadership plays a crucial role in reducing turnover intention among Generation Z. Empowering leadership has been shown to promote positive perceptions of superiors, enhance self-confidence, and foster attachment to the company among employees. This research aims to provide insight and assist future researchers in understanding the relationship between empowering leadership and turnover intention within the Generation Z era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of human resource management at the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Foundation. Data was obtained through a case study by directly observing the headmaster and teachers at the Special Education School of the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Foundation. Training and development play a crucial role in improving the performance of the workforce in the education sector. This is important because the workforce may not be fully prepared for their tasks given the changing needs of society in the field of education. While administratively the workers may already meet the requirements, they still need to keep up with the relevant developments in education. The strategy for human resource development is primarily focused on enhancing skills, and participation in various training programs is mandatory. Furthermore, it is important to acknowledge that one training session is not sufficient. There are various types of training that can be undertaken to enhance skills and competencies. The results from the 2023 report indicate an improvement in the quality of teachers after participating in various training sessions and seminars. Overall, training and development of human resources play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and the performance of teachers. The results of this study indicate that human resource management has a positive partial effect on improving the skills of teachers at the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Special Education School. With increased training and active participation in activities with students, teachers can more efficiently track the progress of their students and utilize their expertise more effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Populasi pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima sebanyak 55 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari PNS sebanyak 35 pegawai, pegawai honor daerah sebanyak 11 pegawai dan pegawai tidak tetap sebanyak 9 pegawai. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang pegawai yang berstatus PNS dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa sangat berpeluang tinggi di dalam mencapai keberhasilan dalam menjalankan usahanya, mengingat minat masyarakat yang semakin tinggi. Informasi berdasarkan rasio keuangan perlu ditingkatkan dalam bentuk analisis keuangan lainnya untuk memastikan tingkat risiko di masa depan, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prediksi Financial Distress dengan metode Altman Z”-Score Modifikasi pada PT. AirAsia Indonesia Tbk. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, Populasi yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk yang diakses melalui website www.idx.co.id dalam bentuk laporan neraca (posisi keuangan) dan laba rugi selama sembilan tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2014-2022. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan memperoleh sampel selama sembilan tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2014-2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Alman Z-Score Modifikasi serta menggunakan uji t-test one sample. Hasil penelitian menemukan One sampel t-test didapatkan nilai t-hitung lebih kecil dari pada t-tabel (-2.935<2.306). Sehingga hipotesis H0 yang berbunyi Altman Z”-Score Pada PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk kurang dari 1,1 dari yang diharapkan (Perusahaan dikategorikan dalam kondisi financial distress dan berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan).

Abstract

The property sector is the backbone of development in Indonesia, thus property ownership greatly influences developers and impacts 174 other related industries and millions of Indonesian residents. The mismatch between housing advertisements and reality often disappoints consumers due to the breach of promises by housing developers. These breaches can include delays in construction, poor building quality, unfulfilled promised facilities, and even cases where developers misappropriate large sums of money from consumers. Such disparities between advertisements and reality have serious implications for consumer trust in existing developers. A satisfactory resolution to disputes, achieved through a win-win solution, is the desire and hope of all parties involved, as it brings numerous benefits and helps maintain harmonious relationships that have been established, or even allows for mutually beneficial future relationships. From a legal perspective, a just, beneficial, and legally certain dispute resolution is the hope and aspiration of all parties involved in the dispute. H.A. Mukti Arto, quoting Yahya Harahap, suggests that, in principle, the disputing parties seek a resolution that is fast, fair, and inexpensive, which serves as a general principle in dispute resolution.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to contribute ideas and enrich the concepts and understanding of legal theories regarding Corruption Crimes committed by state officials, especially regarding law enforcement based on Law No. 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption and the Criminal Code and the use of criminal law in corruption crimes related to the Application of Sanctions for Corruption Offenders in the Form of Asset Forfeiture as an Effort to Restore State Losses (Case Study of Decision Number: 2614 K/Pid. Sus/2021); and 2) to contribute thoughts in accordance with the bisertag in question which philosophically as a valuable learning process for scientific work and the application of legal discipline theory, as well as the results of writing library material as further Criminal law studies. The research method used is normative juridical research method, with the nature of descriptive research and also uses a statutory and case approach. The results of this research, there are differences of opinion between the Panel of Judges at the first and the appellate level in determining the actions and mistakes of the defendant who was convicted of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Law in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended and corrected by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code as described in the First Primary charge.

Abstract

Dalam kondisi pandemi pasca Covid-19 saat ini, diperlukan suatu cara agar firma hukum dapat mengelola bisnis hukum dengan baik di pasar jasa hukum yang semakin langka akibat persaingan bisnis. Suatu perusahaan harus melakukan evaluasi atau pengukuran untuk mengetahui apa yang telah dicapai untuk meningkatkan atau mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan melalui penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Dalam rangka mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan dan kinerja perusahaan, akan ada kendala terhadap operasional bisnis perusahaan. Manajemen risiko yang baik diperlukan untuk meminimalkan dampak risiko. Materi penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif yang lebih menitik beratkan pada penerapan manajemen risiko pada tahapan implementasi GCG. Menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat), matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) serta matriks Internal-External (IE) untuk menunjukkan apakah firma hukum GCG telah menyelesaikan tahapan implementasinya. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, BP. Hediono dan I. Prasetyaningsih (2019) bahwa penerapan GCG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, I. Kelvianto dan RH. Menurut Mustamu (2018), pengenalan prinsip-prinsip GCG di perusahaan belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan dan Budi G. Siregar (2021) menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Investigasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen firma hukum telah menyelesaikan langkah-langkah untuk menerapkan GCG dengan baik setelah memitigasi kejadian yang tidak diinginkan.
