Abstract

ABSTRACT In addition to the tourism industry's explosive growth, Semarang City hosts a large number of visitors who come to savor the local cuisine. The purpose of this study is to discover culinary tourism destinations in Semarang City and to ascertain the typical cuisine of the city, which attracts tourists. This study also examines the traits of visitors to Semarang City in relation to the development of the culinary arts. This study uses a survey approach and is descriptive quantitative research. employing incidental sampling, a non-probability sampling approach, on a sample of one hundred respondents. Several culinary districts are included in the research location. The findings indicated that the numerous gastronomic attractions in Semarang draw visitors. Among the delectable dishes are Nasi Kucing, Mie Kopyok, Tahu Gimbal, and Soto Semarang. Lunpia, Wingko Babat, and Bandeng Presto are examples of side dishes. Gilo-Gilo, Blanggem, Tahu Petis, and Gandos are examples of snacks. The five locations that make up Semarang City's culinary are Taman KB, jl. MT. Haryono, jl. Pandanaran, intersection five, and Sri Ratu Mall. The majority of visitors are between the ages of 31 and 35, have completed high school, and work as public servants. Most of the guests are from outside the city and are female. They travel with relatives and gather knowledge from friends and family. Keywords: Semarang City, tourism development, culinary tourism.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan hal penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena merupakan faktor yang memainkan peran dalam mencapai kinerja optimal. Dengan motivasi yang disertai oleh disiplin kerja yang baik, pegawai akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja personal, yang pada akhirnya akan memudahkan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi keseluruhan pegawai divisi retail salah satu perusahaan furnitur di Jakarta dan sampel sebanyak 47 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kenrja pegawai. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai di perusahaan tersebut telah meningkat sebagai hasil dari tingginya tingkat disiplin kerja.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, capital market development is increasing in Indonesia, especially the one that supports the Indonesian economy the most is the consumer goods industry. The manufacturing sector also made the largest contribution to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the second quarter of 2021, namely 17.34%. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. In this research the independent variables used are Current Ratio (X1) and Debt to Assets Ratio (X2). Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is Return on Assets (Y). The population in this research are Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies on the BEI. Meanwhile, the sample is Cosmetics and Household Goods Sub- Sector Companies for 2019-2022. CR and DER simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable ROA. In this test, a ttable value of 1.70113 was obtained and the α (alpha) significance level used was 0.05. Based on the table above, it is known that CR has no influence on ROA. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of customer involvement on customer loyalty in marketplace retailers. This research uses quantitative methods using data collected through questionnaires from marketplace consumers. Using sequential equation modelling (SEM), the data set was analyzed to observe the significance of the relationship to see the role of customer engagement on customer loyalty. This research is included in explanatory research using a sample of 104 respondents taken from the consumer population of marketplace users. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with sample characteristics such as age, occupation, and income. The test tools used to test this research instrument were validity tests, reliability tests and classic assumption tests. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of customer engagement on customer loyalty, proven by a significance value of <0.01, which is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. This research highlights the importance of customer involvement to increase customer loyalty as proven by research results of 67.6% of variable X affecting variable Y, where Customer Engagement has a positive influence on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Astra International Tbk, Auto 2000 MT Haryono Balikpapan. Sampelnya dalah sebanyak 36 karyawan. Data penilitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan smart PLSVer 4. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Astra International Tbk, Auto 2000 MT Haryono Balikpapan.

Abstract

Gresik Chocolate Company is a food company with the main product of liquid chocolate. This research will focus on products with BIB packaging because, Gresik Chocolate Company in March-June there were 294 BIB carton boxes returned by the customer and there were 167 BIB carton boxes that were found defective or unfit for delivery in the warehouse storage area. In this study, the technique used was Design For Six Sigma with DMADV approach. In this study the tools used are control charts, cause and effect diagrams, and pareto diagrams. DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify) is a methodology for designing and improving new services, products or processes. After re-design and taking checking samples using pareto charts when analyzing the results of new design verification, from 327 sample boxes calculated defect data 77 units or 23% defective carton boxes before re-design to 8 units or 2.4% defective carton boxes after re-design. The implementation of the DFSS method with the DMADV approach proved effective in replanning the BIB carton box design. Because it succeeded in making an optimal design by eliminating 4 types of defects in carton boxes based on VOC to 0. We recommend that companies provide clear SOPs and regular training for operators to better understand and be aware of the potential dangers that cause product defects.

Abstract

Dampak anemia pada ibu hamil saat ibu bersalin adalah terjadinya perdarahan. Kondisi ini tentu membutuhkan perhatian khusus untuk dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan anak. Pada tahun 2021 Puskesmas Kilo Memiliki prevalensi kasus anemia sebanyak 23 orang(6,95%), Sedangkan pada tahun 2022 kasus anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kilo mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 53 orang (15,96%) dari tahun sebelumnya 2021. Pada tahun 2023 Puskesmas Kilo Memiliki prevalensi kasus anemia dari bulan januari sampai juli sebanyak 34 dari 67 kasus yang mana angka ini masih cukup tinggi.Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia kehamilan, paritas dan jarak kehamilan di Puskesmas Kilo Kab.Dompu. Metode : penelitian ini berjumlah 67 ibu hamil. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. dengan jumlah populasi ibu hamil aktif sebanyak 204 orang dan batas toleransi kesalahan yang digunakan adalah 0,1. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan nilai p < 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan anemia pada ibu hamil adalah usia kehamilan (p = 0,002), paritas (p = 0,010), dan jarak kehamilan (p = 0,036). Faktor yang paling berhubungan terhadap anemia pada ibu hamil adalah Usia Kehamilan dengan nilai Exp (B) = 3.333. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian usia kehamilan, paritas, dan jarak kehamilan dengan kejadian anemia Terdapat hubungan antara Usia Kehamilan, Paritas dan jarak kehamilan terhadap kejadian Anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kilo. Abstract

Protect teacher/lecturer educators in carrying out their noble duties, the development of Indonesian national education gained new strength and enthusiasm with the enactment of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The ratification of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 also has consequences or implementation for education, including that teachers and education staff have the right to obtain legal protection in carrying out their duties and rights to intellectual property results. The aim is to find out and analyze how legal protection is and what factors influence legal protection for teachers in education providers based on Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The research method used is a qualitative sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical research used in this study was to see how the community's understanding of teacher protection. Therefore the sociological juridical approach has a very big role to see the community's understanding of teacher protection. The results of this study 1. The protection of teachers in carrying out their duties as educators has been regulated in Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 10 of 2017 concerning Protection for Educators and Education Personnel. 2. The factors that affect the legal protection of teachers in the administration of education based on law no. 14 of 2005 About Teachers and Lecturers is a factor of legal culture, factors of the rule of law, and factors of legal structure.

Abstract

Abstract: Mental health conditions in adolescent groups are important in the psychosocial development of adolescents. A group of mentally healthy teenagers is a valuable investment and asset for human resources in a country. Mental health is an important aspect in realizing overall health. Adolescence is an important period for developing social and emotional habits that are important for mental well-being. The aim of this research is to determine the picture of mental health in groups of teenagers in senior high schools in Bukittinggi city. The design of this research is an observational study with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at a high school in Bukittinggi City with a total sample of 118 people taken based on the multistage stratified clustered sampling method. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between age and gender on the mental disorders of high school students in Bukittinggi City (p>0.05).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the strength of Brand Hate's influence on Brand Avoidance in the context of Starbucks brand amid the Israel-Palestine issue. The study employs a quantitative method to analyze the relationships between the variables. Multiple regression analysis is utilized to examine the effects of Brand Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Anthropomorphic Tendency on Brand Hate, subsequently impacting Brand Avoidance. Primary data is collected through questionnaire distribution among 108 respondents residing in the Jabodetabek area. Subsequently, the data is organized into tabular form and processed using the SPSS statistical software. The findings indicate that Brand Attitude and Subjective Norms significantly influence Brand Hate, confirming the impact of Brand Hate on Brand Avoidance in this research context. However, Anthropomorphic Tendency exhibits a negative influence on Brand Hate. These findings offer crucial insights for brand management, emphasizing the necessity for more effective strategies in handling negative brand perceptions and addressing sensitive issues. The implications of this study underscore the need to mitigate Brand Hate and Brand Avoidance to enhance brand image and maintain consumer loyalty, particularly amidst geopolitical controversies.
