Abstract

Chili plants require special attention because if these plants do not get good conditions or conditions then these plants cannot grow properly, for example if the soil moisture conditions are not suitable then the plants will bear fruit slowly or even not at all. Optimal fruit requires soil moisture according to the needs of chili plants, namely having an air temperature between (18 -30)oC and soil moisture between (60-80)%. . In this study, the NodeMcu Esp8266 microcontroller was used with a soil moisture sensor (Soil Moisture) based on the internet of Things. This research aims to help human work, especially farmers, such as watering plants, controlling soil moisture. After being tested, this system works well, that is, if the soil moisture is dry, the pump will turn on (ON) and water the plants until the humidity value at the normal/maximum limit is obtained and will stop watering when the humidity value is considered sufficient.

Abstract

Generally, a part of forest area in Sarolangun had been used by people, especially for farming and planting activities. If the area is not driven to the real policy, it will impact to the transformation of forest area function to be gardening and farming or other economic activities. The Society tapped rubber Forest must be driven to enlarge the forest usage for wood industries and to create the job vacancy. The main purposes of this research were (1) to study financially the effort of Society Plantation Forest of tapped rubber and non tapped rubber trees. (2) to get a perspective of Society Plantation Forest development in monoculture pattern for tapped and non tapped rubber. Based on the financial analysis of Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C and IRR at interest rate of 5%, the effort of tapped rubber had a value of Rp.299,061,000; 7.54 and 26.3% respectively. The effort of non tapped rubber had a negative value of Rp.36,982,000; 0.59 and unworthy bussiness. The annual average value of income and the effort scale of tapped rubber was Rp.16,473,487 and 3 hectares respectively. From the research results, it can be suggested that: (1) for the non tapped rubber effort it should be better if the people select seedlings from a clone that can make the wood quality better to obtain the higher selling price. (2) it is suggested that in the year before the rubber trees produce latex, it should be better to plant the area with agricultural crops and vegetables to optimalize the land usage and to provide added value to the farmers.

Abstract

The implementation of the people's representation in the administration of the state is a free and honest general election. In Indonesia elections are held every 5 years. Considering that the State of Indonesia adheres to the notion of constitutional democracy. Historically, the Election Law must be formulated and enacted no later than 2023. Issues related to the postponement of the 2024 Election have received much opposition from the public. Bearing in mind that Indonesia is a democratic country and seeing the large number of Indonesian people who reject the idea of postponing the election, the government should consider it to continue with the election. If there is a postponement of the election, then the term of office of the President and Vice President will be extended and that is clearly unconstitutional. Not to mention the term of office of members of the MPR, DPR and DPD and even the DPRD will further add to state and governmental chaos and there could be the possibility of spreading to positions in the structural hierarchy downwards.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu (AKI) masih merupakan tantangan di Indonesia. Meskipun secara umum terdapat penurunan AKI, namun masih belum mencapai target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang ditetapkan oleh WHO. Upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak yakni melalui penggerakan Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) sebagai Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM). Pada tahun 2021 hanya sekitar 6% kabupaten/kota yang memiliki minimal 80% Posyandu aktif. Posyandu juga menjadi salah satu alat strategi pemerintah dalam transformasi layanan primer yang mengedepankan layanan promosi preventif. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan studi literature dengan protokol PRISMA (Preffered reporting Items dor Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) sesuai pedoman PRISMA 2009. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada database ilmiah daring yakni ProQuest dan Google Scholar . Hasil: Hasil keseluruhan pencarian artikel diperoleh 247 artikel. Setelah dilakukan penyaringan menghasilkan 231 artikel. Kemudian dilakukan pembacaan abstrak dan hasil penelitian sehingga banyak artikel tereliminasi dan menghasilkan 187 jurnal. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengecualian terhadap kelengkapan isi jurnal dan dihasilkan 82 jurnal dan didapatkan 13 jurnal yang sesuai dengan topik yang diinginkan, Kesimpulan: Posyandu sebagai salah satu upaya kesehatan bersumberdaya masyarakat (UKBM) memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil. Kader Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan pelaksanaan Posyandu. Pengorganisasian Posyandu sebagai UKBM masih merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi, terutama keterlibatan aktif lintas sektor dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The control system is a technology that can be used to facilitate human activities in daily life. One of the problems that exist is that there are still many cricket farms using control of temperature and humidity of the cage which is still being carried out with estimates and usage manual control of temperature and humidity. Manual control of cricket cages and with only estimates having the weakness that the temperature and humidity of the cage cannot be regulated with certainty. With based on these problems, came the idea to conduct research on system design automatic control of temperature and humidity in cricket cages. The design of this automated system uses The main components include Arduino UNO as a microcontroller, DHT22 sensor as a temperature reader and humidity, heater as temperature heater and mist maker as a mist maker to increase humidity. The working systematics of the tool if the DHT22 sensor reads a temperature below 31°C then the heater will automatically turn on to raise the temperature and when the DHT22 sensor reads the humidity is less than 76% then the mist maker will lit to increase the humidity of the cage. So that this research is able to monitor cricket cages automatically with temperature between 20°C to 32°C and humidity ranging from 65% to 80%.

Abstract

Euphoria The implementation of the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage has become a trending topic of conversation on social media, one of which is on YouTube. The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia implemented a policy to reduce the cost of Hajj packages by 30% from the previous year and there was no age limit for pilgrims and even received an additional quota of 221,000 pilgrims for Indonesia. Contrary to the policy of the Saudi Arabian government, the Ministry of Religion created a contradictory discourse by proposing an increase in the costs of the Hajj with the composition of the financing being 70% of the costs of the Hajj trip (BIPIH) and 30% of the value of the benefits in the proposed Hajj costs in 2023. The proposed Hajj costs were ratified become a policy through Presidential Decree Number 7 of 2023 regarding the costs of organizing the pilgrimage in 1444 hijriah/2023. This gave rise to various public responses to the policy. The purpose of this study was to analyze public sentiment by classifying positive and negative comments on YouTube social media regarding the policy of increasing the cost of the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage. This research compared the results of the accuracy of several classification methods such as naïve bayes, decision trees and random forest. From this research, the accuracy of naïve Bayes was obtained by 90%, Decision Tree by 83%, Random Forest by 87%. It is hoped that with the sentiment analysis of the classification of YouTube comments, it can provide an overview for the government to see the response of the public's assessment in making a policy.

Abstract

The uncertain economic conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic caused investors in the capital market to have to think again about investing their funds when buying products on the capital market. This study aims to assess the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the level of demand for corporate sukuk in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative method with data in the form of time series and data collection techniques using the documentation method and analyzed by paired t test, Wilcoxon signed-ranks test, and sign test. The results show that corporate sukuk are still the most appropriate choice for the public to invest in the Islamic capital market as evidenced by the data on the development of sukuk from 2016 to 2021 which continues to increase, even though the increase during the pandemic was not as high as before the pandemic occurred.

Abstract

Gender representation and gender roles have been characterized in a variety of elements based on categories of Gender visibility and Gender roles theory, including Main Characters, Named as Non-active Characters, Non-named, Non-active Characters, Appearances in Illustration, Noun and Pronoun. As a result, the goal of this study was to discover gender representation and gender roles in the English textbook Bahasa Inggris When English Comes in Handy for Tenth Graders. Grafindo Media Pratama is the publisher. The research approach is a qualitative investigation with content analysis. Males dominated in areas such as the number of named-non active, non-named-non active, appearance in drawings, and titled & named, according to the findings of this study. In addition, female characters dominated the primary characters. Males also performed the majority of gender duties, including home and public gender roles. Finally, if the discrepancies between male and female gender are greater than 5%, the book is deemed to possess gender bias, according to Stockdale's thesis.

Abstract

The irrigation system in several Blora Regency agricultural areas already has water wells using water pump in the middle of farming fields, so it requires electricity through the grid (PLN) which is distributed through long cables from closest residents. To solve this problem, it requires an off-grid energy system outside the grid. The objective of proposed research is how to design a hybrid off-grid energy harvesting system based on solar PV generation and picohydro, especially picohydro performance as compensating energy generated from potential energy accumulated in water storage.In this study, the aim is to utilize the picohydro device so that it is able to generate the energy of the water flow from the water tank outlet to fresh water users. So that the energy of water flow can optimally drive small turbines in picohydro, significant parameters that affect the voltage generated by picohydro are the water level in the tank. The highest voltage generated by picohydro in the system prototype is 9.4 Volts. In general, the prototype have been completed and implemented, but still requires DC-DC converter device for charging from picohydro to the battery in 12V.

Abstract

This experimental study aims to determine the effect of push-up training involving body fat levels on the smash skills of badminton games. Body fat levels consist of high and low. The experimental method uses a "two groups pre-test post-test design". The sample consisted of 20 Takalar Regency badminton players divided into two groups, each consisting of 10 Takalar Regency badminton players. The data analysis technique is the Tukey test analysis at a significance level of α = .05. The results of this study indicate that (1). There is an effect of push-up training between the initial test and the final test of low body fat levels on the skill of hitting smash in badminton game. This is evidenced by the results of the statistical analysis of the Tukey test, where Qhit = 7.14 > Qtab(0.05) = 4.33 (2). There was no push-up exercise between the initial test and the final test for high body fat levels on smash skills in badminton games. This is proven by using the tukey test, where Qhit = 0.99 < Qtab(0.05) = 4.33 (3). There is a difference in the effect of push-up training between the final test of low body fat content and the final test of high body fat content on smash skills in badminton games. The results of statistical analysis using the tukey test are proven, where Qhit = 9.45 > Qtab(0.05) = 4.33.
