Abstract

Latar Belakang: Laboratorium adalah salah satu layanan kesehatan yang melakukan pelayanan penelitian terhadap sampel klinis untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kesehatan seseorang. Petugas laboratorium memiliki risiko yang cukup besar untuk terpajan bakteri dan virus, salah satunya COVID-19. Petugas perlu untuk melindungi diri dengan memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran kepatuhan petugas laboratorium dalam penggunaan APD ketika pemeriksaan spesimen selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif. melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), dan telaah dokumen. Jumlah informan utama dalam penelitian ini ada 5 orang dan 1 informan kunci. Informan utama memiliki range umur 24-25 tahun dan bekerja sebagai petugas laboratorium. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada informan secara keseluruhan informan memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, walaupun masih ada beberapa yang kurang patuh dalam menggunakan APD ketika bekerja, kurang pelatihan penggunaan APD, dan pengawasan yang masih perlu dioptimalkan. Kesimpulan: Kepatuhan petugas dalam menggunakan APD perlu ditingkatkan, terutama penggunaan APD ketika bekerja, serta pihak laboratorium perlu mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan APD dan pengawasan yang lebih optimal untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan petugas terkait penggunaan APD

Abstract

The research entitled Airline Liability Related to Flight Cancellations Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic aims first to find out the form of airline liability related to flight cancellations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The second is to determine the suitability of the implementation of the Refund Ticket against the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 25 of 2020. The research method used in this thesis is a normative legal research method, namely by examining the norms and principles that apply to positive law, as well as research that examine document studies, namely using various secondary data such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and can be in the form of opinions of scholars, not only that this type of normative research uses qualitative analysis. From the research results it can be concluded First: that the form of airline liability related to flight cancellations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic is regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 25 of 2020. Which in the Minister of Transportation Regulation regulates flights that are canceled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the responsibility Airline claim is in the form of a full or 100% refund of ticket costs to prospective passengers whose tickets have been canceled on the dates specified in the Minister of Transportation Regulation. Second: the implementation of ticket refunds in other Minister of Transportation Regulations is in the form of refunding ticket fees in accordance with the provisions. Furthermore, the conformity of the refund ticket implementation in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 25 of 2020 stipulates that the form is in the form of a coupon or voucher.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the process of transferring BMN through online auctions is carried out by close bidding and deletion of BMN using the SAKTI application system (central integrated) to replace SIMAK-BMN which is located at the research site of the Pompengan Jeneberang-South Sulawesi River Basin Research Center (BBWS). places of internship activities) which will be carried out in September 2022-December 2022 which will be continued with an extension of observations at the end of March 2023 on 3,385 Registration Serial Numbers (NUP) which include State Property (BMN) including fixed assets which are included in the category of equipment and machine. The results of the transfer in the form of online auction sales obtained a positive impact in the form of a deposit to the state treasury Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) which was included in the sale of the equipment and machinery category in the amount of IDR 22,300,000.00 also with an auction fee of 2% (2 percent) of IDR 446,000.00. The position of the Planned Need for State Property (BMN) in 2023 shows streamlining for maintenance spending in the data. The use of an application that makes it easier to detail research object data in the form of BMN which is included in the deletion process in the form of SIMAK-BMN but migrating to SAKTI as a new system that still needs to be adaptive in use and coordinate between parties so that it can run smoothly.

Abstract

Pengukuran Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) disarankan sebagai baku emas dalam memonitoring glukosa darah jangka panjang pada pasien Diabetes mellitus tipe 2 (DM tipe 2). Namun adanya keterbatasan fasilitas alat dan SDM yang mampu melakukan pemeriksaan HbA1c sehingga pemeriksaan ini tidak bisa rutin dilakukan terutama di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Pemeriksaan Glukosa Darah Puasa (GDP), ureum, dan kreatinin merupakan pemeriksaan yang rutin dilakukan dan merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan untuk deteksi awal komplikasi mikrovaskuler nefropati diabetikum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar GDP , ureum, dan kreatinin dengan kadar HbA1c guna memberikan pilihan alternatif pemeriksaan monitoring glukosa darah dan deteksi awal komplikasi yang mudah diakses bagi pasien DM tipe 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari BPJS Kesehatan pada tahun 2021. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Saphiro-Wilk, Pearson, Spearman’s rho, dan one way ANOVA dengan nilai p < 0,05 dianggap bermakna. Hasil menunjukkan GDP secara signifikan berkorelasi positif terhadap kadar HbA1c (r=0.462, P=0.023). Sedangkan jenis kelamin (r=0.045, P=0.836), usia (r=0.101, P=0.639), jenis fasilitas kesehatan (r=0.680, P=0.519), ureum (r=0.258, P=0.221) dan kreatinin (r=-0.235, P=0.269) tidak berkorelasi dengan kadar HbA1c. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa GDP berkorelasi positif secara signifikan dengan HbA1c. Adapun jenis kelamin, usia, jenis fasilitas kesehatan, ureum, dan kreatinin tidak berkolerasi secara signifikan dengan HbA1c. Sehingga disarankan pemeriksaan GDP menjadi salah satu alternatif pemeriksaan HbA1c dalam memantau glukosa darah pada pasien DM II.

Abstract

Background: The characteristics of hospital boards determine the output of healthcare quality. Certain sets of skills, composition, and dynamics make up for the competencies required of hospital boards in order to assure healthcare services are safe. Aims: The objective of this scoping review is to determine competencies required of hospital boards that not only have a role in assuring healthcare quality, but also serve as general qualifications for best practice.Methods: A scoping review was conducted through searching three electronic databases including relevant terms for the following concepts: hospital board and its required competencies. Grey literature was included to introduce a variety of perspectives on the subject and support an enriched discussion. Results: 16 articles were included in this review. The majority of studies were qualitative studies with a focus on evaluating behavioral dynamics of hospital boards and its effect on healthcare quality governance. Three main themes of hospital board competencies include individual board member attributes, team dynamics, and organizational outcome. Conclusion: Studies had different definitions of whom the term hospital board or governing board refers to, creating difficulty in formulating a certain set of essential qualities. A medical background is found to have positive associations with performance on care quality and patient safety practices.

Abstract

Herding behavior is a phenomenon that occurs when a group moves as a unit with irrational motives. Spontaneously, it can be caused by collective emotions arising from extreme social shock, or it can be manipulated by people who have the expertise to lead in the same direction. This study aims to analyze the effect of market returns on the spread of returns as measured by the Cross-Sectional Absolute Standard (CSSD) and Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD) methods and to find out indications of herding on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period. The population used in this study is 104 companies that have conducted IPOs from 2020-2021. The results show that the independent variable market returns has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable on the spread of returns as measured by the Cross-Sectional Absolute Standard (CSSD) method and Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD). During the observation period, there were no indications of herding behavior occurring in 2020-2021.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the meaning of wayang performances in relation to people's lives. Sri Mulih's play in a wayang performance as a representation of Indonesia's food security. The Sri Mulih story reveals the character of Dewi Sri, who is believed by the community to symbolize the goddess of rice, food, or prosperity. Sri Mulih's story is an artistic expression that grew out of the culture of an agrarian society to reinforce hopes for food security so that a fertile and prosperous life can be realized. The problem discussed is why the Sri Mulih story represents food security. To study this problem, the hermeneutic theory is used to seek and find the meaning contained in the object of study in the form of phenomena of human life, through understanding and interpretation. The research method uses literature and observation. Literature study by tracing various literary sources and studies on the story of Sri Mulih. Observations were made by observing the wayang performances story abaut Sri Mulih. The results of the study show that: first, the myth of Dewi Sri is interpreted as a symbol of fertility for agricultural land in agrarian communities; secondly, the essence of the Sri Mulih story is the disappearance of catastrophes in various countries because of the presence of Dewi Sri and Batara Sadana; and third, the teachings of the Sri Mulih story have a meaning about food security for Indonesian people. The conclusion of this paper states that the Sri Mulih story as an original Indonesian cultural product is used as a vehicle for the expression of an agrarian society to realize hopes regarding people's prosperity so that food security is realized.

Abstract

The article was written with the purpose of examining protection for registered trademark owners who become the victims of cybersquatting crime legally. The problem is focused on the implications of Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications regarding the handling of cybersquatting cases in Indonesia. To approach this problem, the legal certainty theory is used as a reference. This study uses a type of normative legal research with secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study concluded that Law Number 20 of 2016 has not clearly explained and regulated cybersquatting, so it will be difficult to ensnare the perpetrators. Therefore, the government needs to formulate special regulations governing cybersquatting so that in the future it can provide legal certainty to the public.

Abstract

The global community is becoming more aware of corruption, which has fueled the expansion of the anti-corruption movement. Given that each country has a unique pattern of corruption-causing behavior, this anti-corruption movement seeks to eliminate corruption in each of these countries. Here, we finally understand what the Anti-Corruption Agency really is, or simply the Anti-Corruption Agency. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the Criminal Law Reform in Corruption Crimes and to know and analyze the legal politics in the Criminal Law Reform in Corruption Crimes. This research is a normative legal investigation, which examines the laws and rules that exist or are used to deal with certain legal situations. Normative studies, also known as doctrinal research, are conducted on legal and regulatory documents and library items. Research in the library, especially secondary data examination. It is clear from the explanation above that the criminal act of office in the Criminal Code is the origin of corruption in Indonesia. Subsequent developments involving standards for proving criminal defamation occurred within criminal law as a distinct penal law. Regulations governing criminal acts of corruption outside the Criminal Code are developing rapidly. This arrangement is permitted according to Article 103 of the Criminal Code. The provisions of Chapters I-VIII of the text also apply to acts that are punishable by provisions of other laws, unless the law specifically stipulates otherwise, according to Article 103 of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management and human resource management on the increase in the gawe lego meatball. There are two independent variables, namely Financial Management and Human Resource Management, and the dependent variable, namely Income. The method used in this study using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression. This study used data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and the data that had been collected was then processed using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that the variables of financial management and human resource management have a positive and significant effect on the income of Bakso gawe lego.
