Abstract

Berdasarkan perkembangan zaman pada saat ini, perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen amat sangat pesat oleh karena itu Kementerian Agama mengembangkan aplikasi yang dinamakan SIMPATIKA untuk memanage data- data yang berkaitan dengan SDM, data tersebut dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan SDM di masing-masing lembaga pendidikan, tujuannya adalah agar SDM disetiap lembaga pendidikan sesuai dengan kualifikasi secara nasional. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang dihasilkan dari dua lembaga pendidikan yang berbeda di MIN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan dan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaay didapatkahn hasil 1) Pengadaan, Tenaga pendidikan di MIN 1 lebih sesuai dengan simpatika dibandikan di MIS Wali Songo, terlihat dari jumlah guru yang S1, penempatan tenaga pendidik di MIN lebih tepat dimana mengajar sesuai dengan ijazah, sedangkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany guru yang mengajar disana memegang guru kelas. 2) Pengembangan, pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh MIN 1 adalah lebih pada pengembangan akademin, sedangkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany tidak hanya kompetensi akan tetapi kualifikasi juga. 3) Kompensasi, kepala madrasah dikedua lembaga tersebut mengusahakan agar guru-guru bisa mendapat tunjangan yang disedakan oleh pemerintah. 6)Integrasi, pada aplikasi ini merupakan pengintegrasian evaluasi juga dilakukan baik dari guru, kepala, sekolah sampai dengan pengawas. 5) Pemeliharaan, pemeliharaan harus terus dilakukan karena ada beberapa guru- guru yang sudah Sertifikasi, PNS, dll kualitas mereka harus tetap dijaga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa MIN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan lebih menjadikan SIMPATIKA sebagai pedoman dalam pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan SDM dibandingkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of pete-pete transportation traffic violations in Makassar City. The method in this study uses the Case Study method with a qualitative approach that will provide a careful picture through information obtained from document studies, interviews, observations. The results showed an increase in violations, especially related to violations of markings and signs, driving papers, and other things that include apil. These violations have become habitual for pete-pete transport drivers and are committed consciously, intentionally and purposefully, without regard for traffic rules. In overcoming this problem, the role of the Makassar Police Station is very important as a liaison and guardian of social dynamics in society. Sat Lantas must carry out three main roles, namely traffic education (preemptive) through various activities such as counseling and traffic engineering, traffic regulation (preventive) with traffic patrols and forums, and traffic law enforcement (repressive) involving reprimands, speeding tickets, and confiscation as a last resort. This research provides an important overview of the problem of pete-pete transport traffic violations in Makassar City as well as the importance of the role of Sat Lantas Polrestabes in overcoming this problem. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis to increase awareness and enforcement of traffic rules to create order and safety in traffic in Makassar City.

Abstract

The current rapid development of technology or commonly referred to as the industrial era 4.0, which affects individuals in interacting. The emergence of the term industry 4.0 has also affected significant changes in economic patterns and income and quality of life, which has an impact on the use of a payment system based on the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. Even though it has a positive impact on its use QRIS is a payment method that is still in the process of being developed, does it have certain legal protections given to its consumers? Therefore this study aims to see more clearly what kind of protection is provided by electronic transaction operators to their consumers. This study uses a descriptive normative method with qualitative techniques. The results of this study are that the application of QRIS as a payment method is protected by several regulations issued by Bank Indonesia institutions as well as regulations issued by government regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, which provide security and convenience for consumers in transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how is the quality of service provided by Shopee and Tokopedia, (2) the gap between the performance and expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users on the quality of service of Shopee and Tokopedia, (3) what attributes are considered important by users Shopee and Tokopedia originating from Majalengka Regency are in accordance with the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL (4) proposed priority actions for what can be done to improve the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services. This type of research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The analysis used is Gap Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The calculation process uses SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that (1) seen from the difference test, the level of conformity analysis and the reality-expectation gap analysis based on the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL, the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services is good in meeting the expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users, (2 ) the average gap on Shopee's service quality attributes is negative except for the attributes on the dimensions of fulfillment, reliability, and contact. While all the attributes of Tokopedia's service quality are negative, (3) Based on the mapping on Shopee's service quality, there are 2 attributes that are considered important by Shopee users and need priority action. Whereas for the Tokopedia application, there are 3 attributes that are considered important, (4) evaluating and improving based on the mapping results through a Cartesian diagram on 2 Shopee attributes and 3 Tokopedia attributes that require priority action.

Abstract

Sexual harassment in international law is a deep and complex issue, affecting thousands of people worldwide every year. This article aims to cover and analyze the challenges and prospects for global protection of victims of sexual violence. Through a comprehensive study of various international legal instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), the Convention on Human Rights, and various regional agreements and UN resolutions, the authors identify the important role played by international organizations in efforts to combat sexual harassment. This article also challenges the challenges faced in law enforcement and accountability of perpetrators of sexual harassment at the international level. Lack of consistency in the definition and punishment of sexual insults across countries, as well as limiting victims' access to the legal system, are obstacles in dealing with this problem effectively. However, despite these challenges, this article offers positive prospects regarding the advocacy role of civil society and the increasing international awareness of the issue of sexual disappearance. Beyond national boundaries, international factories in addressing sexual harassment are becoming increasingly important, with the ultimate goal of creating a global environment that is safe and free from sexual violence.

Abstract

The company PT. XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the TikTok Shop field which provides live streaming agency services to help brands market their products through live streaming platforms, especially TikTok which has been experiencing rapid development in recent times. On the Negative Reviews dashboard there are high reviews, review ratings and cosmetic product reviews are experiencing not good because consumer orders do not match the products received and product ratings at the level of customer satisfaction are quite low for these products and cosmetic product ratings are below 90 % of other competitors. This study uses a quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis with the aim of testing and analyzing the independent variables on the dependent variable and improving and developing the concepts of independent variables and dependent variables. Besides that, data collection techniques are through observation on social media TikTok Shop, interviews, documentation. Based on results processing data there is influence positive between electronicsword of mouth And brands image to interest buy as big 59.5% temporary there is influenceWhich originate from variable other in outside study This as big 40.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the reasons and strategies for managing the PBB Setu Babakan as a tourist destination during the new normal period. The research was conducted in the PBB Setu Babakan tourist area. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis using the interactive data analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The subject of this research is the managing member of PBB Setu Babakan. The results of the study show that a management strategy is needed for internal reasons, namely to maintain assets, quality of attractions, facilities and destination services that are in accordance with tourist destinations to provide maximum satisfaction to visitors, as well as external reasons due to facing new demands of the tourism sector and changes in people's behavior in conducting tourism activities. The management strategy is based on management principles. In planning, managers identify supporting/inhibiting factors in achieving management objectives and strategies for overcoming them and develop strategies for managing destinations and controlling activities. Organizing includes setting responsibilities, working with partners, and UMKM training. Implementation includes developing destinations, increasing SDM competencies, strengthening tourism institutional capacity, as well as promotion through digital and conventional media. Evaluation is carried out through community satisfaction surveys, work meetings, and community quick responses. Even though there has been no ecological contribution and an increase in investment volume due to a lack of profit, the indicators of successful management have been fulfilled.

Tujuan dari postingan ini merupakan buat menganalisa pengembangan strategi bidang usaha yang berdaya guna di masa digital. Tata cara yang dipakai dalam analisa ini merupakan tata cara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dialog ini membuktikan kalau di masa" Ekonomi Terkini" serta alih bentuk digital terpaut, strategi bidang usaha digital yang inovatif bersumber pada pemecahan TI mutahir serta searah dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkepanjangan ialah kesempatan besar untuk industri buat muncul dari kompetisi serta mendapatkan kelebihan bersaing.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud buat mendefinisikan kepemimpinan, ganti rugi, dorongan kegiatan, serta kemampuan guru. Dan akibat kepemimpinan serta ganti rugi kepada kemampuan guru bagus dengan cara langsung ataupun tidak langsung lewat dorongan kegiatan selaku elastis intervening. Metode pengumpulan ilustrasi yang dipakai dalam riset ini merupakan ilustrasi bosan, ialah memakai semua populasi selaku ilustrasi pada guru Yayasan Baitul Mampu Malang sebesar 70 ilustrasi. Tata cara yang dipakai dalam riset ini merupakan tata cara explanatory. Perlengkapan analisa informasi yang dipakai merupakan analisa rute dengan memakai aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Bersumber pada hasil analisa informasi membuktikan kalau 1) Ganti rugi mempengaruhi kepada Dorongan Kegiatan, 2) Kepemimpinan tidak mempengaruhi kepada Dorongan Kegiatan, 3) Dorongan Kegiatan tidak mempengaruhi kepada Kemampuan Guru, 4) Ganti rugi lewat Dorongan Kegiatan mempengaruhi kepada Kemampuan Guru, 5) Kepemimpinan lewat Dorongan Kegiatan tidak mempengaruhi kepada Kemampuan Guru

Abstract

Latar belakang: Jumlah dokter spesialis di Indonesia masih kurang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan spesialistik. Adaptasi dokter spesialis Warga Negara Indonesia lulusan luar negeri (WNI LLN) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (fasyankes) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan Pemerintah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan peningkatan mutu layanan dokter spesialis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebijakan yang terkait dengan adaptasi dokter spesialis WNI LLN di fasyankes. Metode: Penelitian ini melakukan pemeriksaan literatur (metode literatur review, research terhadap semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait, yaitu tujuh peraturan dan tiga artikel yang didapatkan melalui pencarian pada Google Scholar. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis pustaka/ library research dari berbagai sumber diantaranya laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), data registrasi Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia (KKI), profil tenaga kesehatan, dan sumber data lainnya dari berbagai artikel internasional yang terkait. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peraturan adaptasi dokter spesialis WNI LLN di fasyankes telah dipersiapkan dengan cukup baik oleh Pemerintah dimana leading sektor nya adalah Kementerian Kesehatan dan KKI. Sampai bulan Agustus 2023 atau dalam kurun waktu 1(satu) tahun kebijakan ini dilaksanakan sudah memberikan kontribusi yang cukup baik yaitu ada 16 dokter spesialis WNI LLN yang telah ditempatkan di RSUD khususnya wilayah terpencil yang membutuhkan layanan spesialistik. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan ke depan, implementasi kebijakan adaptasi dokter spesialis ini di dukung oleh semua stakeholder terkait khususnya Pemerintah daerah sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan layanan spesialistik di daerah secara optimal.
