Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Utara yang berjumlah 150 orang. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 60 pegawai yang didapatkan melalui cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala komunikasi interpersonal DeVito (1997) dan skala kepuasan kerja Luthans (2006). Pengumpulan data berupa angket Online yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Product-moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r=0,218;p<0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Utara.

Abstract

CNI as an MLM Company needs to improve its competitiveness because the big challenges faced by the offline Direct Selling marketing system are starting to be abandoned with the choice of doing business in online media or Marketplace. Therefore, the Business Process of PT. CNI, because it no longer relies on the Network recruitment process but rather prioritizes a quality product marketing system run by CNI Business Partners, it is necessary to run an e-CRM Strategy by utilizing e-commerce application technology, namely M-CNI. The M-CNI Feature Component is an important part of the e-CRM Strategy in order to accelerate business processes that are more effective and efficient in conducting promotions, conveying information, building interactions to transaction activities. This study aims to reveal the analysis of feature factors in the M-CNI application on the satisfaction of its users through 3 aspects, namely Usability, Content Adequacy and Reliability. Through case study research at PT CNI, it is expected to make theoretical and methodological contributions in improving services to Business Partners as Users of the M-CNI application.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to assess the effects of incentives and penalties on the academic performance of pupils enrolled at SD Negeri Cilandak Barat 01 Pagi. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing observation, interviews, and questionnaires as data collection methods. The study was conducted at a public elementary school, specifically Cilandak 01 Pagi, located in the southern region of Jakarta. The findings of the research indicate that the implementation of incentives and sanctions can influence the degree of orderliness and academic drive among students, provided that it is executed in a suitable and fitting manner. Regarding the acquisition of knowledge and the cultivation of self-control, educators employ a system of incentives and consequences to incentivize pupils to adhere to the established regulations and exhibit greater compliance and decorum within the academic setting. It is imperative that educators exercise prudence in administering rewards and punishments, as their actions hold significant sway over the outcomes experienced by students. Rewarding students involves inculcating positive values through habituation and appreciation for their positive actions. Conversely, when students engage in negative behaviors, teachers may administer appropriate disciplinary measures. The purpose of punishment is to deter children from engaging in prohibited behaviors. The educator cautions pupils against replication and elucidates the underlying rationales for its prohibition. In educational practice, the utilization of reward and punishment is employed by educators as a means of reinforcement, serving as a stimulus in the process of instructing students. Teachers provide rewards to students as a means of acknowledging positive behaviors or accomplishments through the presentation of gifts or other forms of recognition. The act of providing incentives is aimed at fostering increased engagement and motivation among children in their endeavors to perform and excel. The act of administering punishment by a teacher to students is typically in response to the commission of violations or errors by said students. The imposition of punishment can lead to remorse and regret among students for their inappropriate behavior. The findings of this study suggest that educators are anticipated to exhibit greater levels of creativity and ingenuity by devising novel methods of incentivization and disciplinary action that can be further refined. Are students expected to maintain discipline and study diligently, regardless of the presence of incentives or penalties.

Abstract

Every company strives to increase business, improve performance, and maintain profits. Therefore, to measure the success of the company, operational functions and employee productivity must be considered. Paying attention to each employee's workload is one component that increases employee productivity. PT. GUDI GOODANG.COM Is a company engaged in the logistics sector that focuses on goods storage services or warehouse service providers. Employees have an average overtime hour exceeding the limit stipulated in Article 26 Paragraph 1 PP. 35/2021. This is due to the large number of orders that must be completed and unfinished work during normal working hours. As a result, employees who work outside must work overtime to complete the scope of outside operational activities, where high overtime hours can trigger an increase in workload, where workload greatly influences the quality of employee performance. The subjective measurement method is the easiest and most accurate for estimating mental workload. The Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) approach reveals three variations of the mental workload: time load, effort load, and psychological stress. From the results of the prototyping process it shows that the workload that gives the highest contribution is the time workload which is 71.76%, the Effort workload is 21.99% and the Stress workload is 6.25%. Company PT. GUDI GOODANG. It is necessary to always assess or calculate the workload of employees in order to know the condition of the employee's workload on an ongoing basis so that they can carry out optimal Human Resource management with an average workload that employees have.

Abstract

In the current era, there have been various innovations in the field of design, including in interior design. One innovation that stands out in interior design is the use of sunshading, which is part of the opening element. In the context of a house, increasing the number of openings can increase the penetration of natural light into the room, along with the possible increase in temperature. In addition, the ability to dampen the heat generated by sunlight can also reduce the need for cooling, thus having a positive impact on more efficient energy use. Attention should also be paid to the glare factor, as excessive brightness can affect comfort levels. There are many examples of houses and structures that are close together in an area, but have notable differences in their architectural design. Therefore, the planning of building facades needs to consider the design of sun shading devices that are able to control the intensity of incoming sunlight, apart from its benefits in terms of interior aesthetics, sun shading is also able to create a pleasant visual experience for the eyes and contribute as an aesthetic element in the room.

Abstract

Legal protection related to buying and selling online using the web on Facebook is a problem that occurs in Kuningan Regency, which started with the absence of laws or regulations regarding online buying and selling, causing fraud to occur for goods and or services that do not match what is advertised. This research will reveal legal protection for consumers in online buying and selling transactions through the Facebook advertising web and reveal the responsibilities of business actors in dealing with violated consumer rights. The purpose of this research is to find out how legal protection is for consumers and to find out how business actors are responsible for consumer rights. In this study, the authors used empirical juridical methods, research specifications using descriptive analysis. The form of protection given to consumers in buying and selling online is equated with the protection given to conventional buying and selling. The occurrence of a legal relationship between a business actor and a consumer is when the perpetrator makes a promise and all information relating to the goods and/or services offered to consumers on when providing advertisements, brochures, or promotions. The responsibility of business actors to consumers is by compensating for losses, refunding money or being able to send goods and or services that are in accordance with what consumers want. Legal protection for consumers who use online buying and selling through Facebook advertising is intended so that consumers get legal certainty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand communication with ethical values according to the Qur'an, so that in this study using qualitative research methods with literature study sources, the results of this research in communication activities must be mutual respect and respect for differences, both differences in ethnicity, race and culture, as well as differences in choices, and opinions. This is as affirmed by the word of Allah Almighty in the Qur'an surah al-Hujurat verse 3 which means ―O man, Verily We created you from a man and a woman and made you into nations and tribes so that you might know each other. Indeed, the noblest among you in the sight of Allah is the most pious among you. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Knowing.

Abstract

Randy Badjideh was officially named a suspect by East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police investigators on December 2 2021 in the case of the murder of a mother and child in Kupang City. Randy Badjideh immediately appointed several advocates to accompany him when he was questioned as a suspect. However, there were many insults towards the Advocate Team accompanying Randy Badjideh. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this paper is whether it is urgent for Randy Badjideh to be accompanied by an advocate in the investigation process? The purpose of this article is to determine the urgency for Randy Badjideh to be accompanied by an advocate in the investigation process. The research method used in this paper is normative juridical research which focuses on several approach methods, namely the case approach method, conceptual approach method and statutory approach method. The conclusions obtained regarding the urgency for Randy Badjideh to be accompanied by an Advocate in the investigation process are: first, Randy Badjideh must always be accompanied by an Advocate when being questioned as a suspect. Second, without being accompanied by an Advocate when being examined, the examination will be invalid and result in being null and void. Third, if the examination of Randy Badjideh is null and void, all of Randy Badjideh's confessions regarding the murder of Astrit and Lael Maccabee will be deemed to have never existed, so that it will dim the disclosure of the murder case which he has been working hard to uncover since the beginning. Fourth, investigators who carry out examinations of Randy Badjideh without being accompanied by an advocate may be subject to code of ethics sanctions which will result in him being removed from his position as an investigator.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menetapkan strategi branding bakso sebagai identitas wisata kuliner di Kota Malang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif yaitu sebagai pendekatan dalam penelitian sebab penelitian kualitatif ditujukan untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi terkait dengan strategi branding bakso sebagai identitas wisata kuliner di Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan field research (studi lapangan) yang merupakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui terjun langsung ke lapangan atau objek penelitian dengan melakukan: observasi, wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif terdapat tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan. Aktivitas dalam analisis data yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi branding bakso sebagai identitas wisata kuliner di Kota Malang dalam membentuk brand knowledge sebagai bakso menjadi kuliner khas Kota Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penyusunan serta implementasi dari strategi branding dapat dikatakan masih banyak hal-hal yang perlu untuk lebih diperhatikan kembali, apabila strategi mengkomunikasikan merek tersebut berhasil, maka bukan hal yang tidak mungkin apabila brand knowledge bakso sebagai ikon wisata kuliner menjadi semakin kuat terbentuk dalam benak konsumen. Pada dasarnya branding merupakan keharusan dalam era persaingan sekarang ini di mana konsumen menghadapi banyak pilihan dan kualitas produk yang tersedia sudah sulit dibedakan. Pembentukan brand knowledge dalam benak konsumen menjadi suatu keharusan agar merek dapat diingat dan diharapkan upaya untuk membranding bakso sebagai identitas wisata kuliner di Kota Malang. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi peran penting dari sertifikat aktif dan surat kapal untuk kegiatan laut yang legal, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2008. Undang-undang ini mengamanatkan surat persetujuan berlayar yang dikeluarkan oleh Syahbandar. Sejalan dengan ISM Code dan Konvensi SOLAS, yang memprioritaskan keselamatan kapal dan perlindungan lingkungan laut, studi ini memiliki dua tujuan utama. Pertama, untuk menganalisis faktor- faktor dan hambatan yang mempengaruhi Kebijakan Perpanjangan Sertifikat Kapal di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Pangkal Balam. Kedua, mengkaji implementasi kebijakan tersebut di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Pangkal Balam. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor pendukung seperti unsur internal dan eksternal, serta faktor penghambat seperti sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai dan penggunaan sertifikat sementara. Kesimpulannya menekankan perlunya upaya optimalisasi oleh Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Pangkal Balam untuk meningkatkan implementasi kebijakan tersebut, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang telah diidentifikasi yang mempengaruhi kegiatan operasional kapal.
