<![CDATA[Quantitative analysis is a review of certain parts of the contents of medical records with the intention of finding specific deficiencies related to documentation (recording) in medical record files. Preliminary study results show that there are still incomplete forms. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of completeness of medical record files in the surgical case inpatient ward at the Baubau City Hospital BLUD 2018. This research used a descriptive research type and a quantitative approach with a total sample of 54 medical record files in the surgical case inpatient room. The results of the study showed that the results of the identification analysis in the entry and exit summary files in the surgical case inpatient ward of the 54 samples of the entry and exit summary files were most complete in the component name, gender, date of birth, each address was 100% and the most incomplete on the Age component of 3.70%. <![CDATA[Gacha may sound familiar to our ears, even gacha in a video game is a common thing to know for players in this generation. There are certain reasons why players can feel some kind of unique excitement when playing a video game that has a gacha element. In this research, we’ve analyzed the fun factors experienced by players when playing gacha-based video games using the SEM method. Based on the results that have been obtained specifically from a total of 230 respondents, Expectation of Announcement strongly influences Gacha and Satisfaction of Announcement slightly influences Gacha. Therefore, players can feel enjoyed and more excited because of how the gacha system is implemented in a video game that is played. In addition, even when rolling the gacha itself is one of the things that can be enjoyed by players.]]>

<![CDATA[The 2019 general election was the first simultaneous election with 5 ballot boxes. With such conditions, election organizers are required to be able to work in accordance with changes in applicable rules. The Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) as the organizer of elections at polling stations (TPS) is the spearhead of the implementation of voting and counting of votes, but various problems occur in the implementation of voting and counting of votes carried out by KPPS in the 2019 elections in Mesuji Regency. The research was carried out through a literature study using secondary data types and limited the focus on the problem of KPPS work quality in writing and copying C1 forms in the 2019 elections in Mesuji Regency. The KPU is committed to conducting elections transparently through the publication of election results. KPU Regency/City as the executor of the scan and entry of Form C1 into Situng is not allowed to make improvements to form C1 which has a writing error by KPPS. Errors in the writing of form C1 were corrected in the recapitulation of the results of the counting of votes at the district level. Likewise, improvements are carried out in stages up to the national level. With such a procedure, when the public and stakeholders access preliminary information about the results of the votes from the C1 form that has been scanned and entered it turns out that there is an error, it will cause public distrust of the election results. <![CDATA[Child marriage is a problem that can be found in all countries, especially developing countries. India is the country with the highest child marriage rate. The complexity and high level of child marriage is caused by economic pressures, cultural and social norms that are dominated by patriarchal ideology, and gender inequality, placing girls very vulnerable to become victims of child marriage. Through a global program carried out by UNICEF and UNFPA to end the practice of child marriage in India, it has had a positive impact with public awareness, especially girls and parents about reproductive and mental health, as well as the negative impacts caused by child marriage. Cooperation between UNICEF and UNFPA also encourages the government to make policies to reduce child marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[Final or thesis is a scientific work written by a student at the time of completing his studies. Problems that arise when working on a thesis include, sometimes students do not have enough time to complete their final assignments, so they have to procrastinate their work; usually there is also a time limit to complete the final project, so students have to work very quickly; And finally, students often feel stressed when they are working on their final assignment. Ineffective use of time, low motivation to excel, student indiscipline, a guidance process that requires face-to-face and also the busyness of lecturers are the main causes of hampering student thesis. During a pandemic like today, face-to-face guidance is greatly minimized. More guidance is done online. However, online guidance also creates new problems, namely chat history that is often deleted or students who forget to document, record the guidance process or even students forget to record the guidance process. Meanwhile, every revision of the guidance must always be recorded on the thesis monitoring sheet. This study aims to design an android-based online final project monitoring system application. The research method uses the DevOps method as a system development method. The results of the study are in the form of an android-based final project monitoring application.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia's territory has changes and developments in land cultivation in terms of productivity and developments in micro or macro economic values. The setback of land cultivating workers in the fields now provides the best solution to procure harvesting machines. The concept of rural farmers has not been able to prioritize the advantages and disadvantages of harvesting by renting modern harvesting equipment. The main cause of this is that workers in rural areas do not have a livelihood such as harvesting and processing crops because they have been replaced by modern technology. The purpose of this research is to increase the productivity of food products and balance technology-based land processing. The approach used in this research is a qualitative case study design method. The main informants in this study were 3 village farmers and 1 village official in Ngawi district, East Java. The results of the study describe that the results of land processing and food for farmers in Indonesia are an important concern for the government to provide policies for providing sawan tools for farmers in Indonesia. The concern of the local government or the central government can reduce the cost of renting harvest processing technology with the hope that the economy of rural communities is stable and prosperous.]]>

<![CDATA[Data Mining is a process to obtain useful information from a database warehouse in the form of knowledge. Data transaction history of sales can be informative for a business decision. One of the largest telecommunications companies in Indonesia is experiencing problems selling its products in Jambi city. The sales trend for the products has decreased last year. This is due to competitor penetration which increasingly threatens the product’s existence as the company's best-selling product. Several previous studies used analysis based on clustering data to form information. Therefore, this study aims to process sales data into several clusters using the K-means clustering algorithm. The results of the clustering form 5 package categories, namely very in demand (1 data), in demand (1 data), moderate in demand (1 data), less in demand (1 data) and not-in demand (74 data). The grouping of these 5 clusters is based on evaluation by Davies Bouldin Index which yields a value of 0.035. The results of this clustering can be useful for company management to develop marketing strategies in the future.]]>

This article reviews the factors that affect the quality of financial statements, namely: competence of human resources, the role of internal audit and the application of accounting information systems a literature audit study. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research. <![CDATA[The problems in this research are (1). How to verify online Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building (BPHTB) for sale and purchase transactions by Land Deed Officials (PPAT) if there is an underpayment of taxes, (2). What factors causing underpayment of Land and Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building (BPHTB) tax after online verification, and (3). How to settle the underpayment of Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building (BPHTB) tax after online verification. The method in this study is to use normative juridical research methods, legal research on literature which is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. The research that has been conducted has found that the implementation of e-BPHTB tax payments and the implementation of BPHTB verification by PPAT Nurwulandari, SH. has been carried out according to the procedure and is in accordance with the regulations. Factors that can lead to underpayment of BPHTB taxes are when there is a discrepancy between the condition of the tax object and the market value of the tax object during the BPHTB tax verification process through field research. Settlement of BPHTB tax underpayment is carried out by paying the nominal deficiency by showing the underpaid SSPD-BPHTB. It is hoped that in the implementation of BPHTB tax verification, there will be more teams at Bapenda Semarang so that the document correction process for the issuance of verified SSPD-BPHTB will be faster.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the main competencies of a medical recorder is coding diagnoses. Accuracy in coding a disease and action is very important because it is related to the financing of health services. In the implementation of JKN, the accuracy of the code given greatly influences the rates received by the hospital for the health services that have been provided. This study aims to provide an overview or description of the obstacles to officers' activities coding in coding related abbreviations of medical terms. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative methods, and a case study design. This research was carried out at the Baubau City Hospital, to be precise at the medical record unit at the Baubau City Hospital. The research was conducted in December 2020 - January 2021. The subjects or informants in this study were two officers coding in the medical record work unit of the Baubau Regional General Hospital. The object of this study is a medical record file containing abbreviations of medical terms. namely as many as 25 medical record files that only have medical term abbreviations in them.The research results show that there is Many abbreviations for medical terms are used in the Baubau City Hospital, but there is no guideline for the use of medical terms and abbreviations, and there is no Standard Operating Procedure that regulates the use of medical abbreviations. The obstacles in the activities of coding officers are related to abbreviations for medical terms, namely, the lack of officers coding, the writing of the diagnosis is unclear, the use of language is not uniform, the same abbreviation, and there is no abbreviation guide for medical terms.]]>
