Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) Describe and analyse how the meaning of Article 33 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution based on Pancasila and the perspective of constitutional law, and 2) Describe and analyse how legal certainty is in favour of realising social welfare and justice in social life in the Pancasila nation. The writer conducts this research using John Rawls' theory of Justice and the conceptual theory of Pancasila. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research methods where the research approach is juridical normative. The data collection techniques carried out by the writer are triagulation (combined) data collection techniques, inductive / qualitative data analysis, and qualitative research results, and qualitative research results are more emphasis on the meaning than generalisation. The results of the research that the author gets are the meaning of Article 33 (1) of the 1945 Constitution based on Pancasila from the perspective of Constitutional Law, that is, non-profit economic enterprise is the idea of the founding fathers of the nation which even before Indonesia's independence had prepared a social welfare state.

Abstract

The current condition of employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office is felt to be not optimal. The problems encountered by the author during direct observation during the author's work at the Old Town Area Management Unit, DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office, were encountered by several employees who in the morning were enthusiastic about working and after entering the afternoon some employees began to relax at work, sometimes even some employees were just busy playing social media. The research was carried out at the Old Town Area Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office with a research population of 183 employees, sampled based on the slovin formula so that a sample of 126 respondents was obtained, for data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumption tests. There is a positive and significant influence of Promotion on performance. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on employee motivation. There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance.There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on work motivation. There is no effect of Supervision on performance. There is no effect of supervision on work motivation. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate Promotion to Employee Performance positively and significantly. Work motivation has not been able to mediate the work environment on employee performance positively Work motivation has not been able to mediate supervision of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of village officials, with a focus on competence, organizational culture, discipline, education and training. Village apparatus is important in managing government and public services at the village level. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that can affect their performance. The research was conducted in Cariu District, Bogor Regency by taking 100 village apparatus employees as research samples. The results of the data analysis show that the competence of village officials has a significant positive relationship with their performance. The higher the competence of village officials, the better their performance in carrying out their duties. In addition, a good organizational culture is also positively related to the performance of village officials. An organizational culture that creates a cooperative, transparent and service-oriented work environment encourages village officials to work more effectively. In addition to competence and organizational culture, discipline also plays an important role in improving the performance of village officials. A high level of discipline makes village officials more able to follow established work procedures and complete tasks on time. Education and training also have a positive impact on the performance of village officials. By increasing their knowledge and skills through education and training, village officials can be better prepared and competent in carrying out their duties. Based on these findings, it is suggested that the village government and related agencies pay greater attention to the competency development of village officials through relevant education and training programs. In addition, it is necessary to build a strong organizational culture that encourages cooperation and good service among village officials. In addition, strict disciplinary enforcement must also be applied to improve the performance of village officials as a whole.

Abstract

The emergence of many digital platforms for watching films in this era shows that the level of public interest in films is increasing. This high trend certainly has implications for the increasing number of film genres circulating in society. Netflix has become a global streaming platform that can be accessed in Indonesia since January 2016 by offering films and television programs, including several programs created by Netflix which are usually called Original Netflix (Wikipedia, 2019). Dear David is a Netflix Original film with the romantic fantasy drama genre, which will be released in early 2023, directed by Lucky Kuswandy. The film Dear David reaped a lot of debate, because this film contains elements of female sexuality and sexual fantasy. Tells the story of a high school teenager who is involved in a sexuality case through writing on a personal digital platform. The main character named Laras, Laras is a high school student who gets an achievement scholarship at his school. Apart from excelling academically, Laras is also the student council president and is well-known for being involved in other social activities such as being active in Church activities. Laras' good image is destroyed, because his personal platform contains vulgar fantasy stories for a schoolmate he likes named David spread by his class mates. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the forms of sexual violence that occur in the film Dear David. Film as a medium that influences people's mindsets makes this study interesting to write about. The research method used is quantitative content analysis method. The results of this study indicated that there was sexual violence in the form of physical sexual violence and non-physical violence. Non-physical sexual violence included: sexual comments (95%); flirt (100%); jokes (95%); whistle (89%); body gestures (100%); asking questions of a sexual nature (80%); stares lustfully (75%); gestures with fingers (66%); lip biting (100%); sexual object 987%); and peeping (80%). Physical sexual violence included: kissing (91%); stroked (100%); attaching the body (120%); looking at sensitive body parts (80%); and other physical touch (100%).

Abstract

Auto2000 Bandung Suci is one of the official dealers selling Toyota products in the city of Bandung. One of the main activities that is very influential in the smooth running of the company's business processes is inventory control of the stock of goods in the warehouse. At Auto2000 Bandung Suci, the most prominent problem in the warehouse is the problem of inventory control that is less than optimal, causing overstock. This study uses a Simple Probabilistic Model which aims to control inventory by knowing the optimum order quantity, reorder point, safety stock, order frequency in a year and total inventory cost. This research resulted in a new policy that can be implemented in the company, namely for the DCS Super Engine Conditioner Product which has an optimum number of orders of 123 units with a total of IDR 240,007,102. The OIG Catalytic System Clean product has an optimum number of orders of 101 units with a total of IDR 137,591,933. Castrol Magnetec Stop-Start products have an optimal order quantity of 103 units, totaling IDR 84,495,104. The Ekatronic Brake Cleaner product has an optimum number of orders of 292 units with a total of IDR 82,340,379. The Kenjiro 250ml Fuel System Cleaner product has an optimum number of orders of 68 units with a total of IDR 68,100,414. The Chamber Clean Diesel product has an optimum number of orders of 59 units with a total of IDR 29,165,522. The Castrol Magnetec 5W-30 product has an optimal order quantity of 64 units, safety stock of 8 units with a total of IDR 62,062,392. The Oil Optimizer Myber Up product has an optimal number of orders of 88 units with a total of IDR 45,098,513.

Abstract

PT SKA carried out import activities in 2022 totaling 418 import documents and experienced errors when inputting data on the PIB document where the data for determining customs value was 33 errors, exporter data was 5 errors and carrier data was 3 errors with a total error in the PIB document with 41 mistakes in 2022. This study will use the Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) method, which aims to find out the root causes of errors in determining the customs value at PT SKA and provide suggestions for improvements so that there are no errors in determining the customs value in the PIB document. The stages of the research were carried out to evaluate the Severity, Occurrence and Detection ratings of each error mode, then calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN), followed by rating the RPN and making suggestions for improvements to overcome the errors. Determination of the error mode and rating evaluation is given through a questionnaire filled out by 4 employees who work in their fields. The results of this research using the FMEA method show the 3 highest RPN results, namely inputting documents at the end of time with an RPN of 371.25, lack of document checking with an RPN value of 268.13 and documents combined with other documents with an RPN value of 195.50. The highest RPN is inputting documents at the end of time with a value of 371.25 which is the highest risk that corrective action must be taken immediately.

Abstract

This study proposes the utilization of solar energy as the primary power source for fishing boats, replacing fossil fuel-powered engines that are expensive and polluting. Fishing boats commonly rely on gasoline or solar-powered engines, but the availability and cost of fuel pose challenges for riverside communities. Additionally, fossil fuel engines generate noisy sounds that disturb the marine environment and fishermen's activities. Solar energy is chosen as an alternative due to its environmentally friendly nature as a renewable energy source. The purpose of this research is to enhance the energy efficiency and operation of fishing boats, while also reducing negative impacts on the environment. By harnessing solar panels and a solar tracking system, fishing boats can efficiently generate electric power from sunlight. The outcomes of this study are expected to aid fishermen in operating more efficiently, cutting operational costs, and mitigating noise and air pollution in the marine environment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is that he had to devise a system based on data parking Majene district general hospital. The method is applicable in the interview obervasi, documentation,and reviewske pustakaan. Software used to manufacture these information systems that of Microsoft Access 2007,Adobe Photoshop CS versions 5 and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Data processing the parking lot is a major activity transportation department Majene the staff parked on duty in district general hospital Majene. In the ongoing make less optimal services, because the officers to record data parking a vehicleon the books, so often finds it difficult to do sums in parking rates, and there are still behind with the accesories vehicle, and vehicles and the staff parked usually irresponsibly. The information is based on expectations in order to simplify the registration and officers in data search parking because all the data stored in a database.

Abstract

In this modern era, people's sentiments or opinions are increasingly being disseminated and expressed freely in various media. Sentiment can be a great potential for companies who want to hear public feedback about their brand. Online shopping or e-commerce is a transaction carried out through the media in the form of online buying and selling websites or social networks that provide goods or services to be exchanged. An example of a well-known online shopping application in Indonesia is Shopee. Shopee has features that users can use to provide reviews, such as in the form of product star ratings or being able to comment on a product. On the Samsung Galaxy A03 Black product, there are reviews and ratings from various users who have bought and obtained the smartphone product. The purpose of checking this review data is to verify the sentiment classified by the machine learning model. The data used in this study is the review data of Samsung Galaxy A03 Black brand smartphone products sold online at Shopee Indonesia and managed directly by the Offical Samsung Shop. The data used amounted to 3007 data. Each text data that has been analyzed enters the scoring stage through the calculation process. The resulting sentiment analysis classification gets an accuracy and loss graph using Google Collaboratory, where giving reviews with testing and training data is in accordance with the rating of the reviews. The highest accuracy value shows 0.87 or equivalent to 87%, while the lowest accuracy value shows 0.81 or equivalent to 81%.

Abstract

Coffee beverages have become a highly sought-after product, particularly in tourist areas that are favoured by both local and foreign tourists. For this reason, there are many business owners who want to expand their business with coffee as the main menu. Cafe Nectar Bali, not far from the tourist attraction Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), is one of the places frequented by both locals and foreign tourists. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics consumers often consider when consuming processed coffee products at Cafe Nectar Bali and to understand the preferences of local residents and foreign tourists regarding processed coffee products offered. The research method used is the analysis of local and foreign tourist preferences using conjoint analysis techniques. The findings show that consumers are prioritizing the type of coffee and how it is served. Both locals and foreign tourists value the diversity feature more than the presentation method feature. Local consumers choose the stimulus of latte variant and hot serving methods. On the other hand, foreign tourists chose the stimulus of latte variant and the cold serving method.
