Abstract

The condition of economic development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of industry and MSMEs from various regions scattered throughout Indonesia. In the era of global competition, MSMEs face various obstacles such as difficulty in competing, difficulty in obtaining access to capital, inadequate marketing, lack of superior resources, lack of access to suppliers, emergence of new competitors, and no plans to deal with the unexpected. This issue belongs to supply chain management. As one of the MSME forums, the presence of the Sharia Cooperative 212, namely the National Primary Cooperative, was established by Muslim leaders to implement the spirit of Action 212 which is full of brotherhood and togetherness. This spirit is then manifested in efforts to make the Sharia Cooperative 212 as a forum for economic struggle to achieve the economic independence of the people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information sharing, long-term relationships, and process integration on MSME supply chain performance and Business Sustainability. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are measured based on the expectations of business actors. The questionnaire used a Likert scale and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the long term relationship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the MSME supply chain. Information sharing has a negative and significant effect on MSME supply chain performance. Process integration has a positive and significant impact on MSME supply chain performance. MSME supply chain performance has a positive and significant impact on Business Sustainability. Long term relationship significantly affects Business Sustainability through MSME supply chain performance. Information sharing does not significantly affect Business Sustainability through MSME supply chain performance. And Long term relationship has a significant.

Abstract

The cause of breast cancer is not known for certain. The disease also has a tendency to be familiar, meaning that a woman with a mother with breast cancer has a greater chance of developing this cancer. This research is a quasi experimental with a Pre Experiment One Group Pre-test Post-test without control design. The population in this study were all adolescent girls in class X at Adevent 1 Jakarta High School as many as 27 respondents. The sample in this study was determined by Non-Probability sampling technique, namely the total sampling method where sampling is equal to the total population. pre test there were 15 (55.5%) respondents who were less knowledgeable, 7 (25.9%) respondents were knowledgeable enough, and 5 (18.6) respondents were well informed. And in the post test all respondents were well informed. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a Z value of -4,563 with a p velue of .001 (p 0.05) so that there is an effectiveness of the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about breast cancer and SADARI at SMA Advent 1 Jakarta class X. pretest who had low knowledge were 15 respondents (55.5%), then after being given counseling on breast cancer and SADARI, it can be seen from the results of the posttest that all respondents were well informed, namely 27 respondents (100%).

Abstract

Discussions about children and their protection will never stop throughout the history of life, because children are the next generation of the nation and the successors of development, namely the generation that is prepared as the subject of implementing sustainable development and the future controllers of a country, not least in Indonesia. Child protection in Indonesia means protecting the potential of human resources and building Indonesian human beings as a whole, towards a just and prosperous society, materially and spiritually based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.In positive law in Indonesia, the issue of minors regarding when they commit illegal acts, is not so firmly regulated; what should be treated for them, and how the detention system and the investigation system given to them are also not yet regulated in law.

Abstract

Since the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, local language subjects have been taught in elementary schools. Learning local languages is important to maintain and preserve the language. SDN Kamojing Cikampek is located in West Java and is one of the schools for learning local languages, namely Sundanese. Many students are motivated to learn Sundanese at school, but there are also many students who have difficulty learning Sundanese. Given the innovation in the world of education today involves a lot of technology to carry out the learning process. There are many ways to learn Sundanese, one of which is through learning media that utilizes technology such as smartphones. With the support of technological innovation that is increasingly advanced, the role of user interface is important for user problem solving needs. The purpose of this research is to find out how we can use design thinking to meet and understand user needs. With the existence of Sundanese language learning media can help students learn Sundanese easily.

Abstract

Abstrak : PT. kary indomas elok yang beralamat di jl. Mitra selatan 2, kav 89,Kawasan industry mitra karawang, karawang, jawa barat 41361, sebuah p[erusahaan textile yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan kain syang berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri dan menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang tetap bertahan dalam padatnya persaingan. Dalam pengelolaan data di Gudang kain PT.kary indomas elok textile yaitu depatement yang menyediakan kain putih polos untuk di proses menjadi kain selimut berwarna. Masih dilakukan secara manual dengan alat tulis sehingga informasi yang diperoleh sangat kurang akurat dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama yang menhambat proses bisnis yang berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses bisnis perusahaan yang sedang berjalan, memberikan rekomendasi serta membangun sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain yang dapat mendukung operasional perusahaan. Untuk makai itu dibuatlah sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain untuk mencatat data transaksi pembelian,penjualan, dan stok barang yang dapat mendukung operasiona perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi inventori yang dapat memudahkan pencatatan pembelian,penjualan, dan data barang, hasil akhur dari penelitian ini dibuatlah sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain PT. Kary indomas Elok. Kata kunci : Membangun,sistem informasi, Inventori, Gudang kain, PIECES. Abstract : PT. kary indomas elok which is located at jl. Mitra Selatan 2, kav 89, Mitra Karawang industrial area, Karawang, West Java 41361, a textile company engaged in the manufacture of blankets that plays a role in meeting domestic and foreign needs and is one of the companies that survives in dense competition . In data management at PT. Kary Indomas Elok Textile's fabric warehouse, namely Gepatement, which provides plain white cloth to be processed into colored quilt fabric caddies. It is still done manually with stationery so that the information obtained is very inaccurate and takes quite a long time which hampers ongoing business processes. This study aims to analyze the company's ongoing business processes, provide recommendations and build a fabric warehouse inventory information system that can support the company's operations. For this reason, a fabric warehouse inventory information system was created to record purchase, sales and stock transaction data that can support the company's operations. This research produces an inventory information system that can facilitate the recording of purchases, sales, and goods data, the final result of this research is the fabric warehouse inventory information system of PT. Abstract

Service companies must be able to design appropriate marketing strategies in achieving company goals, one of the company's goals is to create customer loyalty. This study aims to determine whether the variables Quality and Customer Satisfaction significantly influence Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan and to determine the variables that influence between the two variables Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. The sample used the Purposive Sampling method, namely by directly selecting all 50 employees. The data collection method used was direct interviews with the parties involved with the issues being discussed and giving questionnaires to hotel customers in accordance with the research conducted. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that together (simultaneously) the Fcount value was 11.554 and the Sig value 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 which means Quality and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. Variable Quality and Customer Satisfaction regression coefficient is positive (+) indicating a unidirectional relationship, in other words Quality and Customer Satisfaction will increase Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan Correlation or relationship between Quality and Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan is very strong of (r = 0.574) and the coefficient of determination or the R square number is 0.330. Based on the results and discussion that has been done, it can be interpreted that quality and satisfaction affect customer loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. Therefore Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Pancasila is the result of the crystallization of the noble values of diverse Indonesian society. So that Pancasila is the ideology that brings that plurality for the sake of creating unity and unity of the nation. Moving on from that problem, Pancasila is the basis for various development of legal values, or more precisely Pancasila is used as a legal principle in building the life of society, nation and state. Therefore, the development of a legal culture will be very important to create a just and civilized Indonesian human development. With the establishment of Pancasila as a legal principle, building a legal culture must be aligned with the noble values of Pancasila as the basis of ethics and morality. Legal culture is a legal identity that can enforce the law to create social justice for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor for determining the success of a project, if employee work productivity always experiences a significant increase from time to time, the company will easily achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of labor productivity in the construction project of the culinary center tower and souvenirs in Palopo City. The variables studied include labor productivity as the dependent variable and compensation, knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, behavior as independent variables. The method used in the analysis process is the Prerequisite Analysis Test and the Multiple Linear Regression Hypothesis Test. Results of this Research. Factors that have a significant positive effect on Workforce Productivity include: Compensation, Skills, Capability, Behavior, While factors that have a not significant positive effect are Knowledge and Attitudes. Of the several factors that have a significant positive effect, there is a variable that has the most influence with a value below 0.05, namely the behavioral factor variable.

Abstract

Multiple intelligences are different types of intelligence that each person has. A child can have intelligence that is different from other children. In the theory of multiple intelligences proposed by Gardner, everyone has different types of intelligence. Gardner divides it into eight types of intelligence. One of the activities that can develop multiple intelligences is the activity of playing motion and songs as well as outdoor playing activities using audio-visual media in the form of laptops and small sounds and traditional games. Early Childhood Education (PAUD). One period to the start Its hallmark is the Golden Age, at which time all the potential is most rapidly growing child. One way to increase a child's potential from an early age is to play. Because the slogan of early childhood education is "learning while playing, playing while learning." This is the basis, that playing is one way to explore a child's potential. One of the tools that can be used to play in early childhood education is to use traditional games because traditional games will help shape children's character from an early age.

Abstract

Natural disasters are problems that need to be overcome together. In this regard, the presence of the AHA Centre is a solution to facilitate cooperation, coordination, and collaboration between member countries in overcoming disasters that occur. The purpose of this paper is to provide research results related to the description and disaster risk communication strategies of the AHA Centre in ASEAN countries, especially in response to the earthquake in Palu, Central Sulawesi in 2018. The method used in this research process is a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative research approach. The results of the study showed that the AHA Centre achieved success in its role to coordinate disaster management strategies for the earthquake in Palu, in 2018 by taking action to facilitate cooperation both internally and externally through creative active collaboration with outside parties other than ASEAN. As well as its crisis management strategic communication so far is quite good but still strives to achieve maximum improvement so that it can always survive and help member countries in ASEAN.
