<![CDATA[World Health Organization (WHO) states that Diabetes Mellitus is the world's top deadly disease. several studies in the health sector including diabetes mellitus have been carried out to detect diseases early. In this study optimization of naive bayes classifier using particle swarm optimization was applied to the data of patients with 2 classes namely positive diabetes mellitus and negative diabetes mellitus and data on patients with 3 classes, those who tested positive for diabetes mellitus type 1, diabetes mellitus type 2 and negative diabetes mellitus. After testing, the algorithm of Naive Bayes Classifier and Naive Bayes Classifier based on Particle Swarm Optimization, the results obtained are the Naive Bayes Classifier method for 2 classes and 3 classes each producing an accuracy value of 78.88% and 68.50%. but after adding Particle Swarm Optimization the value of accuracy increased respectively to 82.58% and 71, 29%. The classification results for 2 classes have an accuracy value higher than 3 classes with a difference of 11.29%]]>

<![CDATA[In this era of digitalization, there is no denying that all daily activities are made easier by technological advancements. Not spared from the current learning activities have almost used the progress of digitalization in the delivery of information and learning materials efficiently and effectively. But the more rapid and development of learning methods are not matched by unique creations so that learning becomes boring and can reduce the attractiveness of learning. With the existence of visual communication that has developed, the animation media can be one of the efforts to attract and improve reading and learning, comic animation can be relied upon in the current era where it can cover all groups. The method used in this research is data collection and system design. This web design was created using Yii Framework and Adobe Illustrator. The results of this study aim to improve the quality of learning, making it easier for users to create comics, especially for beginners.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays it is inevitable in the development of the necessities of life, information technology that meets the requirements. There are programs that are made from a computer in making software. Community is a group of people who have the same taste and vision. The problem issued by the community is the large number of media that can accommodate every activity that can inform and can be seen by many people. Very limited media information provided is less updated and maintenance costs are very expensive compared via the website. Social communities are in dire need of information that supports and provides satisfying services for donors. Then a web-based community information system design was made. This design uses the RAD method. The stages of this RAD are covering information needs and interface requirements. Design phase of the interface design itself. This information system is designed to provide solutions as problems that exist in the community with a computerized system to be developed.]]>

Cloud computing has become a great innovation that has important consequences not just for services on the internet but also for the entire Information technology (IT) market. Its emergence aims to optimize on-demand technology, hardware and information provisioning as a service, reaching the economy of scale in the distribution and operation of IT strategies. A great deal of cloud computing research has been concerned over some obstacles and challenges that rely upon behind the lure of cloud computing. Security has been always raised as one of the most critical issues of cloud computing where resolving such an issue would result in constant growth in the use and popularity of the cloud. Obesity is now a common health problem in this modern society with a variety of technological discoveries that make people don't need to move a lot to do something, resulting in people living a lifestyle without much Move. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. <![CDATA[In the fifth-generation communication system, secured and reliable data packets will rely on the network with high availability and low latency. The 5G network enables the dynamic control of nodes with low latency. Ultra-reliability is one of the challenging tasks in software-defined networks. The ultra-reliability feature is an interface working with high availability and low latency that brings in fifth-generation networks. The Internet of Things will work in the societies so that it required ultra-reliability features to empower the peoples as well as machines for collaborating with their neighbors. The connections among ultra-reliability networks are extremely hard situations to keep low packets corruption. The Software Defined Networks (SDN) will provide a platform for measuring, controlling, monitoring and scaling the smart objects in reality or virtually. Virtualization enables IT, specialists, to combine or separate the considerable networking or create new programmable networking among virtual machines. In this article, the authors are reviewed the architecture of SDN based on virtualization under the umbrella of 5G networks.]]>

<![CDATA[The library is one of the containers used by the community to look for a variety of literature reviews in the form of books, catalogs and journals. A computerized library information system is needed to improve the quality of library services. This study aims to create a computerized system that can be used by librarians and library visitors easily. In this study, researchers used the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). For designing the model using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The design concept uses MVC (Model View Controller). The design framework used is Bootstrap and CI, while the programming language uses PHP HTML CSS and Javascript. With this library information system, it is expected to facilitate the performance of officers in serving library visitors.]]>

<![CDATA[The Kutabumi Kelurahan office is an office that carries out several activities to carry out government affairs, such as empowerment and service to the community. Population administration services are important in a government agency in the Kutabumi District Office. Problems that occur include the making of a request letter that is still semi-computerized using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. So that the impact on services that are less effective and maximal to the needs of its residents. The system certainly has many weaknesses including the accumulation of paper and vulnerable to data loss because the data is not stored in the database. To improve the existing quality services at the Kutabumi Village Office, an administrative service system is needed so that administrative services are more effective and efficient. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES method (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). With this administration system, it can facilitate the process of requesting requirements regarding population administration and facilitate service staff in the process of population administration report activities.]]>
