Abstract

In another function as entertainment, game also has another function as a most effective learning media, therefore an education games become a most fun learning media for child. As problem mentioned, the author aware that educational games are the most popular learning media compared to theoretical learning in the school. Student less interested to learn Pancasila education, social science, and civic education or something like them, and there is no cultural diversity lesson in current curriculum which set by government like the previous year’s curriculum. Because that problem, intolerance and racism in Indonesia still high and massive in social media, became a sign that knowledge of Indonesian tribes too low. And about this case, author got inspiration to create and develop educational games the tittle “The Design of Introduction to Indonesian Tribes Game Application “GANTARA” based on Android”. This Educational Games develop by Unity 2D and Android-Based. By presenting features such as information and searching cultural attributes such as clothes, dances, food, weapons, musical instruments typical of the region with regional origins and quizzes with the theme of ethnic diversity in Indonesia. The method used to develop this app is Throw Away Prototyping, which shows several prototype options which selected by the Maria Fatima elementary school for grades 3-5 and teachers. Next implement test process using the black box test method and questionnaire, enhancing students interest in learning and creating educational games that help students learn and learn about Indonesian.

Abstract

Clickbait is a news title created by the author with the aim of attracting the getting to get readers so they Never miss a headline. Clickbait headlines are typically quirky, confusing, and use exaggerated sentences to entice readers to click on links. However, clickbait headlines that look very attractive often do not match the information in the headlines and the content of the news, which can lead to the spread of fake news and hoaxes. Then classification of clickbait news titles is carried out, for this research, clickbait classification was carried out for news titles will be carried out using the Transformers method. The number of news titles used in this study amounted to 6632 news titles. The process of classification of news titles in this study includes: collecting data, labeling data, preprocessing, EDA, and classification using transformers. The best accuracy value obtained in this study was 63% for precision of 0.63 and recall of 1 using a data division of 10%: 90%.

Abstract

Knowledge Discovery In Database (KDD) is a process of converting raw data into useful data in the form of information. Data mining is a technique of digging up hidden or hidden valuable information in a very large data collection (database) so that an interesting pattern is found that was previously unknown. Clustering is a method in data mining in which data objects that have similarities or the same characteristics are grouped into one group and those that are different are grouped into another group. One aspect of discipline that can be used to evaluate employee performance is attendance. The k-means method is used to classify employee discipline levels and then describes the values ​​that have been obtained to generate new knowledge regarding data patterns on employee discipline levels. The attendance data is clustered into 3, namely to measure low, medium, and high levels of discipline. After carrying out the calculation process, the 41 employee samples produced 3 iterations, and the final result was 3 clustering, namely cluster 1 of 10 employees with low discipline, cluster 2 of 7 employees with moderate discipline, and cluster 3 of 24 employees with high discipline. This is intended so that leaders can find out which employees have high, medium and low levels of discipline so that they can provide appreciation or rewards and sanctions in order to maintain and improve their discipline so that service to the community can be optimal and the vision and mission of the local government can be achieved. Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik (Kominfotik) Provinsi Sumatera Barat merupakan Dinas yang diberi kewenangan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan layanan digital untuk semua Perangkat Daerah di Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Seluruh Perangkat Daerah dapat mengajukan permintaan pembangunan layanan digital ke Dinas Kominfotik. Akan tetapi, tidak semua layanan digital yang diminta akan difasilitasi dan diakomodir oleh Dinas Kominfotik. Ada beberapa kriteria pemilihan dalam pembangunan Layanan Digital yaitu Layanan Digital yang sesuai dengan Arsitektur Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) Nasional, mendukung Program Unggulan Pemerintahan Provinsi Sumbar, Quick Win Layanan sesuai Peta Rencana SPBE, tujuan pembuatan layanan digital, serta Bahasa Pemograman yang digunakan dalam pembangunan Aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Metode MAUT digunakan untuk menentukan pemilihan layanan digital yang akan dibangun berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan pilihan yang menjadi prioritas. Dan dari hasil pengujiannya didapatkan penerapan metode MAUT pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan layanan digital menghasilkan alternatif yang menjadi prioritas (rangking 1) adalah Layanan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) dengan nilai 0,933. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Layanan Digital, Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT)

Abstract

The system is a network of procedures made according to an integrated pattern to carry out the main activities of a company in which there is an information system which is interconnected with one another which ultimately produces information/data that is useful for the intended person according to its designation. Today's Decision Support Systems (DSS) have assisted an organization in helping make important decisions in various sectors. One of them is the agricultural sector. Chili is a horticultural crop that is widely grown by farmers and the community, one of these plants is used as an ingredient for cooking. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in determining the quality of chili seeds to farmers and the community. The data processed in this study were 5 criteria and 6 alternatives. Data on the quality of chili seeds obtained from the TPHP Office of Sungai Penuh City. The data is processed first, calculated manually and followed by applying calculations from the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The processing steps determine the weight of each criterion, assign a score (paired comparison), summarize all scores (total weight). During data processing, the level of accuracy is still calculated. The result of testing this method is that the calculation of chili seeds has an accuracy of 83% based on the quality level of the specified criteria. Specifically, the testing decision support system is able to identify the quality of chili seeds. The level of accuracy achieved by the analytical hierarchy process is quite accurate and can help farmers and the community.

Abstract

The current problem being faced by Gampong Cot Girek Kandang North Aceh Village is that the selection of Keuchiek is still done manually. Manual selection has many obstacles, one of which is being vulnerable to fraud in voting results because the results cannot be displayed in real-time. Based on these problems, this research will propose an online voting system with web-based e-voting. The web-based e-voting system in this study was created using the RSA and Base64 cryptographic methods to secure voting results data. The results of the study show that a web-based e-voting system using RSA and Base64 is very good for use in the election of Keuchiek besides saving costs because it does not require too many officers and can increase public interest in conducting elections.

Abstract

College management requires graduation predictions to determine early prevention measures for drop out cases. The length of a student's study period can be caused by various factors, so it is necessary to know which students have the potential to graduate not on time. Data mining techniques can be used to explore new knowledge so that it can produce predictions of student graduation. Some algorithms that can be used are C4.5 and Naive Bayes. The purpose of this study was to predict the graduation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Andalas University using the C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithms. The attributes used are age at college, gender, grade point average 1-4. The data used are FISIP undergraduate students who graduated in 2022 as many as 378. The results show that the accuracy of the Naive Bayes algorithm is better than C4.5 with the highest accuracy of 81.58%.

Abstract

The Indonesian government made a policy to stop consuming syrup as a form of prevention against acute kidney failure, which affects many people in Indonesia. However, the policy has caused a lot of comments from the public. These public comments can be found on YouTube, because YouTube has a large data source opportunity to be used as a research material. These comments can be processed directly without using a machine, but it is less effective and efficient. Thus, the comments are processed using machine learning methods. Based on the earlier research, the naive bayes classifier algorithm tends to be simple and easy to use. In addition, this algorithm also has a high accuracy. The amount of data used in this study is 1000 YouTube comment data related to videos regarding the policy of prohibiting the use of syrup medicine, the comments are divided into 2 category, which are positive class and negative class. The results of labeling 1000 comments obtained 704 negative comments and 296 positive comments. Based on the experiments conducted using python programming language, the highest accuracy was obtained at 74% in 70:30 data split. Furthermore, in the balanced dataset (296 positive and 296 negative comments), the highest accuracy was obtained at 64.70% with in 80:20 data split. These results represent that the naive bayes classifier algorithm is good enough at sentiment analysis about the policy of prohibiting the use of syrup drugs.

Abstract

This research was purposes to create an application, namely Online Reading Application SI.BY.RU. This application is expected can help and ease the English teachers and English learners to deepen their reading comprehension skill. The research design implemented is research and development while as the main goal was prototype development. This application was developed by using CMS (content management system) WordPress. The final result of the research is an Online Reading Application SI.BY.RU that has been tested by the expert by using blackbox testing method. over all, the blackbox testing result stated that this application is valid without any revision.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes it easier to get information quickly and easily. Some information is public and some are confidential. Confidential information certainly requires security in maintaining confidentiality by parties not interested in the information. There are many forms of personal information, one of which is information in the form of text. Providing security to text messages can be done with cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques work by encrypting the original message (plaintext) into text that is difficult to understand (ciphertext), which usually contains no meaning. This research uses classical cryptography where the encryption technique uses the decryption key used the same as the encryption key at the time of encoding. This research uses vigenere cipher and zigzag cipher cryptographic algorithms. Vigenere cipher algorithm is a cryptographic technique that uses a word or sentence with the length of the key adjusting to the plaintext. In comparison, zigzag ciphers use transposition techniques from columns and rows. The use of two cryptographic algorithms at once is intended to provide super security, encryption with layered keys and cryptanalysts will be difficult in cracking the information that has been encoded. Testing is carried out by performing mathematical calculations from vigenere and zigzag algorithms first which are used as a basis for implementation into text encoding simulation systems. On the system that has been created gives the same result as mathematical calculations. In ciphertext cracking tests using the Boxentrix system cannot return plaintext in the absence of a predefined key. While in performance testing the time depends on the number of characters used, the more the number of characters, the encryption and decryption time also increases.
