TANJAK adalah ikat kepala adat Melayu yang berbentuk runcing ke atas. Demikian makna yang dituliskan dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI). Nilai dalam tanjak dipercaya oleh masyarakat Melayu sebagai simbol kekuatan, marwah, pendidikan dan lainnya. Bertanjak berarti memelihara budi pekerja dan menjaga marwah. Nama “Tanjak” digunakan dalam jurnal pendidikan dan keguruan sebagai bentuk menjaga marwah dan pendidikan anak bangsa. Dengan pendidikan, marwah bisa dicapai, dengan pendidikan kekuatan akan tergapai, dan dengan pendidikan akan melahirkan peradaban yang gemilang. Jurnal Tanjak ingin menjadi bagian dari upaya mencapai harapan-harapan kebesaran tersebut. Sebab itu, jurnal Tanjak juga mengajak seluruh pendidik, peneliti, dosen dan praktisi pendidikan untuk turut serta menyumbangkan karya tulisnya guna memberikan sumbangsih pada bangsa dan negara. Lebih spesial lagi apabila kajiannya terkait pendidikan di dunia melayu. Jurnal Tanjak akan terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar, banyak siswa memiliki masalah dalam kecendrungan berperilaku yang mengarah kepada perilaku interaksi social yang bersifat disosiatif. Adapun bentuk dari Interaksi social disosiatif ini yaitu mengarah kepada interaksi yang bersifat negative, diantaranya; persaingan, kontravensi dan pertentangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari layanan konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik role playing untuk mengurangi interaksi social disosiatif siswa yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen, subjek penelitiannya diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana didapatkan 16 orang siswa yang dibagi kedalam 2 (dua) kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan control. Alat pengumpulan data melalui angket kemudian analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji spearman rank dengan bantuan SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Asymp Sig(2-tailed) sebesar (0,011 < 0,05) yang artinya hipotesis diterima, dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan interaksi social disosiatif siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing. Didapatkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,635 dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,32%. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan teknik role playing melalui konseling kelompok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan untuk mengurangi atau menurunkan interaksi social disosiatif siswa yang tinggi.

Abstract

Critical thinking is the main skill for connecting relationships between chemical science concepts in a coherent environment. Therefore, a learning and evaluation method is needed to help students master the meaning of chemistry to environmental phenomena. The Fundamental of Analytical Chemistry course invites students to study the technique of determining the concentration of a compound. This is relevant to improve their critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Technology-based Authentic Assessment (TbAA) on students' critical thinking skills in Fundamental of Analytical Chemistry course. Designed as a pre-experimental, one group pretest-posttest study was applied. A total of 26 undergraduate Chemistry students were included as samples through purposive sampling. TbAA was held for 7 meetings, then critical thinking skills were assessed through essay instruments covering aspects of interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference. The validity test was carried out theoretically by 2 learning chemists on 4 critical thinking questions that had been developed. After the data was obtained, descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon test were carried out to answer the research objectives. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant difference in students' critical thinking skills after the application of TbAA.

Abstract

Dampak sosial dari sistem pembelajaran daring pasca pandemi covid-19 merupakan pengaruh atau akibat dari gejala sosial yang terjadi pada sistem pembelajaran sehingga mengakibatkan perubahan yang bersifat positif atau negatif terhadap lingkungan sosial dan keadaan sosial sekolah tersebut. Maka untuk mendalami telaah pada penelitian ini digunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis dampak sosial dari pembelajaran daring pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di MTs Miftahul Ulum Kawal sebagai tempat lokasi penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan purposive sampling yaitu berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang sampel diantaranya Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas dan Siswa Kelas VIII A, Instrument dalam penelitian adalah melalui lembar observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa dampak dari proses pembelajaran secara daring pasca pandemi menunjukkan nilai yang lebih baik, namun perlu adanya strategi dan inovasi. Seperti dalam penerapan media pembelajaran dengan media serbaneka dan media visual. Sedangkan untuk sistem dan metode pembelajaran ada kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing yang perlu menjadi pertimbangan dan perbaikan, Serta hasil pembelajaran secata teori dan praktik menunjukan kearah yang positif.

Abstract

Merdeka belajar curriculum in college encourages student-oriented learning. One of the student-oriented learning is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. PjBL is defined as a way of learning in which using the project becomes a learning medium to obtain the expected competencies. PjBL emphasizes student-centered learning to produce meaningful and useful products. This study aims to analyze the response of students of Chemistry Education Study Program FKIP UMRAH in the implementation of PjBL by being assigned to make a statistical test tutorial video in the Educational Statistics course. A qualitative descriptive approach is the method in this study. The research subjects were all students of Chemistry Education S1 FKIP UMRAH semester III who took the Educational Statistics course. The research data collection technique was the distribution of student response questionnaires which was carried out after the PjBL was implemented. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The result of the research was that the implementation of PjBL with the assignment of video tutorials for statistical tests in the Education Statistics course received very good responses from students.

Abstract

Tanjungpinang is an area consisting of islands, most of which are coastal, where the people make their living as fishermen which is still related to the problem of community poverty and has become a phenomenon from year to year in coastal areas. Fisherwomen can create empowerment for coastal communities. In this discussion, the fisherman's wife is one of the household members who can increase the family income. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, and historical interviews and supported by documentation. Interviews were conducted with fisherwomen in Bugis Tanjungpinang Village. The results of this research show that women who live in coastal areas, especially the Bugis Village area, have an influential role in increasing family income and quality of education. The results of fishing women's income can be seen from the fulfillment of primary and secondary needs including tertiary needs. The husband and wife relationship can meet the needs of the family by working together to improve family welfare. Another thing that can be seen is the quality of family education which has increased as many generations have continued their education.
