The purpose of this study were: To determine the effect of Paired Training on Lower Passing Ability of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan. This type of research is experimental research. The sample in this study were all volleyball players of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan totalling 15 people. The results of testing the hypothesis that the overall group obtained the initial test value mean 8.67 standard deviation 2.47, minimum value 5, and maximum value 15, and the final test mean 12.07, standard deviation 3.58, minimum value 7, and maximum value 19. Based on the measurement of the initial test and the final test using the t-test statistical approach of the overall training method group t count = 6.538 and t table (α = 0.05) = 1.761 which means t count> t table, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between paired passing exercises on the lower passing ability of volleyball players SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan. As stated in the previous theoretical study, paired passing exercises are effective in improving the ability to pass down volleyball games.

This research is a pre-experimental design which is a development of a two group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were students of class VIII 8 and VIII 9 SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City as many as 62 people. Which is given the treatment of each lesson from being given an initial test (pre test) and final data (post test). The initial test (pre test) obtained the highest score of 82, the lowest score of 50 and with an average score of 67.3 total score 2078. The final test (post test) with the highest score of 92, and the lowest score of 78 and with an average score of 86.5 final total score 2684. The results of the analysis obtained are t_ (count) (-15.183) < t_ (table) (2.042) Then H_ (a) can be accepted and H_ (o) is rejected. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of drill method training on the front roll ability of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City.

This study aims to determine the effect of paired drill training on the ability of underhand passing techniques in volleyball extracurricular activities of students at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan. This study used a pre-experimental design method with the "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design, which is a design that uses pretest and posttest so that the difference in results due to the treatment given can be known with certainty. The population used in this study were students who took part in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 25 people and the research sample used a total side, which is a determination technique by taking the entire population as respondents or samples, namely 25 people. The statistical analysis used in this study was the t-test to test the hypothesis that there was an effect of paired drill training on underhand passing skills in volleyball extracurricular activities of students at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan. The results of the calculation analysis showed a significant effect on underhand passing results. The calculation results state that the calculation of the t-value calculation is -14-767 > ttable 1.714 with a level of α = 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between X (paired drill training) and Y (increased underhand passing) with a percentage of 39%. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it states that there is a significant influence in the influence of paired drill training on underhand passing ability in the volleyball extracurricular activities of students at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan.

This study aims to determine the effect of student learning outcomes in using game methods in class 2 learning material on locomotor basic movements at SD Negeri 143 Seluma. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with experimental methods. The type of experimental research used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest- Posttest type. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 143 Seluma in class 2 of the 2024/2025 academic year. The time used for data collection was from September 2024 to March 2025. The research population was taken from students of SD Negeri 143 Seluma, with a sample size of 13 students. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive data analysis and quantitative data analysis. In quantitative data analysis, researchers used normality test (Saphiro Wilk) and hypothesis testing (paired sample t-test). All calculations used in this study used SPPS version 21. The results of this study obtained pretest scores with an average score of 6.62. Then obtained an average posttest of 9.31. From the results of the T-test conducted, significant results were obtained. This is evidenced by the Sig. (2- tailed) of 0.000, where the Sig. value is <0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the game method affects the learning outcomes of grade 2 students at SD Negeri 143 Seluma. This can be interpreted that the game method can be used as a reference for teachers to improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the contribution of hand-eye coordination and speed to blocking ability in volleyball among athletes at SMA 5 Bengkulu Tengah. Using a quantitative approach, the entire population of 21 athletes was used as the sample. Data were collected through hand-eye coordination tests, speed tests, and volleyball blocking ability tests, and analyzed using correlation techniques. The results showed that both hand-eye coordination and speed had a significant influence on successful blocking. Athletes with good coordination and high speed tended to block more effectively. A normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed, thus validating the research findings. Based on these results, it is recommended that coaches place greater emphasis on improving hand-eye coordination and reaction speed in training programs.

Physical Education is essentially an educational process that utilizes physical activity to produce holistic changes in individual quality, both in terms of physical, mental and emotional. At the educational level, especially in extracurricular volleyball activities in junior high schools, mastery of smash techniques is one of the main focuses of coaches in improving student skills. Many students still have difficulty in doing accurate smashes, even though they have enough energy. This study aims to determine the effect of Drill Smash training on the accuracy of Smashes in volleyball players at SD Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This study used a pre-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest design. The treatment was assessed by comparing the post-test with the pre-test (Dharma 2017:34). Based on the data analysis and discussion that have been presented previously, the following conclusions can be put forward: The drill training method has a significant effect on the volleyball smash of SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu Tengah Athletes, where the results obtained tcount> ttable = 2.21> 2.101. The results of the study, it can be concluded that the drill method has a significant influence on improving the volleyball smash skills of athletes at SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu Tengah. The t-test showing a t-value of 2.21 with a significance level of 0.000, less than 0.05, indicates that drill training carried out in a structured and intense manner contributes positively to improving the quality of the athletes' smash techniques.

This can be seen where the average value was 11.00 in the initial test and after being given the playing method treatment there was an increase in the average value of 16.00. In addition to the increase in the average value of the final test (Post-Test), it is also seen in the analysis of data descriptions, where in the initial test there were no samples that obtained a Physical Fitness Level value obtained as many as 3 people (15%) with a very poor classification, as many as 15 people (75%) with a poor classification, as many as 2 people (10%) with a moderate classification, and no players with good and very good classifications. Meanwhile, in the final test (Post-Test) there was an increase in scores, where there was no classification of very poor, in the poor category there were 2 people (10%), as many as 15 people (75%) with moderate classification, as many as 3 people (15%) with Good classification and none had reached the classification of very good.
