Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the unemployment rate increased because companies reduced the number of employees. The Labor and Transmigration Office of the DIY Province takes a role in reducing unemployment rate in Kota Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province in an effort to reduce unemployment in the era of the new normal in the city of Yogyakarta. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, document studies and literature studies. The role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province, as a result of this research, is to create programs and activities for the community of Kota Yogyakarta so that the community has certified knowledge and abilities, namely the Workforce Certification Activity Program, Apprenticeship Program, Business Assistance Program for Educated Independent Workers ( TKMT) and Technical Guidance for Accreditation and Instructor Accreditation of Job Training Institutes (LPK) and Job Training Centers (BLK).

Abstract

Performance Employee can certainly be relied on by internal and external factors, external factors such as the Covid-19 Pandemic certainly affect the resulting performance and cause differences in work results. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a performance appraisal using clear and measurable indicators which are used as a reference for performance appraisal, so that we can know what needs to be changed and what is necessary from the existing situation so that it can help improve employee performance in the future. The purpose of this study was to see if there were differences in the performance of the Department Transportation of Yogyakarta before and during the pandemic Covid-19 and whether the results of the employee performance at the Department Transportation of Yogyakarta before the pandemic Covid-19 were better according to the pandemic Covid-19. This research method is comparative with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 51 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires of 51 copies, to respondents with the sampling was simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test and paired difference test (Paired Sample T-test). The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Yogyakarta City Transportation Department employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Other results indicate that employee performance rewards are productivity and work pressure.

Abstract

This study means to dissect the impact of service quality factors (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y1), customer trust (Y2), customer loyalty (Y3), and customer delight (Y4) Indihome in Purbalingga Regency. The subjects of this research are customers who subscribe to Indihome in Purbalingga Regency taken from 5 sub-districts. This study utilized an example of 93 respondents still up in the air by bunch irregular examining and estimated utilizing the Slovin recipe. Dispersal of the survey utilizing google structure. The scientific device utilized in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the SPSS Amos rendition 22 application program. Abstract

This writing aims to determine how the influence of performance appraisal and commitment to the work productivity of nurses at Sakina Idaman General Hospital, Sleman Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses valid data testing, reliable data, multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the multiple regression equation Y = 14.956 + 0.401X1 + 0.253X2, indicating that there is an effect of performance appraisal and commitment on work productivity. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that R Square is 0.241. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the performance appraisal variable and commitment on the work productivity of nurses at Sakina Idaman General Hospital is 24.1%, the remaining 75.9% is explained by other causal factors.

Abstract

Dunia telah mengalami pandemi Covid-19 sejak tahun 2019 dan menyebabkan perekonomian di dunia terganggu, baik dari bidang keuangan, operasional dan pendidikan,dll. Di tengah situasi pandemi Covid-19 bertambahnya tingginya tingkat pengangguran perkotaan menumbuhkan usaha di sektor informal.Pedagang kaki lima merupakan salah satu sektor informal yang menjadi alternatif bagi mereka yang tidak mendapat pekerjaan atau menjadi korban PHK akibat Covid 19 ini. Kawasan pedagang kaki lima yang cukup terkenal di Jakarta adalah kawasan Bulungan, Blok M, dimana di daerah tersebut banyak sekali terdapat pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan gulai. Istilah yang terkenal bagi kawasan ini adalah Gultik Bulungan. Adapun singkatan dari Gultik adalah Gulai Tikungan karena memang kawasan berjualan berada di daerah tikungan Jalan Bulungan. Adanya jumlah pedagang yang cukup banyak menyebabkan persaingan antar pedagang. Masing-masing pedagang harus menyediakan pelayanan tempat, karyawan serta rasa masakan yang menarik sehingga pembeli berminat membeli di warung mereka dan merasa puas. Kepuasan pembeli ini yang diharapkan akan disampaikan kepada calon pembeli lainnya sehingga mereka tertarik untuk datang ke warung tersebut atau pembeli yang sama melakukan pembelian ulang di tempat tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas makanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta pengaruh antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap niat perilaku beli ulang. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan melalui whatapps terhadap 50 orang konsumen yang pernah datang berkunjung ke pedagang kaki lima Gultik Tikungan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan kualitas makanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Adapun untuk variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku beli ulang.

Abstract

Village Funds according to Government regulation Number 6 of 2014 are funds sourced from the APBD for villages transferred through Regency/City Regional Budgets and Expenditures and used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village funds can play a major role in reducing the number of villages left behind if managed properly. This study aims to analyze the efficient and effective use of village funds in Kapanewon Bambanglipuro which consists of three villages, namely Sidomulyo Village, Mulyodadi Village, and Sumbermulyo Village. The analytical tool used in this research is the combination method (Mix Methods), which analyzes the target data, between the realization of expenditure and income by using the ratio of efficiency and effectiveness, and complements it with interview data. Data collection uses the Sequential Explanatory Design model, where the model is characterized by data collection and quantitative data analysis in the first stage, followed by qualitative data collection and analysis in the second stage, in order to strengthen the results of quantitative research conducted in the first stage. The results of this study indicate that the average level of efficiency of Village Fund management in Kapanewon Bambanglipuro Bantul Regency is 98% which meets the criteria of being less efficient, and the average level of effectiveness is 98%, including in the effective category. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of financial knowledge on the performance of MSMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district, (2) the influence of financial attitudes on the performance of SMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district, (3) the influence of financial management on MSME performance in Caturtunggal sub-district, (4) the influence of entrepreneurial personality. on the Performance of MSMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district, (5) the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial management and entrepreneurial personality on the performance of MSME in Caturtunggal sub-district. This research includes causal associative research. The subjects in this study were the owners of MSMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district as many as 100 MSMEs. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire Prerequisite analysis test includes multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is no positive influence of Financial Knowledge on MSME Performance in Caturtunggal sub-district (2) there is a positive effect of financial attitudes on the performance of SMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district (3) there is an influence Positive Financial Management on MSME Performance in Caturtunggal sub-district (4) there is no positive influence of Entrepreneurial Personality on The performance of MSMEs in Caturtunggal sub-district (5) there is an effect of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Financial Management, and K Entrepreneurial Personality on MSME Performance in Caturtunggal sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the interests of continuing studies to college students of SMK Ma 'arif 1 Sleman. The factors in question is the level ofparental education, occupation ofparents, student achievement and student environment. This is a sample of students in grade 12, which amounts to 36 students. In testing variable levels of parental education, parental employment , student achievement and the environment against the interest of the college to the study used regression analysis. of these analysis tools can be known value of F and t values and the coefficient of determination. Results of the analysis showed that the value of the determinant keofisien 0.625, meaning that the interest of the students to continue their studies to college can be influenced by variable levels of parental education, occupation of parents, student achievement and the environment jointly by 62.5%, while the remaining 37.5% influenced by variables outside the study. T test results showed that the level ofparental education, student achievement and environmental partial effect on the interest to continue their studies to college. but to a variable type of work their parents do not influence significantly the interest to go to college. Variable levels ofparental education is the most dominant variables affect the interest to continue their studies to college.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends in the financial statements on the performance of telecommunications companies listed on the stock exchanges Indonesia for 5 years. In determining the sample using purposive sampling method. The samples used were 5 companies from 2006 to 2010. Calculated using the ratio of liquidity, activity, leverage, profitability and market. Thefinancial ratios for 5 years were analyzed and compared changes seen conditions ofthe industry average. This study concludes that thefinancial performance of telecommunications companies in general are good. Trend financial performance of telecommunications companies are relatively constant and trend financial ratios from year to year is getting better.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to examine the effect ofcompensation (direct and indirect compensation), work environment, and motivation on job satisfaction. Then examine the effect ofjob satisfaction on employee performance. The researcher.s used questionnaires to obtaining the data in this study. The questionnaire measures the five variables, compensation, work environment, motivation, job satisfaction and employee per- formance. Respondents are already working in a company. This research using 65 samples. The data analysis used regression analysis. These results indicate that the compensation (direct and indirect) influence employee satisfaction. Work environment does not affect employee satisfaction. Motivation affects employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects employee performance.
