Abstract

Assumption from this research reflected in hypothesis that suspect that there is a positive and significant influence from customer satisfaction, barriers switching, complaints handling to customer loyalty Pamela supermarket. For testing the validity from that hypothesis it’s needed a related from worker opinion about customer satisfaction, barriers switching, complaints handling and customer loyalty Pamella Supermarket. Data explored based on judgment and customers opinion from 60 respondents. The result of regression analysis is meanwhile F is 80,400 with significant 0,00 , R is 0,812. So the variable can explained 81,2% to customer loyalty and the rest 18,8 % can explained another variables. From the research it can be concluded customer satisfaction, barriers switching, and complaints handling have positive influence to customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study is a replication of previous studies. This study examined the effect of non-accounting information includes the percentage of existing shareholders, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation, the age of the company, type of industry. The thing that distinguishes this study from previous research that this study uses the issuer’s reputation as a non-accounting information. The issuer’s reputation is a strategic asset, because reputation can increase the value of the company concerned. Therefore, the problem arises is whether the non accounting information includes the percentage of existing shareholders, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation, the age of the company, type of industry, and affect the reputation of the issuer’s initial return on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results of this study demonstrate that the percentage of existing shareholders, the auditor’s reputation, the reputation of underwriters, company age, type of industry, and affect the reputation of the issuer’s initial return.

Abstract

This research will aim to analyze how much influence the independent variables, namely price, location and service quality have on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction at the Indo Cell Kudus counter. This research uses quantitative methods. The data in this research was collected through a survey method using purposive sampling techniques. Questionnaires were distributed to 96 respondents who had made a purchase at the Indo Cell Kudus counter at least once. The data resulting from distributing the questionnaire will be processed using the SPSS software analysis tool. The selected results and analysis tests include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the research results and data analysis results, the following conclusion can be drawn: there is a positive but not significant influence of the price variable on consumer satisfaction at the Indo Cell Kudus counter. There is a positive and significant influence of location variables on consumer satisfaction at the Indo Cell Kudus counter. There is a positive and significant influence of the service quality variable on consumer satisfaction at the Indo Cell Kudus counter.   Keywords: Price, Location, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of lifestyle and trends on consumer buying interest and the role of product knowledge as a mediator in this relationship. Research uses a quantitative approach to carry out theory testing by using hypotheses and data collection to support or reject the hypothesis. The data was obtained through a survey of respondents who are consumers of coffee drinks. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Regression analysis and Sobel's test were used to examine the relationship and mediation between these variables. The estimated parameter value of the estimated regression weight coefficient is 0.209 and the CR value is 1.986 and the probability value is 0.047 (p0.05) this shows that the relationship between Life Style and Purchase Interest. The estimated parameter value of the estimated regression weight coefficient is 0.202 and the CR value is 2.17 and the probability value is 0.030 (p0.05) this shows that there is a trend relationship with buying interest. Based on the results of the Sobel test analysis, it was obtained that the tcount was 2.65901242 > 1.96 with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05 (5%), thus proving that Product Knowledge is a mediating variable on the effect of Life Style on Purchase Intention. Based on the results of the Sobel test analysis, it was obtained that the tcount was 2.64535735 > 1.96 with a significance level of 0.030 <0.05 (5%), thus proving that Product Knowledge is a mediating variable on the influence of Trends on Purchase Interest. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price, product quality and location on interest in buying local rice at UD Rahayu in Blora. This research was conducted using a survey method of consumers who had made purchases at UD Rahayu and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, totaling 96 respondents. Data collection was through distributing questionnaires, data analysis in this study used SPSS 26. The analysis used in this research included Validity Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and Research Hypothesis Test. The research results show that price, product quality and location have a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest in buying local rice at UD Rahayu in Blora. Based on the Coefficient of Determination (R²) value of 54%, consumer buying interest variables can be influenced by price, product quality and location.Keywords: price; product quality ; location; interest in buying

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee behavior. The subject used in this research is PT.Sinar Utama Sejahtera Klaten. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from the field and company data. The sample in this study were 130 respondents, namely employees of PT. Sinar Utama Sejahtera Klaten. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, namely analysis which includes: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test, F test and the coefficient of determination . By using SPSS tool ver 22. The results of this study indicate that trust, satisfaction and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously influence the behavior of PT. Abstract

Taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax is influenced by several problems and contributing factors, namely among others taxpayer awareness, taxpayer income, administrative sanctions and quality of tax services. These factors are very realistic and attached to the daily lives of taxpayers. This study aims to test whether awareness, income, administrative sanctions and service quality affect taxpayer compliance in paying PBB – P2 in the Wirogunan sub-district, Yogyakarta City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the obligatory PBB - P2 in the Wirogunan Village, Yogyakarta City, which amounts to 100 taxpayers. the sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and is tested with the SPSS version 25 application.The results showed that the variables of awareness, administrative sanctions, and quality of service had a partial effect on taxpayer compliance in paying PBB - P2, while the income variable had no partial effect on taxpayer compliance in paying PBB - P2. Abstract

Improving the quality of financial reports can be done by consistently applying public sector accounting standards and conducting regular audits of financial reports. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the role of the quality of financial reports in moderating the application of public sector accounting reporting standards on the accountability of government agency performance. The research method approach used is a quantitative research method with the type of analysis used is survey analysis, using the PLS-SEM (partial least square modeling) analysis tool. The sample in the research was financial report managers, namely 46 respondents. Based on the results of this research, firstly, the implementation of public sector accounting has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of government agency performance. Second, the quality of financial reports cannot moderate the application of public sector accounting to the accountability of government agency performance. The higher the quality of the financial reports, the greater the possibility that the financial reports can meet the information needs of stakeholders

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of celebrity endorsement, product knowledge, product packaging, and perceived value on purchasing interest in the energy drink brand Red Bull GmbH, the research location is in Indonesia. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires using google form media online. The sample in this research was taken with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria for age 15-50 years old men and women who have information about the Red Bull brand on social media or other online media. The sample in this research was obtained as many as 100 respondents, then the respondent data was processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the research conducted by the author prove that there is an effect of celebrity endorsement, product knowledge, product packaging, perceived value on purchasing interest. Abstract

This study aim for determine and analyze the effect of  learning system, information system, service quality, and campus facilities to satisfaction students level of STIE SBI Yogyakarta during the COVID19 pandemic period. This Study use quantitative method with technique data analize using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test , f test , and coefficient determinations test by using SPSS 21.0 application for windows . Population on this study is active Student of the Indonesian Business Solutions School of Economics, Yogyakarta teaching year 2022/2023 as many as 623 people. Technique of sample taking by proportional random sampling method with slovin formula amount as many as 86 people. Data collection technique using questionnaire. Results of this study indicate that : (1) learning system influential positive And significant to satisfaction student; (2) information system influential positive And significant to satisfaction student; (3) service quality influential positive And significant to satisfaction student; (4) campus facilities influential positive And significant to satisfaction student. Learning system, information system, service quality, and campus facilities own influence positive And significant in a manner together to satisfaction students level of STIE SBI Yogyakarta during the COVID19 pandemic..
