Abstract

One of the most important factors in the world of fitness is how to lose fat in the body. Exercise using applications is one method that is believed by the general public to be useful for losing fat in one part of the body, but the clarity of the effect of this exercise on reducing fat percentage has not been clearly revealed. Therefore, it is important to do research on this problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of exercise using the application on decreasing the percentage of fat. This study used an experimental method. The population used in this study were elementary school students who were classified as obese using purposive sampling technique, and were divided into two groups by ranking. Based on data processing, the authors draw the following conclusions: Abdominal exercises have a significant impact on reducing the percentage of fat in the abdominal area. As a control group, conventional exercise also had a significant effect on reducing the percentage of fat in the abdominal area.

Abstract

This research discusses the effect of plyometric training method and combined plyometric and balance training method on lay up shoot performance. Lay up shoot is the easiest way to shoot the ball to the ring because this kind of shoot used as close as possible to the ring. The purpose of this research is to determine "The effect of plyometric training method and combined plyometric and balance training method on lay up shoot performance". This research method used experimental method. The population used in this research is male UPI basketball athletes. The samples that researcher used is total sampling technique i.e 16 male UPI basketball athletes. The instrument used is the Lay Up Test. The result of this research showed that is a significant impact between plyometric training method and combined plyometric and balance training method on lay up shoot performance male UPI basketball athletes.

Abstract

This study discusses about the level of self-confidence in athletes. Self-confidence in every sport must be possessed by every athlete, especially in individual and team sports. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of self-confidence of athletes in individual and team sports. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample that researcher used was 30 people, each of 15 individual athletes and 15 team athletes who joined UKM at UPI. The approach used is a random sampling approach. The instrument used was a confident questionnaire. The result of this study indicated that the level of self-confidence of individual sports athlete is greater than team sports athlete. It can be concluded that the level of self-confidence in individual sports athlete is greater than the level of self-confidence in team sports athlete. The researcher advise to individual sports athlete and team sports athlete to maintain and to increase their level of self-confidence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan self talk terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan performa atlet sepak bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain(pretest-postest control group design). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain Saswco usia 11 tahun yang berjumlah 14 orang yang akan di ambil dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi berprestasi adalah angket yang di buat oleh sendiri. Dan Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian performa adalah GPAI. Teknik analisis  yang di gunakan Paired Sampel T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan self talk terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan self talk terhadap performa atlet sepak bola

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of training methods on the speed reaction of hockey's goalkeeper. According to the movements, a hockey's goalkeeper athlete must have good and precise abilities to withstand shots from opposing players, of course, with speed reaction. This method of this study is using experimental method. This research was conducted at UKM Hoki UPI Bandung involving 7 people using saturated sample sampling technique. The research design was used the pre-test post-test control group. The instrument was used "the Whole Body Reaction Time Test". The author provides treatment using ball for the media, tennis court balls and reaction balls which will be compared with a control group that was not given treatment but still practiced using hockey balls. The analysis t-score using the Paired Samples t-test and the Independent Samples t-test, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effect of increasing training using ball and hockey ball media on the speed reaction of hockey's goalkeeper.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of interval and pyramid training methods with Resistance Band Ladder Drills training patterns on increasing power endurance in UPI Women's Futsal Players. This research is an experimental research.The population uses active members of UKM upsal Putri SMEs with a research sample using purposive sampling technique wih is divided into two groups, namely the Interval training method and Pyramid training method. The research instrument is Multi Stage Hurdle Jump. Data analysis technique used for normality test, F-test, and T-test by using the help of SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in the interval training method and the pyramid training meyhod. The conclusion from this study is that the interval training method results are more improved compared to the pyramid.

Abstract

Wabah virus SARS-CoV-2 telah memicu serangkaian peristiwa. Semua orang dipaksa melakukan WFH (Work From Home), termasuk Klub Futsalhita Bandung yang mengharuskan pemainnya untuk melakukan latihan mandiri. Fakta dilapangan hanya sebagian pemain yang melakukan latihan sesuai dengan program latihan yang diberikan pelatih. Menandakan kurangnya kesadaran diri pemain, self - awareness atau kesadaran diri merupakan faktor penting yang harus dimiliki pemain. Penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan self – awareness dengan keterampilan bermain futsal klub Futsalhita Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan self – awareness dengan keterampilan bermain futsal klub Futsalhita Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan cara korelasional. Populasi yang di gunakan adalah pemain futsal klub Futsalhita Bandung sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel pemain yang di ambil di klub Futsalhita Bandung berjumlah 11 pemain dengan nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan important areas of self – awareness dengan memakai skala likert (Nurhasan, Cholil, Hidayah, 2013) dan Game Performance Assesment Instrument (GPAI) (Hoedaya, 2001). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan korelasi koefisien yang tinggi sebesar 0.920 nilai sig 0.000 0.05 menolak Ho dan menerima Ha, ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self - awareness dan keterampilan bermain futsal pemain klub Futsalhita Bandung.

Abstract

Shooting merupakan teknik yang sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang pemain sepakbola, karena merupakan teknik yang digunakan untuk mencetak gol. Hasil pengamatan pada peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMAN 1 Simpenan Sukabumi menunjukan bahwa hasil shooting masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot tungkai berbantu aplikasi smartphone pada peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMAN 1 Simpenan Sukabumi terhadap hasil shooting. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa pra-experiment dengan desain The one group pretest posttest design. Latihan kekuatan otot tungkai yang digunakan memanfaatkan aplikasi smartphone ”Home work out no equipment”. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 orang siswa peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMAN 1 Simpenan Sukabumi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes shooting sepakbola. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan kekuatan otot tungkai berbantu aplikasi smartphone terhadap hasil shooting, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 virus outbreak has triggered a series of events. Everyone is forced to do WFH (Work From Home), including the Bandung Futsalhita Club which requires players to do independent training. The facts on the field are that only some players practice in accordance with the training program provided by the coach. Indicating the player's lack of self-awareness, self-awareness is an important factor that players must have. The author conducted research on the relationship of self-awareness with the skills of playing futsal at the Futsalhita Club Bandung. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-awareness and the skills of playing futsal at the Futsalhita Club Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method by means of correlation. The population used is the futsal club Futsalhita Bandung players as many as 20 people. The sample of players taken at the Futsalhita club in Bandung was 11 players with nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling using the Slovin formula. This research instrument uses important areas of self-awareness using the Likert scale and the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). The results of this study indicate a high correlation coefficient of 0.920 sig value 0.000 0.05 rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, this shows that there is a significant relationship between self-awareness and the skills of playing futsal for Futsalhita Club players in Bandung.

Abstract

Coaches and athletes must be able to know whether the exercise carried out can affect optimal performance, coaches must have the ability to know the relationship between training load and training response (lambert borresen 2010) using Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of RPE to measure athletes' efforts in the biomotor components of speed, strength and endurance training. The research method used in this study was an experimental method, with the design of The One-Shot Case Stud), 11 swimming athletes and 6 diving athletes, the study was conducted in 3 sessions. To assess RPE during a training session (SPRE), standard instructions and statutory procedures are explained during a socialization session, samples are asked to assess the exertion of energy felt after the completion of a particular exercise execution based on the RPE CR-10 scale.
