Abstract

The discussion of what devices and their dispositions are for an Internet user is the objective of this documentary work with a selection of sources indexed to international repositories; Dialnet, Latindex , Publindex , Redalyc and Scielo, considering the search by keywords; technology, Internet and networks (Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat , Periscope, Twitter). The discussion focused on the differences between habitus and intensive use, although the design of the review limits the scope and proposals of the work to the scenario of privacy and addiction among Internet users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Randik, Babat Toman Branch. The sample in this study was 49 respondents who were collected through a questionnaire. This study utilized multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. This research prove that partially, interpersonal communication and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, interpersonal communication and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This research is expected to be useful for PDAM Tirta Randik, Babat Toman Branch to improve employee performance through interpersonal communication and work discipline factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk plaju palembang. This type of research was quantitative research. The analysis in this research utilized Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of contract employees at PT. Astra International Tbk Plaju Palembang. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for companies to evaluate the performance of contract employees through increasing motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation partially on employee job satisfaction, as well as the influence of organizational culture and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT Pertamina Business Unit SPBG Palembang. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The variable partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely organizational culture and compensation, have a positive relationship to employee job satisfaction. The results of the study using the correlation test (R) obtained a value of 0.782. This shows that the relationship between organizational culture and compensation together with employee job satisfaction is very strong (78.2%). The results of the final study using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.588. This shows that organizational culture and compensation variables can explain employee job satisfaction, which is 58.8%, while the rest (41.2%) can be explained by other variables not included in this study. This research is expected to be an additional literacy material regarding employee job satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of satisfaction and compensation on employee performance at Hotel Peninsula Palembang. The data collection technique in this study was by questionnaire and obtained a total sample of 55 employees. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis model. The test results indicate that satisfaction (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). While compensation (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y). The test results also show that satisfaction (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This research is expected to be taken into consideration by the company to improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

Human resource management is now faced with the disruptive society 5.0, which is closely related to human resource performance and which in the long run is correlated with economic growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not the SWOT analysis tool is useful for generating suggestions for different approaches to human resource management. In this study, descriptive and qualitative research techniques were used to analyze the social conditions necessary for human survival. This research teaches us that the WT Strategy, which consists of defending human resource management against errors and risks, is the most important strategy to implement. We obtained this information through reading studies. Research needs to be carried out in various disciplines to determine what the nation needs to fulfill the vision and capabilities of 5.0.
