Abstract

In a modern era like today, business opportunities in the culinary world continue to grow and almost never subside, making business in this field very promising. One of the phenomena we encounter is the increasing number of culinary businesses. This study aims to see the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction. The research method in this research is quantitative with associative research type. Based on the results of hypothesis testing carried out in this study, it is found that physical evidence has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The government has made various policies to improve infrastructure in all public hospitals in Indonesia. Gradually, one by one government policies were introduced in order to improve health facilities, invest in modern medical equipment, and develop the most advanced specialties. The Government has undertaken an ambitious development and expansion of the health system to encourage community participation and initiatives in providing health services for. The polemic in health policy is related to problems in the health care system that often arise, namely cases of patient refusal. Furthermore, in the implementation in the field, the health services provided by the hospital are still problematic. Patients have to look for rooms from one hospital to another because the hospital is fully informed. This study tries to formulate problems (1) How is the relationship between government policy and public health and (2) How is the relationship between hospital performance and public health? This research is a literature review related to government policies in the health sector. Through the literature, this study tries to analyze the relationship between government policy and public healt h and the relationship between hospital performance and public health. The conclusions of this study are (1) the health services provided by the hospital are still problematic. Patients have to look for rooms from one hospital to another because they are fully informed by the hospital; (2) Hospital is one type of public sector service providing services in the health sector to the community whose performance needs to be measured. The concept of performance measurement in public sector organizations is aimed at helping public managers assess the achievement of a strategy through financial and non-financial measurement tools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Multimedia berbasis Booklet untuk mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan melalui 10 tahapan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti hanya mengadopsi 8 langkah pengembangan dikarenakan karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya, adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian dan pengumpulan data (research and information collecting), Perencanaan (planning), Pengembangan draf produk (developpreliminaryfromofproduct), Uji coba lapangan awal (preliminaryfield testing, Merevisi hasil uji coba (main productrevision), Uji coba lapangan (main filed testing), Penyempurnaan produk hasil uji lapangan (operationalproductrevision). menyempurnakan hasil produk hasil yang sudah uji di lapangan, Produk final, menghasilkan sebuah produk. Ahli yang terlibat dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah ahli desain dan ahli media pembelajaran. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian inin yaitu angket dan tes. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia berbasis Booklet efektif bagi siswa jika diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPA kelas VI SD. Karena dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami kompetensinya.

Abstract

Based on a report from Cipto Jakarta Hospital stated that 15.8% of bed rest patients treated at Cipto Jakarta Hospital had pressure sores. This problem is a serious problem because it increases the cost of treatment and slows down the rehabilitation program for sufferers. The number of patients receiving total care at Dr M Jamil Hospital every year continues to increase. Total care patients have a high risk of developing pressure sores. Prevention of pressure sores can also be done by increasing family knowledge about how to prevent pressure sores. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family knowledge about pressure sores and the incidence of pressure sores in total care patients in the Neurology Room of Pariaman Hospital. Decubitus ulcers are skin damage or death that occurs due to impaired blood flow and irritation that covers the protruding bone. This study used a cross sectional study design with a descriptive survey type of research. The population in the study amounted to 32 people. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, obtained as many as 32 samples. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that 53.1% had low knowledge, 53.1% did not experience pressure sores. There is a relationship between family knowledge about prevention of pressure sores and the incidence of pressure sores in total care patients in the Neurology Room of Pariaman Hospital, with p value 0.001 <0.05. The incidence of pressure sores is caused by a lack of family knowledge about how to prevent pressure sores. Make changes to the body position of the family being treated by first consulting the health worker on how to make changes to the body position of the family being treated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT MAAN Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang diantaranya motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional, kinerja karyawan.. Penelitian ini Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari di Jombang sebanyak 120 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 55 responden diperoleh dengan perhitungan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh secara positif dari signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,320 sehingga dapat dikatakan motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi sebesar 32,0% dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawa, maka yang berarti bahwa Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasional (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari di Jombang.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the shipping service industry has increased quite rapidly. The era of globalization requires humans to have high mobility. One service industry that is also experiencing dynamics in its development is goods delivery services. In the tight competition in the shipping service business, entrepreneurs are required to make breakthroughs to achieve customer satisfaction, including by providing improved service quality, providing various facilities, and setting prices that are appropriate to achieve consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the analysis of customer satisfaction at the j & t service company. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study are consumers who have used the services of j & t, the number of samples taken in this study were 96 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, statistical analysis test (One-Sample Statistics, One-Sample Test). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. Based on the results of the one-sample t-test on J&T Kota Bima it is said to be not good because it is less than 70%, which means that customer satisfaction on J&T services is not in accordance with consumer desires.

Abstract

Drug abuse still threatens teenagers, even though Indonesia has committed to being drug-free. 19% of the number of teenagers in Indonesia, or about 14 thousand teenagers, are indicated to be drug users. It is indeed very difficult to prevent the use of drugs among students, because the circulation of drugs is also increasingly intense along with the development of drug production technology in Indonesia. Psychologically, teenagers are very unstable or easily influenced by things that are less profitable and even endanger themselves and their future, such as narcotics is very dangerous for teenagers who have fallen into using narcotics. Some cases in adolescents who have become drug addicts begin with their curiosity about drugs, but due to a shallow understanding of drugs they are more deceived by temporary benefits and do not understand the bad consequences in the future. Pariaman Police the number of drug and psychotropic users found 27 cases, which increased sharply from 8 cases to 19 cases. Meanwhile, in Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, drug users in their teens were also found, as many as 50 cases, 14 of which were teenagers. The research used in this research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional method. The population in this study were teenagers in Korong Parak Jua Nagari Lurah Ampalu District VII Koto Sungai Sarik Padang Pariaman Regency as many as 83 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The results of this study found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge about drugs and drug use, and there was a significant relationship between attitudes about drugs and drug use in Korong Parak Jua Nagari Lurah Ampalu District VII Koto Sungai Sarik Padang Pariaman Regency. Lack of control over the social environment of teenagers is also one of the causes of teenagers trying to use drugs because they have the attitude that drugs are a symbol of today's youth association.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh besarnya pendanaan dari luar perusahaan atau hutang terhadap laba perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan 27 tahun PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh 11 tahun pengambilan sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rasio DER dan ROA serta analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendanaan dari luar perusahaan atau hutang secara keseluruhan berada di bawah rata-rata industri untuk rasio DER yang berarti baik. Sementara itu, laba perusahaan secara keseluruhan cukup optimal untuk rasio ROA. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan bahwa besarnya pendanaan dari luar perusahaan atau hutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba perusahaan. Dimana laba perusahaan yang lebih besar dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan era globalisasi dunia bisnis berkembang cukup signifikan dan mereka terus bersaing agar menguasai pasar. Di era globalisasi juga di tunjang dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sehingga masyarakat di seluruh dunia bisa terhubung dengan masyarakat dibelahan dunia lain tanpa ada hambatan, hal ini juga disebut “ dunia tanpa batas” begitu juga persaingan dalam dunia bisnis dengan memanfaatkan globalisasi serta kemajuan teknologi. Dalam mendekatkan diri dengan konsumen pemasar memanfaatkan informasi dan komunikasi dengan mengubah strategi pemasaran yang tidak saja mengubah strategi komunikasi langsung melainkan menjalankan strategi lainya pada segmen pasar yang efektif sehingga produknya dapat diterima oleh komsumen dalam mengatasi ancaman persaingan, dan memperkuat keunggulan bersaing. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk mengetahui in store display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bolly Bakery.metode penelitian ini yaitu Uji validalitas, Uji reabilitas, Regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, Koefisien determinasi, Uji, hasil pengujian validitas terhadap setiap pernyataan instrumen penelitian pada variabel In Store Display dan Keputusan Pembelian dapat dikatakan semua item pernyataan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah valid karena berada diatas standar validitas yaitu >0,300, Pada tabel 2 di atas hasil uji realibilitas terhadap item pernyataan pada variabel IN STORE DISPLAY (X) Dan KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (Y) dengan nilai cronbach’s alpha sudah mencapai atau lebih dari standar yang di tetapkan yaitu 0,600 artinya semua item pertanyaan dari koesioner di nyatakan Reliabel atau akurat untuk di gunakan dalam perhitungan penelitian.

Abstract

Reality counseling is an approach that considers that realization to grow in order to satisfy the needs. Reality therapy is a system focused on behavior now. The problem in this study is the influence of reality counseling to improve the career taking of students of class XII SMKN 1 Taliwang West Sumbawa District Academic Year 2020/2021. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of reality counseling to improve the career taking of students of class XII SMKN 1 Taliwang West Sumbawa School Year 2020/2021. The sample used in this study was 29 students. Instruments used in collecting data are questionnaire methods as the main method, while interview, observation and documentation methods as complementary methods. In this case the questionnaire is developed in indicators of career retrieval. Analyze the data using the t-test test. In accordance with the results of the analysis with a significant level of 5% it turns out that the value of "t" count is greater than the "t" table or (5.3187>1.833). Thus, the nil hypothesis (Ho) which reads "No influence of reality counseling to improve the career taking of students of class XII SMKN 1 Taliwang school year 2020/2021" is stated to be "rejected" while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which reads "There is an influence of reality counseling to improve the career taking of students of class XII SMKN 1 Taliwang school year 2020/2021. declared "accepted". It can then be concluded that this study is "significant".
