<![CDATA[The Muslim community of Medan city, which adopts children, punishes adopted children like biological children. This study aims to determine the position of adopted children in the view of Islam, to determine the attitude of the Muslim community of Medan City towards the work of adopted children, and to analyze the perspective of the Muslim community of Medan City on the position of adopted children in terms of Law no. 23 of 2002, Compilation of Islamic Law and applicable regulations. To answer these problems, field research was conducted with a qualitative research analysis model, which was analyzed through national law theory, Islamic law, and adat law. Based on the study results, it is known that the attitudes of the Muslim community in the city of Medan to the position of adopted children vary. Some people make the position of adopted children like biological children. But some people understand the position of adopted children so that they do not equalize their position as biological children.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aim develops an integrated model of assessment of learning (AoL), assessment for learning (AfL) and assessment as learning (AaL) in English language reading subject of private Islamic universities in the Yogyakarta special province. The research methodology is Borg and Gall’s research and development (R & D). The respondents are students of the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Masjid Syuhada (STAIMS) Yogyakarta dan of the Islam Faculty of the Yogyakarta Cokroaminoto University. The results are that the model increases learning outcomes of the English language reading subject in STAIMS Yogyakarta in 2019 dan in the Islam Faculty of the Yogyakarta Cokroaminoto University in 2021, but decreases them in the Islam Faculty of the Yogyakarta Cokroaminoto University in 2019. The model needs to revise again and test for more respondents of more than two private Islam universities with being based on right learning theories. However, the model can be applied to maximize the achievement of learning outcome of the English reading subject.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to look at the characteristics of migrants in Bandung City in 2020, especially Sukajadi District. From year to year, the number of people migrating to the city of Bandung is increasing, with various reasons that make migrants choose Sukajadi District as a place to seek a better life and seek work experience in the destination city. To achieve this goal, the research was conducted using quantitative methods. The main data used is the 2020 Sukajadi District population report data obtained from the Bandung City Population and Civil Registration Office. Then the data were analyzed descriptively and cross tabulation. The results showed that the existing migrants were categorized into the form of permanent temporal migration. The characteristics of migrants in Sukajadi District are dominated by migrants from the Bandung metropolitan area, very productive age (15-64 years), female, high school education, and private employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research started from the researchers' anxiety about the spread of information in the mass media, both print and electronic at the national and international levels about the attitudes and acts of intolerance committed by a number of alumni of the Al-Mukmin Islamic Boarding School, Ngruki, Sukoharjo. In this study, researchers will focus on the PAI curriculum and learning content of religious tolerance at PPIM Ngruki. This method of this research uses a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the curriculum and implementation of Islamic religious tolerance learning. PPIM Ngruki is a Salafi Islamic boarding school. In the implementation of learning, PPIM Ngruki has two orientations, namely hard line and soft line orientation. These two learning orientations at PPIM Ngruki work since 1972-2008. The lesson contains: religious inclusiveness, equality, respecting and respecting other religions.]]>

<![CDATA[Economic growth is an effort made by the government to improve people's welfare. Factors that can affect economic growth are unemployment and HDI. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment and HDI on economic growth in Bali Province. The method used is quantitative based on secondary data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency based on a 10 year time series. The results obtained are unemployment and HDI variables together have a significant influence on the variable economic growth. This is shown from the results of the F test calculation with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially the influence of the unemployment variable on economic growth based on the t test shows the results of sig 0.000 <0.05, which means that unemployment has a significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. The results of the calculation of the HDI t-test on economic growth with a sig value of 0.159> 0.05, which means that the HDI variable has no significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province.]]>

<![CDATA[A clean and healthy environment is the desire of the community, to achieve this requires continuous awareness and efforts from residents. Lack of awareness of maintaining cleanliness makes people vulnerable to health problems. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Gemar Berseri Program in increasing environmental care behavior in the Dusun D community, Karanganyar Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental using one group pre-post-test design. Assistance and psychoeducation program for stakeholders and residents of Dusun D 185 residents. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon test with the results Z=-2.041 with p=0.041, which means that there is a significant difference in understanding of environmental care behavior before and after psychoeducation. The data can be analyzed qualitatively in the form of the formation of a Residential Feasibility Assessment Team. The Gemar Berseri program is effective in increasing public understanding of environmental care behavior. This program needs to be followed up continuously with real behavior in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health.]]>

<![CDATA[The farmer is the most common occupation in Indonesia, but farmers are associated with poverty. Empowerment of farmers is important, but finding out the effectiveness of empowerment method is not easy. In Ponorogo Regency, a unique phenomenon occurred, some farmers became rich and economically successful. This paper aims to explain how the empowerment method is carried out for farmers in Ponorogo Regency, so that they become successful. To answer this question, the researchers conducted observations, documentation, and interviews to twelve informants. This paper finds out successful farmers in Ponorogo is not due to empowerment programs that are directly given to farmers, but indirect intervention. Indirect intervention is carried out in the form of disseminating information about success that inspires other farmers to imitate and government intervention to keep market prices attractive.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant effect on the management of the Kampung Tematik Jamrut in particular, and the economic impact on women in the Ngijo Village. Guava and oranges crop that cannot be sold well, require alternative solutions for the use of existing natural resources to create economic product. Providing new skills by utilizing natural materials that are easily available for women in Kampung Tematik Jamrut, Ngijo Village is the goal of community service activities. The solution provided is training and practice of making handicrafts in the form of fabrics with the ecoprint technique. The results of the service showed that the service activities which were divided into four stages, namely socialization, training, practice and evaluation were very well received by the service participants, and the service participants found it useful to be applied in daily life because it was known that some of the participants worked as tailors. The ecoprint technique with the steam method is cheap, easy and simple to practice.]]>

<![CDATA[Most residents who live in the Bojongsoang Village area, especially in RW 10 Kampung Cijagra, seek income as factory workers, freelancers, and some others sell various community needs or what is known as entrepreneurial activities. People's knowledge of bookkeeping or recording and calculations is still said to be simple, or even bookkeeping and recording are not carried out. Therefore, they do not know the number of business costs undertaken or other incoming and outgoing money used in their transaction processes. They also do not understand the calculation concept in accounting for production costs and the cost of goods manufactured. From these conditions, the Community Service (PkM) team at Telkom University provided training in cost accounting calculations. The activity aimed at the community could be helped in terms of proper entrepreneurship bookkeeping and calculating various basic costs adapted to developing accounting theory. In addition, the understanding of the difference between an entrepreneur and a trader was also provided by the PkM team so that small traders not only become sellers but also become reliable entrepreneurs. Thus, various abilities and opportunities for profit will be better.]]>

<![CDATA[Community development is an activity that is planned to improve the standard of living of the community through programs that are able to develop their potential and use local institutions as a forum for collective activities. Assessment of local aspects (including local institutions) in the community in the context of the community development process can explain the position of each local aspect in the community in achieving community development goals. systems approach using Soft System Methodology (SSM). Thus, it is expected to produce a conceptual model of the HR development strategy of the actors by increasing productivity in realizing prosperity and sustainability. The sample of this research is the Situ Gunung Tourism Village Community, Sukabumi Regency. The strategy of developing human resources (HR) and tourism in the object of this research is a strategic action to create competency and quality of human resources, develop local institutions, and empower communities.]]>
