Abstract

The service activity aims to determine the effect of cognitive behavioral coping skills on improving coping strategy skills in beneficiaries at the "Wanodyatama" Women's Social Service Center Surakarta. Subjects are 22 beneficiaries from representatives of each room. The intervention is cognitive behavioral coping skills with material on skills for stress and how to deal with it adaptively. The activities are carried out offline through assignments, group posters, and poster presentations by group representatives. Coping strategies were measured using the strategic coping scale and the data analysis used Wilcoxon signed-rank paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of coping strategies in beneficiaries after the intervention, with the results in the pre-test and post-test of W=21,000, sig=0.008 (p<.001). Therefore, cognitive behavioral coping skills can improve the understanding of coping strategies in beneficiaries.

Abstract

Transfer of IKN to East Kalimantan will be both an opportunity and challenge, especially the needs of new tertiary institutions in IKN supporting areas. This study aims to determine the perspective and support of the community towards the plan to establish a higher education institution in the archipelago's IKN buffer zone. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with the population is Samarinda City residents of 825,494 people with a sample size of 400 people selected by Proportional Random Sampling. The data collected was then processed and analyzed descriptively in the form of frequency distribution tables and graphs accompanied by narration. The results of the study show that most of the people of Samarinda City have a positive perspective and support the plan to establish a new higher education institution in the IKN Nusantara buffer zone located in Samarinda City. Therefore, Mulawarman University and its formation team need to prepare strategic steps that are considered important and prioritized regarding the plan to establish Nusantara State University.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the use of Pasini land by the Minahasa people. Pasini land ownership proof system in the settlement of land disputes in court at this time. By using normative legal research methods supported by empirical studies as legal facts about pasini soil, the following results are obtained. Pasini Land as a customary right still exists today. Pasini rights as original unwritten Indonesian law affect the use of limited pasini land which cannot be used as collateral for credit loans at the Bank. in proving ownership of pasini land is still very weak compared to land that has been certified as SHM because in principle customary law is an unwritten custom that does not yet have certainty law even though there has been an amendment to the 1945 Constitution Article 18 the position of customary rights Customary law is the same as the field of positive law that exists in this country. Conclusion The existence of pasini land as customary rights is still recognized especially with the amendment to Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Academic demands are a challenge for students to be able to complete their studies at tertiary institutions. For students who have high psychological power, this is not a problem, but for students who have low psychological power, it becomes a serious obstacle in completing academic assignments. Based on this, treatment assistance is needed in the form of behavioral contract counseling so that students have high psychological power so that they are able to complete their academic assignments. The method used is a mixed approach (mixed) quantitative and qualitative. The results and analysis of the discussion show that the level of psychological power of the third semester students of Islamic Early Childhood Education S1 is in the Moderate category with an average of 298.2. In the behavioral contract counseling process, students are able to understand themselves, formulate tasks in detail, and form new positive habits.

Abstract

Changes in the behavior patterns of people who are accustomed to online activities can have positive and negative impacts on the body, especially children eyes. However, not many people know this. Therefore, community service activities are carried out which aim to provide education about screen time in book form. The book was made using the Canva application which contains material regarding the meaning of screen time, the working principles of screens and blue light, the positive and negative effects of blue light, rules for using devices, and recommendations for treatment for parents. Then counseling was carried out in the form of distribution of books and education to Orphanages, PAUD, Kindergartens and Elementary Schools in Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. This activity can have a good impact on the community regarding the importance of limiting screen time to maintain eye and body health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the reasons parents choose social media as a sharenting medium and medium for digital documentation of children's growth and development. How is the topic of sharenting seen in the perspective of communication, technology, industry, society and the future. This research approach is qualitative. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing parents who have children aged 0-19 years and actively using social media platforms, and doing sharenting in their accounts virtually. The results show that social media has the advantage of doing sharenting and as a digital documentation medium compared to analog or conventional methods. The conclusion is documentation of child growth and development has shifted from physical to digital media due to technological developments, on consideration of storage memory capacity, ease of access, ability to maintain the quality of stored photos and videos, also as the main function of social media, which is to share.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out whether inflation, exchange rates, GDP, interest rates, Net Indonesian Exports, and the Dow Jones Index have an influence on the stock price of the property sub-sector in LQ 45. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample population of this study consists of business actors engaged in the property sector sector who are scheduled to follow the LQ45 index during the coverage period, namely 2018-2020 with a total of 154 samples. The results showed that 1) Inflation has a positive and significant effect on the share price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index. 2) Interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the stock price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index. 3) GDP has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index. 4) The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the share price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index. 5) Net exports have no influence on the share price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index. 6) DJI has a significant positive effect on the stock price of the property sector in the LQ45 Index.

Abstract

The background of this research is learning problems, low teacher performance, character, work programs are not implemented properly due to the less than optimal leadership of the principal. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the leadership of the islamic schools head integrated with religious values? The purpose of this research is to describe and find the leadership of principals who are integrated with religious values. This study uses a qualitative method of multiple case study types. The research locations were Madrasah Aliyah Madania and Salaffiyah Islamic Boarding School Fadlun Minalloh D.I. Yogyakarta. Data sources include: Headmaster, Madrasah, Deputy Headmaster, and Teachers. Data collection techniques include: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results: the application of integrated leadership to religious values includes: Deliberation, effective communication, collaboration, cooperation, honesty, responsibility, trustworthiness, strategic thinking. Headmaster need to implement planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee stres in the workplace of fast food outlets during and after the pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used are a list of questions and notes, electronic devices such as gadgets, cameras for recording during interviews. The informants consisted of 5 informants. The research location is at Reechees Factory, Setia Budi branch while data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on employee stres during the pandemic reduced customers coming to outlets, decreased sales or targets, employee shortages or layoffs, being careful, not full work in a month. After the pandemic, employees often experience increased customer stres, causing frequent overtime work that exceeds 40 hours per week, and lasts for at least three consecutive weeks.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to knowing the role of the National Amil Zakat Agency and to find out how much public trust in institutions that manage people's funds other than BAZNAS. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. To get this information, it can be done with several techniques, one of which is through observation activities, direct interview activities or dialogue processes carried out and through documentation studies so that all information can be obtained properly. Regarding the technique in processing the data, it is done by reducing the data and then presenting it and drawing conclusions according to the research carried out. As a party that has broader authority over other zakat collection bodies and institutions, the role of BAZNAS is very important and vital, especially in ensuring collaboration and cooperation between stakeholders. Then examine in general that many people do not trust amil zakat institutions or bodies so that much of the distribution is made directly to people who receive the zakat rather than being distributed to existing amil zakat bodies.
