Abstract

The emergence of the view that followed the movement to change the state ideology of the Pancasila state into an Islamist state in one sense, and the reality of pluralist Indonesian population in other respects, often presents anxiety and concern about the emergence of both latential and expressive conflicts in various regions of Central Java. The subject matter of the study is essentially how the characteristics of the views followed by the radical movements, what is the background, in which the fertile lands of the growth of radicalism, and how to treat and anticipate the emergence of the radical movement. For the purpose of understanding these problems, qualitative studies were conducted on various views and movements that led to the characteristics of radicalism towards a number of informants in Surakarta, Wonosobo, Banyumas, Tegal, Pekalongan and Jepara. From the field findings, the background of the emergence of this radicalist movement is that religious sacred texts (Al Qur'an and Hadith) are open, literal and contextual, so as to raise various religious groups (moderate, radical, fundamentalist, etc.) which ultimately giving birth in group and out feeling group and unilateral evaluation. There is often an overlap between religious interests and the interests of religious communities. The fact shows that religion is capable of evoking the deepest emotions is often used as a tool of social mobilization. Violence with religious packaging becomes very possible. Selected fighting models are related to religious imagery, cultural community domination, the strength of social support and the role of the media. Efforts to prevent or exit that can be taken by: government policies should side with the weak, as well as fair treatment for every citizen before the law, the government must begin to open and open up for communication to solve national problems in a participatory, religious leaders must begin to set a good and consistent example, the need for awareness to all components that Indonesia is a pluralistic country.

Abstract

Integrated development through The Financial Assistance Towards the Regency/Municipality financed must consider the priority activities. The fact that are always certain activities not carried out indicates the lack of synchronization between the priority activities defined by the needs of the Regency/Municipality. From the description, the research aimed to assess the level of development integration of Central Java Province towards the needs of the Regency/Municipality through the implementation of the Financial Assistance Towards the Regency/Municipality in the field of infrastructure. The study was conducted by using quantitative research methods and by utilizing the secondary data. The study population was all Regencies/Municipalities in Central Java by performing desk analysis analytical technique to as well as quadrant diagram. The analysis results indicate that the development integration in Central Java Province has not been implemented well, influenced by the policies of the activities, the availability of funds sharing, consistent use of the indicator calculation proportionality harmony, the source of the proposal, the proportion of proposals, capacity of human resources, equalization budget allocation policies and mechanisms for determining activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the ease of automation as obtaining affect SKPD Central Java Province in dealing with the maintenance of the letter. The research method used by the population approach is to record the entire SKPD and the Bureau which were in Central Java Provincial Government totaling 58 institutions using the questionnaire Likert scale with 5 levels. From the results of the questionnaire as many as 67 questions were sent to 58 SKPD and Bureau in Central Java province early October 2016 as respondents were closed and processed data on October 12, 2016 responded to 54 respondents. 43 respondents answered by stating the name of the letter along with the name board SKPD / bureau, 7 respondents answered the questionnaire anonymously board letter and name of SKPD / bureau, 4 respondents did not answer the questionnaire (just send a blank questionnaire returned). One respondent issued from the population because they are outside SKPD / Bureau of Central Java province. So the data is processed with valid there were 42 respondents with identity and 7 respondents without identity.. The data is processed directly by the facility "GOOGLE FORMS" once used to distribute the questionnaire to all (58) SKPD / Bureau. Board letter understand and implement the decision of the Head of Archives and Library Agency Central Java Province No. 048/2143 of 2008 on Guidelines Active Archive Applications . Board letter so requires the availability of a computer and a scanner in the execution of works. Board felt the letter simply performing the task with an active archive applications. Board letter ease of control felt the existence of the letter in the execution of work, decision of the Head of Archives and Library Agency Central Java Province No. 048/2143 of 2008 on Guidelines Active Archive Applications To have equal legal force, efforts to regulation. Computer and scanner devices required in the implementation of the maintenance of the letter in SKPD. the need for reward for the management letter.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to improve the quality of scienceinstructionalthrough Science Enviroment Technology and Society (SETS) model assisted by Power Point media in primary IVA SD Islam Hidayatullah. This research used classroom action research, it conducted in three cyles, each consisting in one meeting with stages of planning, observation, action, and reflection. Data collection techniques were using tests and nontest. The Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitativeanalysis.The results showed the teacher skills in the first cycle scored 25(enough), the second cyclewas35with (good), the third cycle was40(very good). Students activity score in the first cycle was 23,7 (enough), the second cycle was 27,5 (good), the third cycle was36,5(very good). The student response in the first cycle scored101 (unfavorable)the second cyclewas119with (good), the third cycle was138 (very good).Classical completeness in the first cycle was50percent (incomplete), the second cycle was70,6percent (incomplete), the third cycle was88,2percent(complete).The Conclusion of this researchis the SETS model assisted by Power Point media can improve science instructional in primary IVA SD Islam Hidayatullah Semarang.

Abstract

Malnutrition remains a serious problem to child survival, growth and development in several developing countries, including in Indonesia. The childhood malnutrition can affect both physical and intellectual growth. This study was to analyses of early childhood malnutrition status using the classification of nutritional (weight, height, and age). Method: The data were collected from National Based Lines Health Survey (RISKESDAS 2010). Those data were analyzed by chi-squared test with dependent variable nutritional status of children, Independent variable including, height of parents, parent’s occupation, parent’s education, health care utilization, immunization, health of the environment. The total data were 13,315 which were obtained from urban, 7,093 samples and 6,222 samples from rural. The nutritional status with height for age in urban areas was influenced by the following factors, economic status of parents, parental education and parental height (p < 0.05). Risk stunting in poor families amounting to 1,319 times. In Rural area, significantly factors are, parental education and parental height (p < 0,05). dan p = 00, 00). While based on indicators of weight and height there are no significant factors related in urban areas.In rural areas, the nutritional status with weight for height was affected by economic status of parents, with the test shown at p = 0:04. Related factors are more common in the use of indicators height-for-age in urban areas. Strategic planning for early prevention, should monitor the height of chlidhood in month period. To improve, should be based on region.

Abstract

Bandungan subdistrict, Semarang regency is one of the main industrial centers of tofu industry. Liquid waste out of tofu industry potentially to be processed into biogas, on the other hand if it is not managed will be the environmental contamination. Government of Semarang District has been providing assistance 2 units of biogas processing equipment to "Damai" group members. Assistance provided in the form of a biogas processing plant complete unit consisting of tank, digesters, sewage tank and filters as well as devices equipped with gas stove. Currently processing biogas utilization has not been optimal, there are still a lot of waste is wasted. The aim of research to determine the potential treatment and constraints of tofu wastewater into biogas. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were local government officials, the owner of tofu industry and workers in Bandungan subdistrict, Semarang regency. Data collected through interviews, questionnaires, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), and observation. Analysis of the data in this study using an interactive approach developed by Miles and Huberman. The study was conducted in June-September 2016. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of liquid tofu wastewater into biogas in Bandungan has the potential to be developed with several notes, namely: the need for technological improvements, addition of supporting materials (cow feces), user behavior changing and the participation of communities. There is a need to experiment with the model of adding cow feces that enrich the number of waste decomposing microorganisms, planting disciplinary behavior of the perpetrators, especially in the operation, ingestion of materials and care as well as comprehensive dissemination both to users and surrounding communities.

Abstract

Soybean is a food commodity whose needs are always increasing every year along with the increasing population in Central Java. Soybean production has not been able to meet the needs because the production is still low and soybean is not attractive anymore for farmers. Efforts to increase soybean production through field schools and Soy Special Efforts. The objective of this research is to evaluate the production improvement program for the fulfillment of soybean needs. Research location in Blora Regency in May-August 2016. Methods of data collection by interview method, indept and focussed group discussion. Respondents, farmers, traders and branches of agricultural services throughout Blora Regency. Result: a) Availability of soybean is 6,640,22 ton from average requirement equal to 12.164,49 ton; B) New local soybean is absorbed by 7.52% of total availability. For Seed Requirement to large 5.73%,; For the requirement of processed tofu industry, the raw material composition of local soybean is only 20%, so the local soybean absorption is 1.79%; C) Enhancementof local soybean production is influenced by factors: farmers' interest and selling price of soybean. The fulfillment of soybean requirement through increased the production can be done by a) the use of varieties that have potential for the food processing industry; B) cropping crops planted on the planting sistem II and III by applying technology and price protection for farmers; C) socialization that local soybean raw materials have good quality for processed tofu and fermented soybean.

Abstract

The aims of the reasearch were to identify the rice commodity distribution pattern, to identify the profit margin level of rice commodity and to analyse the government policy in suporting the distribution of rice commodity. Research location was in Grobogan Regency as the big third of rice producers in Central Java Province. The unit of analysis were paddy field farmer and the broker of rice commdity in Grobogan Regency. The research results showed that there were three patterns of rice commodity distribution,(1) farmer - merchant middleman - ricemills - merchant wholesellers - retailers - consumers; (2) farmer - merchant middleman - ricemill - retailers – consumers; and (3) farmer - ricemill - merchant wholesellers - retailers - consumers. With such existing distribution pattern, the actors of rice trade able to get their profits. The profit margin in rice distribution are merchant middleman (Rp 150/kg), rice mills (Rp 150/kg), merchant wholesellers (Rp150/kg) and retailer (Rp100/kg). Marketing innovation namely “Tani niaga”on-line base application was one of Grobogan regency government policy which supports farm commodity distribution and marketing system.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the conditions of transport and tourism infrastructure, especially road access, analyze contributing factors, inhibitors, opportunities, and threats in the development of rural tourism related Candirejo tourism infrastructure, as well as the strategy to develop tourism village Candirejo tourism-related infrastructure. The research was conducted using descriptive analytical approach by using SWOT. It focused on the availability of tourism infrastructure, especially transport and access to existing highways as well as supporting infrastructure facilities at the Tourism Village Candirejo. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, the internal and external factors that influence the development of rural tourism Candirejo associated transport infrastructure: Strength (availability of local transport, cooperation cooperative with the travel agent, the road conditions are good), weakness (lack of public transport lines, dependence of domestic tourists on private vehicles, lack of supporting infrastructure such as signs and street lighting. While the opportunities (the development of strategic areas of national tourism, tourist information centers and the promotion of travel packages integrated, threats (competition between tourist villages and natural disasters). Internal and external factors that influence the development of rural tourism Candirejo infrastructure-related access roads: Strength (proximity of the village Candirejo with the main destination, the road condition most are already good, has no roads connecting the hamlets), weakness (no markings roads, lack of street width, the condition of roads connecting the hamlets still a macadam and dirt roads, and inadequate drainage). Meanwhile, Opportunities (support from government programs, national policies related to ADD /village fund budget, a culture of mutual cooperation (gotong royong), foreign tourist interest in environmentally sound infrastructure development ), threats (there is no cooperation between villages in the provision and maintenance as well as the potential occurrence of a natural disaster).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) analyze the condition of ex-Bakorwil assets in Pati, Pekalongan, and Magelang areas from the management side, the condition of the building, infrastructure and environment, 2) analysis of possible assets of ex-Bakorwil in Pati Regency, Pekalongan City, and Magelang City to be used as a hospital, as well as necessary steps. Data in this study were collected through interviews, discussions, and direct observation of the study object. The data analysis in this study uses qualitative techniques with interactive models developed by Miles and Huberman. The conclusions of this study are: 1) the possible asset for the establishment of the new hospital is the official house in Pati and Pekalongan, but the location that need new hospital is Magelang and Pekalongan, for the existing Pati there are Kelet Hospital, Jepara; 2) the establishment of hospitals in Pekalongan utilize the assets of former official houses, while in Magelang need to look for alternative assets; 3) The hospital to be established is directed to the center of excellence that is for Pekalongan is Mother and Child hospital, for Magelang is Cancer hospital.
