Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the quality of services and computer lab infrastructure at the University of Bhinneka PGRI, (2) student satisfaction at the University of Bhinneka PGRI, (3) the influence of the quality of services and computer lab infrastructure on student satisfaction at the University of Bhinneka. PGRI. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach method. The research subjects were University of Bhinneka PGRI students totaling 58 people and using the Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential analysis through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service in the category is quite good, namely with a percentage of 62.1%, infrastructure facilities are in a fairly good category with a percentage of 69% and student satisfaction is in the category of not good, with a percentage of 41%. The results of inferential statistical analysis showed the value of fcount (36,186) ftable (3,165) at the significance level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the quality of service and computer lab infrastructure has a significant effect on student satisfaction. Keywords: The Quality of Services, infrastructure facilities, Computer Lab, Satisfaction

Abstract

The stock split that was carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic became interesting and important to study, because the Covid 19 pandemic was a major event with a global impact.  This study aims to find empirical evidence of market reactions to stock splits carried out by 11 companies from August 2020 to October 2021.  The results showed that there was no difference in AR before and after the stock split. There is a difference in TVA before and after the stock split, but the average TVA value befor the stock split is higher than after the stock splitKeywords: Covid 19 Pandemic, market reaction, stock split, abnormal return, trading volume activity  Stock split yang dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 menjadi menarik dan penting untuk diteliti, karena peristiwa pandemi Covid 19 merupakan peristiwa besar yang berdampak global.  Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menemukan bukti empiris reaksi pasar terhadap stock split yang dilakukan oleh 11 perusahaan pada bulan Agustus 2020 hingga bulan Oktober 2021.  Diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaan AR sebelum dan sesudah stock split.  ada perbedaan TVA sebelum dan sesudah stock split namun rata-rata nilai TVA sebelum stock split lebih tinggi dibandingkan setelah stock split. Kata kunci:  Pandemi Covid 19, Reaksi pasar, stock split, abnormal return, trading volume activity

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is a very important key to increasing state revenue from the tax sector. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of the e-filing system on taxpayer compliance with the understanding of the internet as a moderator. The research was conducted on individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Sumbawa Besar. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing which will be analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). By using probability sampling as a sampling technique, the number of respondents in this study was 200 people. The results showed that the application of the e-filing system had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Then the understanding of the internet moderates or strengthens the relationship between the application of the e-filing system to taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance with proxy for institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committee, as well as the influence of other variables namely fiscal loss compensation and company size on tax avoidance. This research includes quantitative causality research using secondary data. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was determined based on the purposive sampling method to obtain 24 companies. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS. These results prove that the presence or absence of institutional ownership and the audit committee has no significant effect on Tax Avoidance. While, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, fiscal loss compensation, and company size has positive and significant effects on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and institutional ownership on firm value. The population used in this study is in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Dividend policies are proxied by a dividend payout ratio, debt policy is proxied by a debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership is proxied by Institutional ownership, and company value is proxied by the price book value. Based on purposive sampling method that is used to get as many as 51 samples from property sector companies in the 2016-2018 period. The analysis used multiple linear regression which can be processed with SPSS version 25. The results of statistical tests produce that dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value, debt policy has a negative effect on firm value, and institutional ownership has a positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously the variables in this study have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

AbstractSumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur dari organisasi dan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan organisasi.  Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah reward, punishmen, kinerja dan motivasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dan metode penh. Hasil pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode analisisnya adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa semua jalur menujukkan hasil yang signifikan namun jalur punishmen terhadap motivasi kerja tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Semangat Korsa merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari karakter Paskibra, karena menjadi roh atau jiwa dari bangunan karakter mereka. Berbagai nilai yang ditanamkan dan dibudayakan dalam sikap dan tingkah laku anak Paskibra selalu diwarnai oleh Semangat Korsa yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai tali pengikat bersatunya perasaan batin mereka.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengertian yang tepat dan mendalam mengenai Semangat Korsa dalam Paskibra; (2)  Memahami arti pentingnya Semangat Korsa sebagai bagian dari karakter anak-anak Paskibra SMAN 1 Karangrejo; (3) Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor riil yang menyebabkan menurunnya Semangat Korsa anak-anak Paskibra SMAN 1 Karangrejo dan berbagai langkah strategis untuk menguatkannya kembali.

Abstract

AbstrackThe limitations of supporting media resulted in the student learning process not being optimal and not attracting students' attention. The strategy for using computers as teaching media is to develop a multimedia-based media and teaching materials. Microsoft Power Point is a software that will help compiling an effective, professional, and easy presentation. Microsoft Power Point will help an idea more interesting and clear when presented. So that researchers use the RnD method, according to Sugiyono (2011: 407) research and development is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The development of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials produces products in the form of learning media using the macromedia flash professional 8 program which is accompanied by a Borg and Gall development design, namely: 1) researchers and data collection, 2) planning, 3) product draft development, 4) trial and improvement of the initial product, 5) revising the product, 6) field testing, 7) refinement of the product from the trial, 8) field implementation test, 9) final product refinement  10) dissimilation and implementation. The assessment carried out by design experts is 83%, it is suitable for use, while the percentage of content experts is 88%,  it is suitable for use by students. The percentage of learning experts is 90%, it means that it is feasible to be used in the learning process. From some of these validation experts, it means that this learning media does not need to be revised. This attractiveness was obtained from the results of the questionnaire assessment conducted by the experimental class group of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Bolorejo Tulungagung. Based on the percentage obtained by 92%, interactive multimedia-based learning media on understanding the concept of a simple plane is stated to be  interesting for research respondents because it has interesting animations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi keuangan perusahaan, opini audit tahun sebelumnya terhadap opini audit going concern dengan melalui debt default. Penelitian dilakukan pada 13 perusahaan pertambangan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama kurun waktu 3 tahun berturut-turut (2017-2019) dan menghasilkan jumlah observasi sebanyak 39 kasus. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengukuran kondisi keuangan perusahaan menggunakan metode revisi Edward I Altman. Opini audit tahun sebelumnya, opini audit going concern dan debt default menggunakan metode variabel dummy. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji parsial dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi keuangan perusahaan dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap opini audit going concern. Kemudian setelah dimoderasi hasil dari kondisi keuangan dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap opini audit going concern.Kata kunci: Kondisi Keuangan, Opini Audit Tahun Sebelumnya, Opini Audit Going Concern, Debt Default ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the company's financial condition, previous year's audit opinion on going concern audit opinion through debt default. The study was conducted on 13 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period of 3 consecutive years (2017-2019) and resulted in a total of 39 observations. The data used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Measurement of the company's financial condition using the revised method of Edward I Altman. The previous year's audit opinion, going concern audit opinion and debt default used the dummy variable method. This research uses partial test analysis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the company's financial condition and the previous year's audit opinion had a positive effect on the going concern audit opinion. Then after being moderated the results of the financial condition and the previous year's audit opinion have a positive effect too on the going concern audit opinion.Keywords: Financial Condition, Previous Year’s Audit Opinion, Going Concern Audit Opinion, Debt Default
